In this paper, I am going to analyze a commercial film narrative focused on a temporal order through the theory of narrative discourse by Gerard Genette. Advertisements has a special quality or feature to be convertible into mythological hyper reality to advertise an product effectively. In this process, narrative in a commercial film has visual variations using a temporal order to show an glamorously advertisements in television. The reason that narrative in a commercial film is subject to variation with a temporal order, duration, frequency is to get some aesthetic effect for making sure people see them. Under the influence of postmodernism, image making like a pop-art became the first consideration in a commercial film with the consequence that representation as a signifier came to be more important than object as a signified. As a commercial film have more sensational image as a result of visual variation, images in a commercial film became vague so that it does not explain or express an advertising concept dearly. However, those aspects have assets that it gives the TV audience a room for interpretation in advertisements by themselves.

Metonymy can be said to be the only language's meaning shifting technique that exists in the domain of a single human thought in order to obtain a transparent cognitive effect. The purpose of this study was to analyze the 'descriptive metonymy' of the advertising content language constructed by the cognitive principle and to find a way to use it in media language education for social and cultural interests and reflection of college students. The metonymy used in advertising media contrasts with the difficulty of the metaphorical interpretation of "opaque and distant" reasoning. Storyboards, mostly focused on human emotions and behaviors, used metonymy's 'transparent and easy meaning shifting technique'. I have found that I can expect the efficiency of media language education that contains the interest and sociocultural interest, self-reflection, and future imagination of college students. Now, there is less need to perform cognitive reasoning for advertisements with ambiguous metaphor techniques. Lastly, in order to produce successful advertising content, we expect to use the language technique of 'narrative metonymy' with warm feelings of humans, and acknowledge the lack of quantitative research and leave it as a task for the next research.

Recently, with the development of Internet media, many document materials have become exponentially increasing on the web. These materials are described, and the information on what is the most by this text are classified according. However, the text has meant that many have room for ambiguous interpretation must look at it from various angles in order to interpret them correctly. In conventional classification methods it was simply a classification only have the appearance of the text. In this paper, we analyze it in terms genetic algorithm and local preserving based techniques and implemented a clustering system fragmentation them. Finally, the performance of this paper was evaluated based on the implementation results compared to traditional methods.

소프트웨어 프로젝트는 본질적으로 모호한 요구사항, 정확하지 않은 산정과 기술의 어려움 등 많은 불확실성을 포함하고 있다. 이러한 불확실성은 프로젝트가 내부에 잠재적인 문제인 위험(Risk)을 지니고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 위험은 발생되면 프로젝트 성공에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 위험을 사전에 예방하고 최소화하기 위한 프로세스(Process)의 정립이 필요하다. 상당수의 중소규모 조직이 이러한 위험관리의 중요성을 인지하고 있지만, 위험관리 프로세스를 정의하고 이행하는 것은 전문적인 지식을 요구한다. 따라서 특정 조직과 프로젝트에 적합한 프로세스가 안정적인 단계에 이르기 위해서는 많은 시행착오의 과정이 필요하다. 이러한 어려움 때문에 중소규모 조직에서는 쉽게 프로세스 구축을 시도하지 못하고 있다. 관련 표준과 참조모델에서도 위험관리 프로세스 영역을 포함하여 중요성을 강조하고 있지만, 상위수준의 활동목표와 수행되어야 하는 프랙티스(Practice)만을 제시하고 있는 세부적인 절차나 방법들에 대해서는 언급하지 않고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 PMBOK 과 CMMI, 그리는 기존 전문가들의 연구를 바탕으로 소프트웨어 위험관리 프로세스 프레임워크(Framework)를 개발하였다. 중소규모 조직에서는 이 프레임워크를 활용하여 규모와 프로젝트의 특성을 반영한 위험관리 프로세스를 정의하고 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

In order for learners with different characteristics to reach meaningful learning, the curriculum - class-assessment must be integrated. In this study, we classified the integration into three aspects: content compatibility, operator convergence, and institutional connectivity, and looked at the status of unifying special classes in general schools from each perspective. As a result of the study, in terms of content suitability, adjustment of the curriculum to those subject to special education-professorial revision-assessment adjustment was not performed well except for subjects where individualization professors were conducted. From an actor's perspective, the ambiguity of the roles of general and special teachers resulted in the inability of curriculum coordinators, educators, evaluators and others to agree or even minimal consultations. In terms of institutional linkage, the authority and role of curriculum coordination, professorial revision, and assessment coordination were unclear except for subjects where individualization professors were conducted. As an alternative to discuss and remedy these problems, it proposed increasing awareness of individualized education, compulsory consultation and institutional readjustment.

The starting point of this discussion resides in the 'eyes' of mirror in a sense of seeing the self reflected in a mirror. The meaning of mirror has been evolved over the centuries while strengthening its sense of identity by bringing up some questions for resemblance, reproduction, self-reflection and reality. A mirror has also extended its vision and provided with a range of images that the self can't have. In this regard, looking into a mirror has been a sustained focus of attention by creating another ostensible being of self-image. This shows the two sides of mirror, which reveals an ambiguous gap between substance and illusion. An excessive immersion in a reflected image in a mirror is intensified and expressed today. The eyes of mirror consisting of a complex dual structure show relations between a person who sees and a person who is seen, which draws a hazy line of demarcation between the subject and the object. This opens up the possibility of the world of chiasme, where you could face all the aspects being from the eyes of others. Furthermore, the meaning of the reflection in a mirror has formed a creative discourse as an enigmatic medium that creates a variety of 'eyes' in various forms of aesthetic expression like paintings and literature. I accordingly suggest that the 'eyes of mirror' is the ambiguous 'eyes of human being' reflected in two territories of the world. Therefore, I will present the historical development of the perspective on the mirror to take a concrete approach in which it opens up the reflective structure of resemblance through a series of examples projected onto the literary and artistic productions. This study will serve as ruminations on the fact that your life is being existent in 'chiasme' of mutual entanglement between the self and the world by investigating relations between a person who sees and a person who is seen, in other words, relations between the perceiving subject and the eyes of others reflected in a mirror.

To Republic of Korea in the Indo-Pacific region, the stability and prosperity of the area are directly coupled with national survival, interest. Currently, on account of strategic competition between U.S.A, and China in this area as well as supranational·non-conventional threats, the security environment is unstable, required joint/allied responses. So, lots of states inside(U.S.A., Japan, ASEAN, etc.), also, out of this Indo-Pacific area like EU-NATO, open their own strategy related in Indo-Pacific issues to be involved. R.O.K. government took its own line with publishing self strategy following this international trend, it can be shown korean government's strong intend to join in the pending security issues in this region with 'strategic clarity'. Now, R.O.K. Navy has to back up governments, policy. First, R.O.K. Navy should strengthen the relationship inside and take part in the multilateral cooperation of security. Second, to convey this deterrence message to potential threats, Navy is required to show of forces and have combined exercises. Also, as naval forces of advanced countries, Korea, Navy should be taken action in non-traditional threats, and help developing states improve their sea power. To fulfill this tasks in the wide ocean area, Navy need five inherent characteristics(mobility, flexibility, sustainability, capability of presence and projection). In the end, this paper propose the development plan following operational environment (SWOT) analysis as well.

The aim of this paper is to make embodiment and structure of the mission concept, named mission construct, in the National R&D Programs as an effective tool which manages the life-cycle processes and examines their validity and duplication problems. While it is generally accepted the premise that the mission is the fundamental reason for being in planning and implementing a public program, its role is being overlooked because of its vagueness and abstractness. To derive the mission construct of a program level, existing literature on corporate/organization missions and their components is examined. The study identifies and proposes the following four dimensions and their attributes: raison d'etre, program definition, program identification and program goals.

의존 구문 분석은 문장 구성 요소의 위치에 제약이 적고 생략에도 유연하게 대처할 수 있어 한국어 구문 분석에 적합하다. 하지만 의존 구문 분석을 수행할 때 지배소를 결정해야 할 노드 수가 많으면 계산의 복잡도가 올라가고, 각 노드의 지배소를 결정할 때 방향성 문제가 있어 구문 분석에 모호함을 더한다. 이때 지배소 후위 원칙을 엄격하게 적용할 경우 구문적 중심어와 의미적 중심어가 불일치하는 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제들을 해소하기 위해 구묶음을 수행한 문장으로 구문 분석을 수행할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존의 의존 구문 말뭉치를 말덩이 기반의 의존 구문 말뭉치로 변환하는 알고리즘을 기술하고, 이에 따라 구축한 말뭉치와 기존의 말뭉치를 정량적으로 비교한다.

In January 2020, the National Assembly passed the revisions of three bills which ease regulations on the use of personal information. The revised laws include the launch of an independent supervisory body, the arrangement of redundant regulations, and regulations for the development of the data economy. This paper analyzes the content and meaning of each law of the Three Revised Bills that Ease Regulations on the Use of Personal Information. And the future challenges outline three aspects: the establishment of a system to ensure the right to informational self-determination of privacy concerns, the establishment of a certification system and the presentation of reasonable guidelines, and the expectation of professional performance by the Personal Information Protection Commission.
