Effects of Uncertainty on Continuous Intention by Type of Subscription: The Mediating Role of Ease of Justification (구독서비스 가입형태에 따른 불확실성 지각이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향: 정당화 용이성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of membership type for subscription service (individual subscription vs. group subscription) on continuous intention, and to verify the mediating effect of ease of justification and the moderated mediating effect of uncertainty. An experiment was conducted on 78 university students. As a result, consumers who use subscription services in group subscription showed higher intention to continue using the subscription service than consumers who use the subscription service in individual subscription. Also, the ease of justification mediates the effect on the intention to continue using. In addition, uncertainty was found to moderating effect of ease of justification on continuous use intention according to the type of subscription. This study understands the psychological mechanism of consumers according to the type of subscription service subscription and provides useful implications for companies that provide subscription services.

  • 본 연구에서는 로저스의 개혁확산이론(Rogers, 2003)과 데이비스의 기술수용모형(Davis, 1989)을 바탕으로 실감공간기술에 대한 잠재적 사용자의 태도를 분석하였다. 개혁확산이론과 기술수용모형을 바탕으로 한 선행 연구들을 통해 새로운 미디어의 채택에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 고찰할 수 있었다. 개혁확신이론을 통해서는 개인의 심리적 수준은 물론 인구통계학적 수준, 사회적 수준 등 다양한 요인과 그 하부 요인이 도출되었으며, 기술수용모형을 통해서는 개혁확산이론을 통해 도출된 다양한 변인들이 실감공간기술에 적용될 수 있다는 가설을 설계할 수 있었다. 개혁확산 이론과 기술수용모형을 통해 이미 설명된 기존의 뉴미디어들과 달리 실감공간기술이 개발 진행 중이라는 점과 그 다양한 발전 가능성이라는 특징을 고려했을 때, 실감공간기술의 확산을 어떻게 예측하고 설명할 수 있는지 고찰하는 것 또한 본 연구의 목적이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 실감공간기술에 대한 잠재적 사용자들의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인의 영향력을 살펴봄으로써 실감공간기술의 다양한 활용 방안에 대하여 모색하였다.

A Study on the Web Based Collaborative Learning Systems (웹기반 협동학습시스템의 활용에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand students' use intentions of Web Based Collaborative Learning (WBCL) system. To meet this purpose, we developed a research model based on the Decomposed TPB. This model contains 5 influencing factors: Explicit social influence(EXSI) and Implicit social influence(IMSI), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived easy of use(PEOU), Perceived Playfulness(PP). Data was collected 254 university students from two different institutions. Also, the analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis testing by using PLS 3.0. The result shows that influence factors except PEOU have a important and significant impact on user Behavior Intention(BI). Using WBCL system and learning tool, team leader(that is referent) and members can be a good interaction. For these same reasons, We found that especialy Explicit social influence(EXSI) and Implicit social influence(IMSI) are special influence factors in reference group.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among golf wear selection attributes, customer satisfaction, brand attitude and repurchase intention In order to achieve this purpose, 204 spectator were selected from department of golf at university and golf wear store in seoul by the convenience sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire whose validity was evaluated by an expert group and whose reliability was judged from the cronbach's alpha values ranging from .826 to .945 The results first, it showed that aesthetics and dailiness of golf wear selection attributes had positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, it showed that customer satisfaction had positive effect on brand attitude. Lastly, it showed that customer satisfaction had positive effect on repurchase intention. Therefore, golf wear firms should understand what consumers' Selection Attributes. And they should devise effective strategies.

  • The purpose of this study is to increase the competitiveness of big data in the maritime port organization, by understanding the expected performance and the intention to accept and use big data. In the empirical analysis of factors affecting the intention to use the big data technology for maritime port organizations, the variables employed are based on the Technology Organization Environment(TOE) and Diffusion of Innovations(DOI) theories, which are related to the acceptance of information and communication technologies. To achieve the objective of this study, an empirical analysis was conducted; this analysis targeted the personnel involved in the department of strategic planning and information technology in the related field. We set up eight hypotheses to examine the relevance between variables having three characteristics-technology, organization, and environmental characteristics. The empirical results are summarized as follows. First, it was seen that the technology characteristic, including relative advantage, complexity, and compatibility, has a significant effect on the expected performance. Second, the top management support of the organization characteristic has a significant effect, but the firm size of this characteristic has no significant effect on the expected performance. Third, the competitive pressure of the environment characteristic has a positive effect on the expected performance, while the regulatory support has no significant effect. Finally, the expected performance has a significant effect on the intention to use big data.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of benefit sought and service quality of the travel show visitors who are used as advertisements of tourism companies due to increase of tourism on the behavioral intentions and to use as a useful information to plan travel show. For this study, 240 visitors from Hanatour International Travel Show are selected. And 203 valid questionnaires are analyzed. With collected materials, SPSS 17.0, AMOS 7.0 program was used to verify research problems. As a result, travel show visitors' benefit sought don't have any influence on the behavioral intentions to revisit and to recommend. Second, travel show visitors' service quality have a positive influence on the behavioral intentions to revisit and to recommend. Thus travel show host should try hard to make travel show be an important tourism resource by continuous improvement of service quality.

  • Web을 위한 에이전트를 구축하거나 구입할 때, 우리는 그 에이전트가 가능한 한 잘 수행하기를 바란다. 이는 점점 에이전트가 Web의 정보 자원들 뿐만 아니라 거기에서 운영되는 다른 에이전트들을 이용할 수 있어야 함을 의미한다. 그리고 멀지 않아 대단히 많은 에이전트들이 존재할 것이다. 정보적으로 혼란한 Web으로부터 진화할 것으로 보이는 계산구조는 사용자, 서비스, 그리고 데이터 자원들을 대표하는 무수한 에이전트들로 구성된다. 이러한 구조에서의 전형적인 사용 패턴으로, 자원 에이전트는 서비스들에 광고하고, 사용자 에이전트는 이러한 서비스를 이용하여 자원 에이전트를 찾아 필요한 정보에 대해 질의하는 것이다. 서로 다른 사용자들을 대표하는 에이전트들이 정보를 찾고 융합하는데 협력할 수도 있으나, 상품과 자원을 위해 경쟁할 수도 있다. 유사하게 서비스 에이전트들은 사용자, 자원, 그리고 다른 서비스 에이전트들과 협력하거나 경쟁할 수 있다. 그들이 협력자이건 경쟁자이건 간에, 에이전트들은 목적을 갖고 상호작용해야만 한다. 대부분의 의도적인 상호작용은 - 정보를 알려주거나, 질의하거나, 또는 속이기 위하여 - 에이전트들이 서로 대화하는 것을 필요로 한다. 그리고 이해 가능한 대화를 위해서는 서로가 이해할 수 있는 언어가 필요하다.

Influential Factors of College Students' Intention to Use Wearable Device -An Application of the UTAUT2 Model (대학생의 웨어러블 디바이스 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 -UTAUT2 모델의 응용)

  • Using data from an online survey in Korea, this study examines factors affecting college students' intention to use wearable device based on an extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) (UTAUT2 Model). The results of the regression analysis suggest that performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions from original UTAUT are statistically significant variables to explain college students' intention to use wearable device. Also, the results of the data analysis reveal that added factors from UTAUT2 like hedonic motivation and price value are influential factors to explain intention to use wearable device. In addition, this study suggests that future studies need to test the UTAUT2 model in the context of new information and communication technologies.

  • Character of emoticon is considered suitable for expressivity in the digital era mixing and using contents of conversation with images in the course of having a talk with the other party in the mobile space. For the foregoing, this study carried out multiple regression analysis having factors of character attribute such as awareness, friendliness, self-expressivity and image differentiation as independent variables, and purchase intention of purchasers as a dependent variable. Analysis results show that awareness and image differentiation had a positive influence on the purchase intention, whereas friendliness and self-expressivity exerted no significant influence on the purchase intention.

The Exploratory Study on the Preference and the Purchase Intention of Fusion Bibimbap: Focused on Seoul Area (퓨전비빔밥의 선호도 및 구매의도에 관한 탐색적 연구: 서울지역을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to carry out the exploratory study on the preference and purchase intention of fusion bibimbap as opposed to tradition-bibimbap. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the survey was conducted to the consumer who use the subway in Seoul from Apr. 3. ~ Apr. 10. 2012, and total 288 valid copies of questionnaire were used for final analysis. The result showed that 190 persons were positive in preference for bibimbap, and the reasons were 'easy to eat' and 'a taste'. Consumer put 'spicy seafood bibimbap', 'pork cutlet bibimbap', 'sashimi bibimbap', 'chicken teriyaki bibimbap', 'bibimbap spinach lasagna' at question about preference of fusion bibimbap. Consumer put 'spicy seafood bibimbap', 'pork cutlet bibimbap', 'sashimi bibimbap', 'crab bibimbap', 'chicken bibimbap' at question purchase intention of fusion bibimbap. In addition, There was significant difference in the preference and the purchase intention of fusion bibimbap according to gender, marital status, age, and education.
