최근 로봇산업은 첨단기술 분야의 복합체로 기술혁신성과 성장잠재력이 유망한 신산업으로 각광받고 있으며, IT, BT 및 NT 관련 요소들이 융합되어 구현되는 기술로써 파급효과가 크다고 할 수 있다. 또한, 사회구조와 생활패턴의 변화로 인해 생명 연장과 병 치료 및 건강에 대한 사회적 관심이 커지고 고령화에 따른 노인인구의 증가로 인해 의료분야에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 보다 더 나은 의료서비스를 제공함으로써 삶의 질을 향상시키고 국민 복지 향상의 핵심적 역할을 수행할 수 있는 분야는 의료용 로봇산업이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근 정부에서 10대 신성장동력으로 관심을 가지고 있는 로봇산업과 의료기술을 접목한 의료용 로봇에 대한 시장현황과 전망을 통해 의료용 로봇시장의 활성화는 물론 의료시장의 확대방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 또한, 로봇산업에서 전문 서비스용 로봇으로써 의료용 로봇이 차지하는 위상과 기술 현황 및 적용사례를 통해 향후 차세대 신성장 동력으로써의 비전을 살펴보고 의료용 로봇 기술개발을 위한 유용한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.

국가 보건의료체계(health care system)가 올바르게 기능하기 위해서는 의료체계를 구성하는 각 요소들간의 유기적인 상호 작용이 대단히 중요하다. 정보체계는 이러한 유기적인 상호 작용을 위해 보건의료체계의 각 영역에서 꼭 필요한 시스템이다. 보건의료 서비스를 효율적으로 생산하기 위해서 투입하는 자원의 개발과 배치 체계는 물론 생산된 보건의료 서비스를 소비자가 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 전달체계(delivery system)의 전과정에서 보건의료정보체계는 중요한 인프라가 되고 있다. 정보체계는 궁극적으로 보건의료체계가 지향하는 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 짜여져야 한다. 다시 말해, 의료체계의 각 하부영역에서 의료이용의 접근성(accessibility), 형평성(equity), 서비스의 의과학적 질(scientific technical quality), 포괄성(comprehensiveness) 등 보건의료체계가 추구하는 가치를 정보체계에서도 그대로 담아 낼 수 있어야 한다. 또한 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 요건으로 각 사업 영역별 표준화, 사업 영역간의 상호관계, 공공과 민간의 역할 분담, 정보 관련 시선과 인력, 정보기술 등의 인프라, 각 사업 영역별 정보화에서 담아야 할 정보 내용(contents, DB) 등에 대한 사전 기획이 수립되어야 한다. 그 동안 보건의료분야의 정보화사업은 1996년부터 보건소기관의 행정, 진료, 보건 업무지원을 위한 보건소정보화사업과, 1995년부터 초고속공공응용서비스 사업의 일환으로 추진해 온 전염병, 혈액유통, 장기이식, 외래진료예약, 원격진료, 응급의료, 원격치매진료 시스템 구축사업 등이 있으며, 응급의료, 혈액관리, 장기이식, 전염병정보, 외래진료예약시스템을 통합한 보건의료정보통합서비스시스템(1998년) 구축사업 등이 있었다. 이러한 사업들에 대해 현재 평가되고 있는 문제점들로는 정보화 사업에 대한 전략과 비젼이 부재한 상태에서 지나치게 정보기술 중심으로 추진되다 보니 보건의료 정보의 공유나 활용이 전혀 이루어지지 않거나 매우 제한적이었고, 시범사업의 경우는 초기 사업을 추진하기 위한 주체가 명확하지 않았고, 관련 인력의 훈련과 양성이 안 되었으며, 사업 확대를 위한 법적 기반의 취약, 정보화 사업이 부실한 데 대한 평가 기준과 대안 제시 등이 매우 취약한 것이 문제점으로 나타났다. 특히, 정보 내용과 DB 구축을 위한 표준화 등에 대한 사전 설계 부재는 개발된 정보시스템의 운영을 결정적으로 어렵게 만든 요인이 되고 있다. 전반적으로 기존의 정보화사업은 사업 추진을 위해서 꼭 필요한 비젼 수립, 비젼에 따른 목표 설정, 전략 개발, 관리체계 구축, 운영방안 수립 등 단계적인 정보화 계획이 부재한 것으로 평가되고 있어 보건의료정보체계 구축을 위한 종합 비젼 기획(ISP)이 시급한 실정이다.

최근 고령화가 사회적인 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 노인 인구의 증가는 급격한 의료 서비스의 수요 증가를 초래하고 이로 인해 의료비용의 급증을 야기하고 있다. 또한, 평균 수명의 연장은 노인의 삶의 질 저하를 막기 위한 수단을 요구하고 있으며, 전문 의료진의 부족현상이 심화되고 있다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 최근 IT 기술이 의료 분야에 다양한 형태로 융합되고 있다. 의료기기에 IT가 융합되어 기존의 의료기기를 고도화하거나 새로운 형태의 의료기기를 만들어 내고 있으며, 유헬스와 같이 새로운 개념의 서비스가 등장하고, 병원의 정보화를 통해 효율화를 극대화하는 디지털병원, 대규모로 축적되는 의료정보의 효율적 활용을 추구하는 Health 2.0 등 혁신적인 의료 IT 융합기술들이 연구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 국내외에서 진행되고 있는 의료 IT 융합기술의 연구개발 동향에 대하여 알아보고, 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)에서 연구하고 있는 내용을 소개한다.

As the Korean Ministry for Health and Welfare announced the likelihood to revise the legislative limit for healthcare telemedicine, u-Healthcare service through IPTV emerged among these business models. However, in spite of many advantages such as treatment improvement, service quality enhancement, and treatment usefulness, most medical trials grafted with IT have not accepted yet. This points out not only that law and institutional environment has not prepared, but also that policy maker neglect the preparation of the strategies through the study on user acceptance. The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship for IPTV quality based Healthcare on satisfaction and intention to use. The results identify that IPTV technology quality for its convenience, contents quality for its completeness, and the quality for healthcare services give significant effect to satisfaction. In addition the study indicates that overall qualities of IPTV technology, contents, and healthcare service, significantly impact on satisfaction respectively and that the satisfaction may lead to the intention to use of this service.

With the development of information and communication technology, the Internet is more important in the social and economic influence rapidly, and it is no different in the field of health care. As health information on the Internet increasing, the availabilities of health information from the Internet becomes more important with health care professionals and information specialists. the quality of health information on the Internet are continually being presented without any guarantee or judge on the quality. It is needed to provide the right to use of qualified health information through Internet. HONCODE has been established and managed by HON (Health On the Net) Foundation. In this paper, Web sites of thyroid cancer Information are evaluated using HONCODE. They provide domestic medical information on the Internet. Through this, more accuracy and evaluated information could be provided on the Internet about the thyroid cancer.

The first hospice care center in Korea dates back to the East West Infirmaries (Dongseodaebiwon in the Korean language) of the Goryeo period in the early 11th century. It has been 50 years since hospice care was introduced in Korea. Initially hospice care was provided in the private sector, including those with a religious background, and its development was slow. In the 1990s, related religious organizations and academic associations were established, and then, a full-swing growth phase was ushered in as the Korean government institutionalized hospice care in the early 2000s. As a result, enhanced quality of hospice care service could be provided, which meant better pain management and higher quality of life for late stage cancer patients and their families. Still, the nation lacked a realistic reimbursement system which was needed to for financial stability of the affected patients. However, the national health insurance scheme began to cover hospice palliative expenses in 2015. In 2016, the Act on Decisions on Life-Sustaining Treatment for Patients in Hospice and Palliative Care or at the End of Life was legislated, allowing terminally-ill patients to refuse meaningless life-sustaining treatments. As the range of diseases subject to hospice palliative care was expanded, more challenges and issues need to be addressed by the service providers.

Implementation of patient feedback is considered as a critical part of effective and efficient management. This study is a retrospective survey after to ensure the medical convergence analysis of contents on customer dissatisfaction using medical services. The data were collected from dissatisfaction 319 case at a affiliated hospital. The result indicate that a repeat visit than the initial visit, outpatients were more dissatisfied than the inpatients. The type of dissatisfaction were more dissatisfied of the in communication and explanation of medical service, nursing service and procedure of administrative services. In the classification of disease the percentages of dissatisfaction in the digestive system and neoplasm were high in both groups(p<0.05). Based on the study to improve the quality of medical service. Prevent the recurrence of dissatisfaction and to establish a customer-oriented business strategy. Characterized by dissatisfaction factors and contents of each patient and should be structured to specific disease types of services through continuous medical convergence research.

The increased needs for medical cost containment and the quality of life improvement for the low-income elderly with chronic disease require the complementary relationship between hospital care and community health services. This study investigated the current status of the linkage between Korean hospital care and community services using Seoul Welfare Panel Study(SWPS) data. Logistic regression analysis was used to examine the effects of experiences of hospitalization and outpatient health services on use and needs of community health services. The analysis results indicated that the elderly with chronic disease who have not experienced outpatient health services were unlikely to receive health and social services in the community. Even those who have experienced hospitalization were not provided complementary health services in the community despite the increasing demand.

지난 6.29일자 중앙일보에 보도에 의하면 창원파티마병원은 2005년에 이어 2008년에도 보건복지가족부 주관 전국의료기관평가서 최우수병원으로 선정되었다. 의료서비스 및 환자만족도 등 20개 부문 중 19개 부문에서 A등급을 받아 평가 대상 의료기관 중 최고의 성적을 거두었다. 창원파티마병원은 1969년 마산시 대성동에서 4개 진료과, 10개 병상의 마산파티마병원에서 출발하여 2002년 창원으로 이전, 진료를 시작한 이래 응급환자의 진료에 만전을 기하기 위해 응급의료센터를 개설하고, 보건복지가족부 지정 중증외상 및 응급뇌질환 특성화후보센터를 운영하고 있다. 말기 암 환자를 위한 호스피스 병동을 지역최초로 개설하였고, 전신 암 조기진단장비인 PET-CT 등 첨단 장비를 지속적으로 보강하여 보다 질 높은 의료서비스 제공을 위해 노력하고 있다. 또한 온생명 Care 캠페인을 통해 지구의 환경을 보전하기 위한 환경 운동을 전개하는 한편 다문화 가정 지원사업, 환자와 보호자를 위한 사랑의 음악회, 찾아가는 시민강좌 등 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 하고 있다.

인터넷의 생활화와 컴퓨터의 대중화로 인해 의료 분야에서도 웹 환경에서의 지식기반 시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있으며, 의료정보 자원과 지식기반의 응용시스템이 점차 늘어나고 있다. 또한, 지식기반 시스템에서 의료정보를 의미적 처리하기 위한 의료분야의 온톨로지 개발도 많이 시도되고 있다. 한방 온톨로지는 질병, 증상 등 정보를 체계적이고 논리적으로 표현함으로써 의료정보의 효과적 제공 및 의료지원이 가능한 지식 자원이다. 한방 온톨로지 기반의 지능화된 의료 서비스는 한방분야의 질병 및 증상 정보에 정확성을 부여하고, 체계적이고 질적으로 향상된 데이터를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 환자의 증상에 따른 연관 증상을 제공하여 지능적인 문진이 이루어질 수 있도록 문진시스템에 적용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 한방 의료 분야의 질 높은 의료지원 서비스 제공을 위한 한방 온톨로지 설계 및 구현 방법을 제시하고, 구축한 한방 온톨로지를 소개한다.
