제지 및 판지산업에서 생산원료로 사용되고 있는 펄프가 폐지와 대체가능하다면 폐지의 의무사용량을 늘이는 정책은 매립지문제 뿐만 아니라 산림자원보호와 공해방지 측면에서 효과적인 방안이 될 수 있다. 일반적으로 미국의 제지 및 판지공장에서 사용되는 펄프는 수직적으로 합병된 펄프공장에서 지급되어 중간재로서의 펄프의 시장가격이 존재하지 않기 때문에 펄프와 폐지의 대체탄력성을 측정하기 위하여 펄프량을 이윤이 극대화되는 수준으로 고정시킨 후, 제약이윤함수(制約利潤函數)를 추정한 결과, 펄프와 폐지는 대체가능한 것으로 나타났다.

Recently, as interest in programming and artificial intelligence has increased, software education has been compulsory from elementary school. In order to achieve this goal of programming education, it is necessary to basically establish a lab environment suitable for students and teachers. However, there is a problem with performance problems caused by old computers in the lab environment of the school, and there is a problem that students must purchase and use the existing online platform while implementing an algorithm contest program in which students access and evaluate their problem-solving ability at the same time. Therefore, in this paper, to solve this problem, we propose a web-based online practice environment and algorithm contest scoring system using React and Spring boot. Through this, it is believed that even in a computer with low specifications, programming can be studied using only a web browser.

The Marine Accident Investigation and Tribunal System is intended to provide a credible solution to prevent the recurrence of similar accidents. When a marine accident occurs, the Korea Maritime Safety Tribunal seeks to find its root causes through an analysis of what provoked the accident. It also contributes to the development of safety policies or practices by making a decision based on the findings. However, if the decision presented as the root cause of a marine accident is ambiguous or unclear, it may be difficult to achieve its intended goal. Hence, if we read some of the decisions of the Maritime Safety Tribunal, it is selective to directly apply the cause of an accident as a source of the measures that can prevent its recurrence. A typical example of this is the expression: "when a seafarer neglects ordinary practice of seaman." The term "ordinary practice of seaman" has been criticized for being used in some decisions like a master key where it is not easy to determine which specific rules or regulations were violated or blame the involved seafarers. Such term is present in Article 2 of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972. For the proper use of the term, this paper seeks to compare and establish the concepts of "ordinary practice of seaman" and the duty of care by providing a systematic interpretation of the original text. In addition, the duty of care was reviewed from the perspective of administrative, civil, and criminal laws. Furthermore, relevant legal precedents were reviewed and presented in the study. Accordingly, it is expected that the term "ordinary practice of seaman" would be properly used in decisions that contribute to the prevention of the recurrence of similar marine accidents.

전자패키징을 포함한 마이크로시스템 패키징의 재료 및 어셈블리 기술에 관련한 도전성 접착제 및 접속 기술을 개략적으로 소개하였다. 이와 같은 도전성 접착제 및 접속 기술은 종래 사용되어 왔던 Pb 솔더의 환경, 인체에의 악영향 등으로 인한 무연(Pb-free) 솔더의 개발과 함께 차세대 솔더의 대체 재료 및 접속 기술로서 주목받고 있다. 도전성 접착제는 이미 반도체 집적회로를 기판에 접합하는 등 널리 사용되고 있지만 최근 도전성 접착제에 대한 수요와 시장 규모가 증가하는 추세이며 더 나아가 그 응용 범위가 점차로 확대되어 가고 있다. 특히 국제적 규약에 의한 무연 솔더의 사용이 의무화됨에 따라 전기적 접속성, 열 도전성, 접합성 등 기본 솔더에 버금가는 특성을 확보하기 위한 새로운 재료의 개발 및 공정에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 선진국에서는 이러한 기술의 필요성을 인식하고 많은 연구 인력, 시설 및 정보 공유 등을 통해 활발한 투자와 연구개발이 진행되고 있다. 이에 한국에서도 국제 경쟁력을 향상시키고 차세대 첨단 산업 분야의 신기술 확보를 위해 체계적인 연구 활동을 위한 노력이 절실히 요구된다.

As the demand of sea leisure increases recently, interest is converged sea safety and offer of quick and systematic information according to weather environment that change rapidly. Use of Electronic Navigational Chart(ENC) in the sea in offer of geography information through Mobile terminal was gone to level that run in PDA environment in domestic by bulky good physician data information and complicated processing way of island in the sea expression in sea, and is loaded in obligatory sailing equipment of ship yet and is used. In this paper, we develop server system that take charge index for offer of quick information through Restrictive resource management and Caching Technique, image conversion and database construction and fast search to service various marine leisure informations of Weather Data and so on and image information of ENC in the sea to Mobile portable phone terminal efficiently.

Product-based environmental regulations, such as RoHS, REACH, EuP, etc., on electrical and electronic equipments, chemicals, and so on, initiated by the European Union, are becoming a global trend. These regulations can create barriers to trade among nations worldwide and may thereby have a direct impact on the function of internal market. If domestic companies utilize well the international environmental regulations in advance, they will get good opportunity for expanding overseas market. In this paper the current status of countermeasure for overcoming the international environmental regulations in domestic industries was investigated and the future plans were discussed.

Since a smart phone has been popular, 91% of the internet users are utilizing the technology in all places for chatting and messenger which overtake share of voice and visual call utilization. The phenomenon is remarkable to young generations between teenager and thirties, which leads to mobile messenger shopping such as mobile digital voucher and coupon buy. In this research, we clarify whether traditional gift-giving motivations works on digital coupon gift-giving, and two technology acceptance model factors: perceived usefulness and ease of use affects between motivations and intention to gift-giving. The result shows three traditional gift-giving motivations: experiential, obligated and practical attitude affects intention to digital mobile coupon gift-giving and ease of use of the digital mobile coupon works parameter of the relation rather than usefulness. In other words, gift-giving purpose digital coupon users give a gift with traditional gift-giving motivation but has the stronger intetnion to gift-giving by technology ease of use.

화력발전소, 석유화학공단 등 대규모 배출원에서 발생되는 이산화탄소를 활용하여 온실가스의 배출을 줄이고, 경제적 가치를 창출할 수 있는 탄소자원화는 기후변화 대응을 위한 국가전략프로젝트 중 하나이다. 전 세계적으로 탄소자원화 기술은 아직 상용화 단계이지만 최근 강화된 온실가스 감축 의무로 인하여 탄소자원화 시장은 더욱 확대될 전망이다. 화력발전소의 이산화탄소 발생 과정에서 배출되는 수증기는 응축기술을 통하여 새로운 수원으로 활용이 가능하다. 응축된 물의 최적 활용과 사용처 지향적 효율적 물순환을 위한 시설 내 스마트 워터 그리드(SWG) 개념의 물분배 시스템은 발전 산업 내에 탄소자원화의 핵심기술로 사용될 수 있다. SWG는 시설 내 용수공급 관리에서의 관망 운영, 물 수요 관리 등 ICT를 활용한 종합적인 물 분배 시스템으로, 본 연구에서는 SWG 물순환 시스템의 국내외 기술조사를 통해 발전 산업 시설 내에 적용성을 검토하였다. 물의 재이용 시스템을 포함한 SWG 기술, 지능형 관망 운영 기법 기술, 실시간 수질 감시 체계 기술 연구를 기반으로, ICT 기반 용수공급 정보 관리 기술과 수운영 모니터링 기술을 통하여 SWG가 발전 산업 연계 기술로써 적용될 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 SWG 시스템을 적용한 산업 인프라를 통하여 산업적 파급 효과를 높이고, 이를 활용한 인력과 비용 절감이 기대되며, 저에너지, 고효율화를 위한 기술력과 글로벌 물 시장진출 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위한 기초연구자료로써 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

지구환경문제 중 지구온난화는 에너지 사용과 상관 관계가 있기 때문에 국가간에 이해 관계가 완전히 해결되지 못한 상태이나, 1997년 쿄토 의정서가 체결됨으로써 우리나라에도 구체적 시행시기 및 감축의무에 대한 압력이 가중되고 있다. 지구 온난화에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 $CO_2$에 대한 규제는 이미 유럽에서 자동차 규제, 탄소세 도입, 화력발전소 건설 규제 등의 형태로 나타나고 있다. 우리나라 전체 이산화탄소 배출량 중 에너지분야에서 배출되는 이산화탄소는 약 25% 정도인 것으로 알려져 있다. (중략)
