Semantic role labeling task used in various natural language processing fields, such as information extraction and question answering systems, is the task of identifying the arugments for a given sentence and predicate. Predicate used as semantic role labeling input are extracted using lexical analysis results such as POS-tagging, but the problem is that predicate can't extract all linguistic patterns because predicate in korean language has various patterns, depending on the meaning of sentence. In this paper, we propose a korean predicate recognition method using neural network model with pre-trained embedding models and lexical features. The experiments compare the performance on the hyper parameters of models and with or without the use of embedding models and lexical features. As a result, we confirm that the performance of the proposed neural network model was 92.63%.

의미역 결정에 있어 의미 표지 부착 말뭉치는 필수적이지만 한국어 의미 표지 부착 말뭉치는 영어나 중국어와 같은 언어에 비하여 구축이 미비한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 의미 분석을 위한 한국어 Proposition Bank(이하 PropBank)와 세종 의미 표지 부착 말뭉치의 구축을 위한 소프트웨어 도구를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 도구는 문장 성분의 의존관계를 이용하여 주어진 술어에 대한 논항을 찾아주고, PropBank 프레임 파일과 세종 용언 격틀 사전을 활용하여 사용자가 능률적으로 한국어 PropBank와 세종 의미 표지 부착 말뭉치를 구축할 수 있도록 하였다.

문자로 표기된 단어의 의미를 파악 과정에 음운 정보가 개입하는지를 결정하기 위해 3 개의 실험을 실시하였다. 예컨대, [동닙 신문]과 [목립 신문]을 제시하고 이들이 구(句)가 성립되는지를 판단케 한 실험 1에서는 [동닙 신문]을 "독립 신문"으로 오판한 확률이 [목립 신문]을 "독립 신문"으로 오판한 확률보다 낮았다. [국립]과 [공립] 그리고 [궁닙]과 [공립]을 각각 차례로 제시하고, 두 번째 제시된 단어("공립")를 명명하는 데 소요된 시간을 측정한 실험 2에서는, 앞서 제시된 [궁닙]이 뒤에 제시되는 [공립]의 명명을 다소 용이하게 하였지만 그 정도는 미미하였으며, 앞서 제시된 [국립]이 [공립]의 명명을 촉진시킨 것에 크게 못 미쳤다. 실험 2에서와 동일한 자극 재료에다, 명명과제 대신 어휘판단 과제를 이용한 실험 3에서는 "국립"과 동음인 비단어 [궁닙]이 [정립]보다는 [공립]의 인식을 촉진시켰지만, [국립]이 [공립]인식을 촉진시진 정도에는 크게 못미쳤다. 이들 결과를 종합하면, 음운 정보는 의미 파악에 부수적인 도움 정도만 제공한다는 결론이 도출된다.

본 논문에서는 해프톤 패턴의 간섭현상으로 발생하는 모아레 패턴을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 새로운 모아레 패턴 평활화 방법을 제시한다. 제안한 방법에서는 모아레 패턴이 존재하는 영역에 대해서만 그 세기에 따라 평활화 정도를 적극적으로 조정해 주기 때문에, 모아레 패턴을 효과적으로 제거하면서 경계나 텍스쳐 같은 의미있는 고주파 성분도 잘 보존할 수 있다. 또한 기존의 방법과 달리 퓨리에 변환과 같은 추가 연산을 필요로 하지 않고 미리 만들어진 테이블을 참조하는 과정만으로 모아레 피크의 세기를 결정하기 때문에 연산 시간 측면에 서로 효율적이다. 제안한 방법은 칼라 인쇄물을 다루는 다양한 멀티미디어 분야에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

우리나라는 1990년대에 접어들면서 분권화는 피할 수 없는 시대적 요청으로 모든 부문의 주요과제가 되고 있다. 분권화의 핵심은 행정 권한과 역할의 지방 분권화를 의미하며, 지방 분권의 수준은 무엇보다도 행정 기능과 사무 배분을 어떻게 하느냐에 따라서 결정된다. 지금까지 원자력 안전 규제 기능은 중앙 정부가 독점하고 있었기 때문에 향후 중앙 집권화된 규제 기능을 어떻게 합리적으로 또 효과적으로 지방 정부에 이양하느냐가 원자력 안전 규제 제도의 최적화에 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 중앙 정부와 지방 정부간 원자력 안전 규제 기능의 합리적$\cdot$효과적 배분을 위한 원칙과 기준, 유형과 모델을 제시하고 그에 따른 적실성 있는 기능 분담 대안을 모색하는데 있다.

유역모형을 통해 우심하천을 제시하는 방법은 많은 노력과 시간이 요구되는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 국가배출부하량 자료를 사용하여 간단하게 오염원별/오염물질별 수질 관리가 요구되는 하천을 선정하는 방법을 제시하고, 우심하천을 선정하였다. 적용 유역은 한강 수계에서 가장 복합한 댐 유역인 충주댐 유역으로 결정하였다. 충주댐 유역의 소유역별 배출부하량을 활용해 하천 관점의 배출부하량을 산정하였다. 하천 관점의 배출부하량 (Stream Total Loads, STL로 명명)은 임의의 하천으로 유입되는 모든 소유역의 배출부하량 합계를 면적 합계로 나누어 산정하는 방법이며, 임의의 하천 지점에서 상류의 모든 소유역이 포함된 단위면적당 배출부하를 의미한다. 따라서 댐 유역 말단의 STL은 유역 전체의 단위면적당 배출부하로 표현되며, 유역 전체의 STL보다 높은 소유역이 연결된 하천을 댐 호소 관점에서 볼 때 관리가 필요한 하천이라 할 수 있다. 댐 유역 말단의 STL은 점오염원-BOD 0.617 kg/km²/day, 점오염원-TP 0.038 kg/km²/day, 비점오염원-BOD 2.909 kg/km²/day, 비점오염원-TP 0.237 kg/km²/day로 산정되었다. 점오염원에 대한 BOD 관리하천은 창리천, 장평천, 지장천하류 등 15개 소유역, TP 관리하천은 주천강시점, 창리천, 주천강상류 등 20개 소유역으로 나타났다. 비점오염에 대한 BOD 관리하천은 주천강시점, 장평천, 제천천하류 등 13개 소유역, TP 관리하천은 주천강시점, 장평천, 주천강상류 등 16개 소유역으로 나타났다. 또한 전체 배출부하에 대한 비점오염원의 배출부하비는 BOD 82.5%, TP 86.2%로 점오염원보다 높았다. 따라서 우선 관리 대상 하천은 TP 비점오염원, BOD 비점오염원, TP 점오염원, BOD 점오염원 순으로 계획될 필요가 있다. 향후 유역 모델링을 수행하고, STL 산정 결과와 비교하여 우심 하천 선정에 대한 적합성을 평가할 예정이다.

본 논문에서는 한국어 PropBank의 구축을 위한 동사의 프레임 파일 확장 및 구축에 대한 연구를 논한다. 문장 단위의 의미 분석에 있어서 가장 중요하다고 볼 수 있는 의미 역 결정을 위해서 필요한 언어자원중, PropBank는 동사의 술어-논항 구조를 태그해 놓은 말뭉치로써 가장 널리 쓰이는 언어자원 중 하나이다. PropBank는 크게 술어-논항 구조를 태그한 말뭉치와 개별 동사들의 논항 구조를 기술한 프레임 파일로 이루어져 있다. 한국어 PropBank 구축을 위해서는 구문 표지 부착 말뭉치에 술어-논항 구조의 표지 부착 작업 및 한국어 동사의 프레임 파일의 구축 및 확장이 이루어져야 하는데, 본 논문에서는 세종 계획에서 발표한 용언 격틀 파일을 사용하여 기존의 한국어 PropBank 프레임 파일을 확장하는 도구를 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze operation sense in detail with regard to division of fraction. For this purpose, two sixth grade students who were good at calculation were clinically interviewed three times. The analysis was focused on (a) how the students would understand the multiple meanings and models of division of fraction, (b) how they would recognize the meaning of algorithm related to division of fraction, and (c) how they would employ the meanings and properties of operation in order to translate them into different modes of representation as well as to develop their own strategies. This paper includes several episodes which reveal students' qualitative difference in terms of various dimensions of operation sense. The need to develop operation sense is suggested specifically for upper grades of elementary school.

This study examines the roles of government and reasons of defeat on 9.11 terror, iraq war between 2001 and 2003. The administration functions critical role of national security. And punctual, accurate information supply capability helps policymaker's decision-making. Hence, information of punctuality and accuracy should be given to policymakers. And without two above written factors, it will result in failing. Information concoction on policymaker's pressure, biased informant, inaccurate information and lack of assembly means under the extensive organization and technologized spying means, Fail to keep information objectivity, leads to information failure. In the context of a series of facts, we shall cover the position of government and reasons of calamities. Two incidents deem as information failure by national security service, but concoction of Iraqi mass destruction weaponry is believed as bush administration's deception on account of political gains. For fully functional government role, governing body should reinforce all aspects of gathering, analyzing, and making use of information more objectively in the first place. In particular, information concoction involving policymakers post massive stumbling block to organized outcome. The thesis presents a prospective view of government position under the U.S. secret agent over 9.11 terror and Iraq war.

The aim of this study is to identify economic geographical determinants that affect the sustainability of the social economy. The sustainability of the social economy means the sustainability of the pursuit of social value as well as the sustainability of business operation. This study is aiming to economic geographical determinants as factors affecting sustainability of the social economy and extracted measurement index through examination on the theory and case study. As a result, 10 items in two areas(the sustainability of the pursuit of social value, the sustainability of business operation) had been deducted as the measurement index of which sustainability of the social economy. In addition, 20 items in four areas(local networks, intermediary organizations, local community culture and public roles) had been deducted as economic geographical determinants. Multiple regression analysis through 193 firm surveys suggests that 'local networks', 'intermediary organizations', and 'public roles' have an positive impact on sustainability. This result implies a need for policies to create an economic geography ecosystem of social economy.
