Attacks such as DDoS are detected by the intrusion detection system and can be prevented early. DDoS attack traffic was analyzed using the decision tree. Deterministic features with high importance were found, and the accuracy was verified by proceeding the decision tree for only those properties. And the contents of false positive and false negative traffic were analyzed. As a result, the accuracy of one attribute was 98% and the two attributes were 99.8%, respectively.

It has become important to have some proper guidelines of how to provide public transport information services in response to the rapid IT developments and the wide spread of public information services. The current study takes a contextual approach to the analysis of public transportation information use under a dynamic decision situation, complementing the conventional cross-sectional approaches. Using the CHAID of decision tree induction based on decision table formalism applied to the survey data of activity travel and information use, the study found that the information type and medium choices are strongly affected by the decision contexts in addition to the individuals' socio-demographic characteristics. The results suggest an important implication to the market segmentation of information services for public transportation.

본 논문에서는 생물의 2차원영상에서 4가지의 특징을 추출한 다음 약품에 대한 생물의 행동 패턴 반응에 대하여 의사결정나무를 적용하여 패턴의 인식 및 분류를 하였다. 생물의 행동패턴을 대변하는 물리적인 특징인 속도, 방향전환 각도, 이동거리에 대하여 각각 중간이상속도비율, FFT(Fast Fourier Transformation), 2차원 히스토그램 면적, 프렉탈, 무게중심을 사용하여 특징을 추출하였다. 이렇게 추출된 4가지의 특징변수들을 사용하여 의사결정나무 모델을 구성한 다음 생물의 약품 첨가에 대한 반응을 분석하였다. 또한 결과에서는 기존의 생물의 행동패턴 구분에 쓰였던 전형적인 기법(conventional methods)보다 본 연구에서 적용한 의사결정나무가 생물의 행동패턴이 가지는 물리적 요소에 대한 독해력을 가짐을 보임으로써 특정환경에서 이동행동에 대한 분석을 용이하게 하고자 하였다.

홍수피해저감 대책의 우선순위 결정은 시스템 차원에서 접근해야 한다. 홍수피해저감 사업을 분야별로 분리하여 분석하면 숲을 보지 못하고 산을 판단하는 오류를 범할 수 있다. 홍수피해 최소화를 위한 여러 전문 분야별 대안 분석도 중요하지만, 시스템 차원에서 홍수피해 저감 방안을 파악하고 대책을 수립해야 한다. 따라서 본 시스템의 개발 목적은 최적의 홍수피해저감 대책을 결정하는 데 있어 각각의 개별 정보를 공유하고, 의사결정 지원에 필요한 시스템을 구축하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 홍수방어 대책 통합평가시스템은 수문학적 홍수분석 모형을 비롯하여 수리학적 홍수분석 모형, 의사결정지원 시스템이 통합되어 단일 시스템으로 구축되며 이를 위해서는 구체적인 사용자 요구파악과 관련 업무 프로세스 분석을 통한 전체적인 시스템 구조 설계가 중요하다. 홍수방어 대책 통합평가시스템의 핵심 요소는 1) GIS입력 모듈, 2) Fuzzy 알고리즘 모듈, 3) MCDA 알고리즘 모듈, 4) 결과표출 모듈 등 네 가지이다. 여기서 첫 번째 모듈은 GIS 입력 모듈로써 최적 방안 도출을 위한 빈도별 홍수터, 홍수심, 토지이용도 등과 같은 일련의 GIS 기초자료를 제공한다. 두 번째 단계는 퍼지화된 MCDA 모듈을 수행하기 위한 퍼지 알고리즘 및 퍼지 연산을 위한 내부 코딩이 이루어지는 단계로써 사용자 요구 사항에 따른 연산이 가능하다. 세 번째 단계는 최적 방안을 모색하는 MCDA 알고리즘과 연산 수행을 위한 세부 모듈로 구성됐다. 마지막 네 번째 단계는 모형과 DB간의 연계절차로써 사용자가 직접 운영하는 GUI 부분으로써 사용자의 요구 사항을 비롯하여 모형의 특징을 Matlab 프로그램으로 각각의 화면을 디자인한다. 이 단계에서는 모형을 수행하기 위한 DB가 구축되며 사용자의 요구에 의한 맞춤형 분석이 가능하도록 구성됐다. 통합시스템을 통한 의사결정과정의 합리성은 선택된 최적의 홍수저감대책의 사회 경제적 수용성은 물론 의사결정과정의 투명성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

This paper investigates whether intra-household bargaining power affects couples' caregiving decisions during instances of competing parental demands for assistance. The primary focus is on examining how partners' bargaining power influences the relative allocation of time resources between parents and parents-in-law, assuming that children prefer to transfer caregiving resources toward their own parents over their parents-in-law. The findings in this study reject the bargaining theory that couple's parental care behavior results from a bargaining process between the husband and the wife. More specifically, the results did not clearly show that children prefer to transfer caregiving resources toward their own parents over their parents-in-law. Decision-making power, measured by final decision-making authority, also failed to affect the relative care transfers.

The purpose of this study is to examine the arguments about the conceptualization and the assessment of mental capacity and legal competence concerning the adult guardianship. Based on these literature reviews, the author analysed Mental Capacity Act 2005 of United Kingdom. The act conceptualizes legal competence as a concept dependent on a specific decision, time, and environmental support or convenience. According to the act, the assessment of the legal competence shall be made with ensuring the person all the viable supports and environmental conveniences. And it appears that the hierarchical assessment system of the act assures that the more the decision is important the more professional and more formal assessment shall be used. Based on these findings the author suggested several implications for the legislation of a new adult guardianship act in Korea.

본 논문에서는 방학 중 효과적인 학습 방법을 분석하기 위해 의사결정트리를 사용한 접근법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 우선 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 방학 중의 학습방법에 대한 다양한 요소를 도출한다. 다음으로, 의사결정트리를 사용하기 위한 데이터 변환 및 분석 방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로, 설문조사를 통해 수집한 현실의 구체적 데이터에서 의사결정트리를 생성한다. 중학교 학생들에 대한 설문조사를 분석한 결과, 세 가지 의미 있는 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 인터넷 학습사이트 이용은 성적 하락에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성적 변화에 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상했던 과외는 실제로 큰 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다양한 학습방법의 병행은 오히려 성적 하락의 요인이 되는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 논문에서 제시한 분석 방법 및 결과는 학생들의 방학 중 생활 지도나 학습 계획 수립에 많은 도움이 될 수 있다고 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to verify influences of growth needs of staff at the welfare center for people with disabilities on customer orientation and mediation effect of participative decision-making on this relationship. For this purpose, we conducted a survey of 900 staff at welfare centers for people with disabilities nationwide, and 847 data were finally analysed. In order to verify mediation effect of participative decision-making, the hierarchical regression model proposed by Baron and Kenny was conducted. The main results were as follows. First, growth needs influenced positively on customer orientation. Second, participative decision-making mediated this relationship. Based on findings, this study suggested alternatives in terms of individual and organizational aspects to improve customer orientation of them.

This study investigates what decisions have an impact on bank performance. A panel regression analysis was conducted using data from the financial statements of banks located in the United States from 2013 to 2022, and the effects of explanatory variables were examined through hierarchical panel regression analysis divided into financial decision-making and management decision-making. In addition, by analyzing performance separately from the creditor and shareholder perspectives (hereinafter referred to as overall) and from the shareholder perspective alone, it suggests which elements should be utilized and how to improve performance from each perspective. When a panel regression analysis was performed using only liquidity and stability, dependency on deposits and the interest coverage ratio had a statistically significant impact from the perspective of overall performance, and the debt ratio also had a statistically significant impact from the perspective of shareholder performance. When adding non-technical factors, only the labor cost ratio among non-technical factors was found to be statistically significant from the overall performance perspective, and although the non-technical factors were not statistically significant from the shareholder performance perspective, the cash ratio was found to have a statistically significant impact. Lastly, when adding technical innovation elements, the intangible asset ratio was not statistically significant from the overall performance perspective, but was significant from the shareholder performance perspective. The significance and implications of this study are that there are differences in factors that can affect the performance of overall or shareholder and that various decision-making factors can affect a bank's performance.

Water resource projects need an enormous national budget. Therefore, a reasonable and reliable decision making is required for the planning of water resource projects, but decision making has been mostly performed by economic analysis. The objective of this study is to develop a Multi-criteria Decision Making(MCDM) model which can assess the project in various aspects for the selection of preferable alternative and determination of investment priority in water resource projects. In this study, the criteria involves economic feasibility, policies, vulnerability, and sub-items which have weights obtained from the expert survey for the consistent evaluation. We also derived the utility function considering risk trend of each item based on the expert survey. Then, the total score was estimated by weights of each item and utility score of each attribute. The results show that vulnerability is a major contributor for the criteria. This study will contribute to the selection of proper water resource projects considering efficiency of project and fairness for vulnerable area.
