This study reviews in detail the background of the establishment of 'Medicity Daegu', new city brand of Daegu Metropolitan City. This study also analyses both passive and active aspects of place image named 'Medicity Daegu'. To reveal passive images toward the city's new brand name, this study examines the perception of university students in Daegu Metropolitan City. On the other hand, active images are explored by analyzing strategies the city government and research institutes has adopted for the image-making and examining diverse landscapes and events the city have taken place. It was expected in the first place that the new image could help the city make more competitive, and boost its regional economy through the spread of the new city image. However, the city has currently faced difficulties to spread the new city image and has a limitation to acquire uniquely distinctive image because of overlapped images pursued by other city governments in the fields of medical industry and medical services. Some considerations are then suggested regarding the current status of the image of "Medicity Daegu".

This study was conducted to analyse interprofessional education(IPE)-related research within Korean nursing literature and suggest future directions for IPE research. For this, Five articles were included for final review. As a results, IPE in nursing research has received attention since 2017. Studies have confirmed that no clear definition of IPE concepts has been established in nursing education. Key findings regarding IPE were categorized into Awareness of IPE, Effects of IPE as an intervention and Validation of Korean version tools measuring effectiveness of IPE. The collaboration of nurses and other healthcare professionals is essential to providing quality healthcare. Therefore, considerable effort should be made to define the concept of IPE and activate research to effectively apply it to nursing education and practice in Korea.

The research was conducted with the purpose of providing effective safety and quality control system for assistive products for handicapped those are used extensively. Assistive products couldn't be classified independently due to collision with the act of medical device and lack in legal basis. The issues about safety and quality have been solved by other legal frames on a case by case basis. We couldn't find any abroad case of independent safety and quality control policy. For the practical solution, this article suggested hybrid classification system mixed with existing policies. Each classified branches are allocated to the appropriate policy of safety and quality control so those are ease of understanding and prospect. And also a delicacy process was suggested not to leave off any assistive products. Through these suggests of the improvement it is expected that blind areas of safety and quality control for assistive products for handicapped could be solved and identity of assistive products could be established to provide product safety for handicapped and boost relevant industries.

Life log started with the simple purpose of recording or sharing mainly data regarding one's personal life, but with the introduction of advanced specialized analytic methods by many corporations, a new type of business based on the life log recently emerged, with an aim of improving the quality of people's personal lives. In spite of the indispensable advantages, however, personal health lifelog service brings critical challenges that cannot be avoided from user side if the security of the data is concerned. The problem of user's privacy infringement and leaking user's sensitive medical information is increasing with the revitalization of personal health lifelog services. In this paper, we propose an information security reference model for the personal health lifelog services. Our proposal can contribute to increase the related industry to cultivate new market by suggesting the clear announcement of the guidelines using privacy protection reference model for user-specific healthcare services which uses personal lifelog.

우리나라도 2000년 들어 65세 이상의 노인인구는 7.2%를 넘어서서 본격적으로 고령화사회(aging society)에 들어섰다. "21세기는 고령자의 세기"가 된다고 해도 과언이 아니며, 2019년에는 14%가 넘어 고령사회(aged society)로 진입할 전망이다. 그러나 우리나라는 "고령자의 세기"라고 불릴 만큼 사회구조가 변화하고 있는 시점에서 노인 인구의 0.3%만이 시설에서 보호를 받고 있으며, 나머지 99.7%는 일반가정에서 생활하고 있다. 유교사회의 전통규범에 의해 99.7%의 노인들이 가족에 의해서 그들의 노년을 보내고 있으나, 핵가족화와 산업화에 따라 윤리규범이 깨어지고 있는 탈윤리시대에서, 더 이상 요보호 노인(와상노인, 중풍노인, 치매노인), 장애노인 등의 수발 및 보호는 윤리적 규범이나 가족, 가정에 의해서 충족되기는 점차 어렵게 되어 가고 있으며 극명한 한계를 보이고 있다. 이러한 사회적 상황과 가족부양체계의 변화는, 고령자를 대상으로 하는 각종 복지 시책 개발, 특히 재가노인 복지서비스의 필요성이 제기되고 있으나 우리나라는 아직 미미한 수준에 머물러 있다. 우리나라 재가노인을 위한 정책의 활성화와 서비스의 양적 확대 질적 고도화를 위해서는 첫째, 보편적으로 이용할 수 있도록 대상 범위를 확대해야 한다. 둘째, 의료서비스의 확충과 같은 전문적 서비스의 확대 실시가 요청된다. 셋째, 동일한 서비스내용에 대해서는 전달체계를 일원화할 필요가 있으며, 사업주체별로 역할을 분담하고 담당 인력별로 업무를 분담해서 전문성을 강화해야 한다. 넷째, 재가복지 서비스는 중앙과 지방의 분담에 의한 무료 서비스인 만큼 지원을 획기적으로 개선 나가며, 보편적 이용의 정도가 큰 서비스는 점차 정부지원의 서비스로 확대하되 저소득층에 대하여는 무료서비스를 제공하고 저소득층 이상에 대해서는 소득 수준에 따른 차등적 서비스 요금을 부과하는 것이 바람직하다. 그리고 보다 질 높은 서비스를 원하는 중산층 이상에 대하여는 시장 경제원리에 의한 실버산업이 활성화되어야 하며 일본에서 시행하고 있는 개호보험제의 도입방안도 적극적으로 검토되어야 할 것이다.

With the recent revitalization of virtual reality and game industries, digital therapeutics for medical purposes are emerging. Digital therapeutics refer to sports-based therapeutics such as virtual reality contents and games that are effective in preventing, managing, and treating diseases, not drugs. Through this study, we plan and develop contents for healing and brain enhancement using virtual reality technology as a therapeutic digital therapy. Through this, it can help to improve the brain of children who are dependent on electronic devices in the digital age and rarely use their brains.

IoT 장치들은 연구, 의료, 금융, 민생 분야 등에 지원하고 있으며 취약한 보안 메커니즘으로 인하여 IoT 네트워크의 개인정보 안전성이 중요해지고 있다. 안전한 다자간 계산은 서로 믿지 않는 참여자라도 데이터 수요자에게 원본 데이터를 누설하지 않는 범위 안에서 다자간 연합 계산 능력을 제공한다. 상업 네트워크나 산업 네트워크에서는 대량의 데이터는 다른 플랫폼들과 통신하기 때문에 기업이나 개인의 개인정보 데이터가 통신 과정에서 도청될 경우 데이터 보유자에게 막대한 경제적이나 잠재적인 손실이 발생한다. 본 논문에서 데이터 통신 과정을 계층별로 정의하여 블록체인에 기반의 안전한 다자간 계산 아키텍처를 제안한다. 제안하는 이키텍처에서 블록체인을 사용함으로써 데이터의 유효성 및 검증 가능성을 보장한다. 인증된 데이터로 안전한 다자간 계산 수행하기 때문에 통신과정의 보안성 및 기밀성도 확보한다. 암호학 및 블록체인 기술의 지속적 발전 및 활성화에 따라 제안하는 아키텍처가 지속적으로 개선할 잠재력이 있다.

Orthopaedics is an area where 3-dimensional (3D) printing technology is most likely to be utilized because it has been used to treat a range of diseases of the whole body. For arthritis, spinal diseases, trauma, deformities, and tumors, 3D printing can be used in the form of anatomical models, surgical guides, metal implants, bio-ceramic body reconstruction, and orthosis. In particular, in orthopaedic oncology, patients have a wide variety of tumor locations, but limited options for the limb salvage surgery have resulted in many complications. Currently, 3D printing personalized implants can be fabricated easily in a short time, and it is anticipated that all bone tumors in various surgical sites will be reconstructed properly. An improvement of 3D printing technology in the healthcare field requires close cooperation with many professionals in the design, printing, and validation processes. The government, which has determined that it can promote the development of 3D printing-related industries in other fields by leading the use of 3D printing in the medical field, is also actively supporting with an emphasis on promotion rather than regulation. In this review, the experience of using 3D printing technology for bone tumor surgery was shared, expecting orthopaedic surgeons to lead 3D printing in the medical field.

We develop Open Innovation Analysis Method in the Patent analysis field and applies it to analyze Deagu-Gyung-buk Cases. After Chesbrough researches the open innovation situation about U. S. company Cases, many researchers began to study about Open Innovation of Companies. And Hippel participated in User Innovation research about Medical equipments and extreme sporting equipments. He pointed out that user innovation occurred new products. I call it User based Open Innovation. But the methods for Open Innovation are limited such as Case study, Survey analysis, and Quality study. So, we need to develop objective analysis method for open innovation of any firm. In this study, we want to develop new objective analysis method for open innovation and apply it to analyze rocal cases and global comparative studies. We will develop the Chesbrough's patent analysis method about open innovation.We apply this new open innovation analysis method to analyze medical equipment and fuel cell industries in Daegu and Gyung-buk Province. faembedded structure of the cooperative research network of innovation We also will apply this method to analyze Samsung and Nokia Mobile industry, and Hyundae and Toyota automobile industry.
