일반적인 건축물의 설계 프로세스와 달리 플로팅건축은 수해양공간이라는 특수한 외부환경인자의 증가와 함께, 정보전달 및 의사결정을 위한 협업의 주체가 증가하는 특성을 가진다. 이에 본 연구에서는 플로팅건축의 기능적 요구사항을 단계별, 협업의 주체별로 분석하고, 협업 및 의사결정흐름의 관점에서 플로팅건축 설계단계에서의 프로세스를 작성하였다.

정보기술과 지식 사회의 발달로 인해 기업의 다양한 업무 프로세스를 대행해주는 비즈니스 프로세스 아웃소싱(Business Process Outsorucing: BPO)이 대표적 아웃소싱 형태로 자리잡아가고 있다. BPO의 수용에 대한 의사결정은 전략적 관점에서 매우 신중하게 이루어져야 함에도 불구하고, 국내 기업을 대상으로 한 BPO의 채택과 확산에 관한 실증적 연구는 거의 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 기업의 BPO 수용 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 추출하고, 이러한 요인들이 수용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증한다. 이를 위해 BPO 수용 관련 위험요인과 혜택요인을 추출하고, 이들 요인이 신뢰를 매개하여 수용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 탐색해 향후 BPO연구를 위한 명제와 모델을 제시한다. 실무적으로는 BPO 수용요인에 관한 검토를 통하여 향후 BPO 추진 기업을 위한 성공적 추진 전략을 제시한다.

There is a large waste of time, money, and production through the infelicitous product design process in small and medium enterprises. They don't possess enough career-manpower with respect to design. Especially, the objective and scientific approach process isn't presented very well on the 'establishment concept' of the embodiment phase or 'Sketch and Rendering' of the development phase which are the most important design processes. So, this research is applied to the conception of the AHP method. It uses the basic concept of relativity to decrease risk from the calculational quantity data, and supplement the decision making phase. Generally, human beings can conclude by relative judgement which is more influenceable than absolute judgement. So we must use the relative comparison concept rather than the comparison of two items with variable sketches based on characteristics of human beings. Thus, efficiency judgement is dependent on design sketch comparisons which help the consistency progress of variable alternative plans. We can decrease risk when we chose the final design and increase efficiency of the design decision making. That is now a perfect selection of each alternative's ranking and sensitive design result but this research will provide consistency criterion on filtering and lead to variable design alternatives. The significance of this research is the efficiency method that overcomes differences of character and sensitivity on many phases of the process. Finally, this research proposes a new ideal process that where applied improves quality and evidence of propriety through comparison to existing methods result in method application research for improvement quality.

To reduce uncertainties and make rational plans, the presumption of contingency against a failure of projects and an occurrence of unpredictable risks is important with accurate estimations as the work progressing. Therefore, if the presumption of contingency reflecting uncertainties carries out at a decision making point of time, be able to prepare for risks. The purpose of this paper is to present a management process of contingency through the performance analysis of project. In the cost planning phase, this study offers a process which is predictable contingency and predicts the range of fluctuation of the cost, laking an advantage of EVM in construction phase. With reflecting the results from this procedure, this study presents a process, rationally manageable contingency.

본 연구에서는 소매업 변동에 관한 제 이론 검토와 입지 이론에서는 수요이론과 공급 이론에 대하여 두 이론이 부분적 적정성을 갖는 한편 양 이론이 동시적 고찰하지 못함에 따라 소매업태 입지 관련 적용에는 한계가 있다는 점을 지적하였다. 체인오퍼레이션의 의사결정 프로세스 분석을 통하여 새로운 체인 입지와 관련 문제점으로 공간 경쟁 효과와 시스템에 대한 매력효과를 검토하여 장단점을 복합적으로 반영하여 신규 출점 입지 의사결정을 하여야 한다는 것이다. 기존 선진 소매기업의 의사결정 기법을 통하여 국내 기업의 입지 의사결정에 기초 자료로 제공하고 실증 연구로서는 포화기 단계에 들어선 한국 할인점 시장(인천지역 T사의 기 출점)을 대상으로 의사결정단계의 일반 기준과 세부 기준을 제시를 통하여 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 계층 분석 방법으로 중요도를 평가하였다.

For the successful implementation of IT projects, individual consultant's competency in the project is very important. Especially, 3 key factors which are 1) Learning-by-Doing, 2) Learning-from-Others, and 3) Learning-by-Investment with individual consultant's competency, are required for solving various critical issues which can be occurred during implementing IT project. The objective of this research is to examine the effects of these learning processes on decision performance of consultants. Prior to setup the research model, we conducted 3 times in-depth interviews with IT consultants who have over 20 years IT project experiences. Through interviews with IT project expert, we tried to validate our research model and develop survey questionnaires. Over 100 consultants, who are working at SI companies those of Samsung SDS, LG CNS, SK C&C and other small SI companies, were participated to survey. In the contrary of our thoughts before conducted experiment, we got the interesting result from pilot experiment. Most influenced learning process was Learning-by-Doing and less influenced learning process was Learning-from-Others.

소프트웨어에 대한 고객의 요구수준이 점점 높아지고 복잡, 대형화됨에 따라 개발인력, 예산, 기간 등 많은 개발 자원이 소요되는 추세이지만, 개발자 직관에 의한 정성적인 판단으로 소요자원의 과부족을 초래하는 원인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 요구분석 단계에서 기존의 정성적 판단에 따른 문제점을 보완하기 위해 요구분석 프로세스를 수정/제안하고, 의사결정기법을 이용하여 요구사항을 정량적으로 분석하고 식별할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 사용자 요구분석 프로세스 검증단계에서 요구사항 평가활동을 추가하고, 의사결정 모델을 이용한 요구사항 가중치 계산, 시스템 기능과의 관련성 평가, 중요도 가중치를 계산하여 요구사항에 대한 식별의 기준으로 삼는다.

기업들은 IT 아웃소싱을 통하여 급속한 IT의 변화에 대하여 신속히 적응하고, IT 구축 및 운영 비용을 효율적으로 절감하고 있으며, 특히 IT의 전략적 가치가 주요해짐에 따라 아웃소싱을 통하여 서비스 품질을 향상시키고, 핵심역량에 집중하고자 노력하고 있다. 공기업에서도 최근의 정부의 민간위탁에 대한 적극적인 제도 지원에 의해 IT 아웃소싱이 활성화되고 있으나, 이에 따른 의사결정을 위해서는 민간 부문과는 다른 요인들이 고려되어야 한다. 지금까지 많은 연구가 주로 위험요인, 조직요인, 도입목적 등의 단편적인 요인들을 제시하는 수준이었기 때문에 실질적인 의사 결정에 있어서는 활용성이 부족하므로, 본 연구에서는 실질적인 의사결정을 지원할수 있도록, 기존 연구들을 바탕으로 IT 아웃소싱 의사 결정의 전범위에 걸친 체계적인 의사결정 모형을 제시하고, 각 의사결정단계에서 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 요인들을 구체적으로 나타내고자, IT 아웃소싱의 의사결정 영역을 네가지로 분류하고, 고려해야 할 55개의 요인들을 문헌연구들을 통하여 도출하였다. 그리고, 11명의 전문가 집단을 구성하여 각 의사결정 영역별로 주요한 요인들을 도출하였다. 또한, 공기업 M사 사례를 통하여 IT 아웃소싱 의사결정 프로세스의 실례를 보여줌으로써 향후 활용방안을 제시하고 있다.

기업을 둘러싼 시장 환경이 급변하면서 기업의 입장에서는 비즈니스 프로세스를 보다 효율적으로 통합, 조정하여 경쟁사보다 빠르고 능동적으로 대처해야 할 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 특히 기업의 영업과 생산 부문은 프로세스 통합, 조정의 필요성이 가장 큰 분야이면서 서로 판이한 전략 및 목표를 가짐으로 인해 가장 통합하기 어려운 분야이다. 그 이유는 영업 부문에서는 가격과 판촉을 통해 고객 서비스를 제고하면서 많은 판매 수입을 올리는 것이 목표라면 생산 부문은 생산성을 높이면서 최소의 비용으로 제품을 생산하는 것이 목표이기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 한정적인 판매 시즌을 가지는 상품에 대해서 동일 기업 내의 영업 부문과 생산 부문의 문제들을 동시에 고려한 통합 의사 결정 정책을 제시하였다. 영업과 생산 부문의 의사 결정이 순차적으로 분리되어 결정되는 순차적 모델과 영업과 생산 부문의 의사 결정이 동시에 통합적으로 이루어지는 통합 모델을 비교 분석함으로써 그 효과를 검증하였다

기업간 경쟁의 격화와 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 많은 기업들이 공급사슬관리(SCM)를 도입하고 있다. 이에 따라, 공급사슬상의 관련 기업간의 상호작용과 정보공유에 기반한 공급사슬 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 웹서비스와 같은 시스템에 독립적인 기술 적용의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 웹서비스를 이용하면서도 높은 수준의 공급사슬 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는, 여러 상호작용주체가 참여하는 글로벌 프로세스 수준에서 SCM 프로세스를 관리하고 제어할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 및 관리도구로 최근 각광을 받고 있는 BPM을 도입하여 각 업무단위가 웹서비스로 구성된 환경에서 SCM을 구성하는 프로세스를 효과적으로 통합하여 실행하는 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리, 모니터링하는 것이 가능하며, SCM 프로세스의 수행결과를 토대로 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있다. 또한, SCM 프로세스의 진행과정에서 의사결정이 필요한 경우 이에 대한 지인 에이전트를 웹서비스로 구성하여 보다 신속한 프로세스 수행을 가능하게 한다.
