Regarding the growing concern for the mixture of landline and web-based/mobile survey, researchers are increasingly interested in methodological examination of anticipated benefits and problems of mixed mode surveys. This study focuses on scale construction. Multiple questions with a multi-point scale have been preferred in traditional surveys. However, it is not obvious if those scales have advantages also in a web-based survey. We tested if, in a web-based survey, validity, reliability, and easiness of response differ according to the size of scales.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among the factors affecting unanswered reference/information service and to suggest alternative steps which would overcome the unsatisfactory outcome in reference/information service policy. A questionnaire on the quality of reference/information service was developed to survey librarians and users in 10 different private and national university libraries. About half of 500 responses indicated dissatisfaction with the reference/information service and 10 variables were eventually identified as the primary factors which have significant relationships with users's satisfaction. Collection variables were identified as major factors associated with the unanswered service but the analysis of each factor's influence on a reference/information transaction has shown that there exist significant relationships among variables of librarian and environmental variables and the users' satisfaction. Tiered or non-tiered reference/information service showed positive relationships with collection and environmental factors.

In the field of research of sea keeping quality, much development has been made in recent years using the method of calculation based on the strip theory. It is very important to investigate the hull response of a fishing vessel in waves to ensure the safe navigation and fishing operation in rough seas by preserving excellent sea keeping qualities. For this purpose, the author measured various responses of three fishing vessels in waves using real sea experimental measuring system and analyzed the experimental data The results obtained can be summarized as follow. 1. The amplitudes of pitching motion in the experiments appeared low values with more than one peak occasionally in following sea and quartering sea, and the band width of those was found to be wide relatively. 2. The amplitudes of rolling motion in the experiments appeared high values with only one peak in following sea and quartering sea regardless of ship's tonnage, and the band width of those was found to be narrow relatively. 3. The comparisions of theoretical results with those of experiments for the pitching motions and rolling motion in following sea and quartering sea show that the theoretical values are higher slightly than those of experiments in both directions and the period at which the peak appears in the calculations and the experiments has good agreement approximately 4. The calculated responses of two vessels under a assumed wave of 2.2m height and 5.0sec period showed that the response of pitching motion of ship-A are 2.2 times bigger than those of ship-C in following sea and quartering sea, and the response of rolling motion of ship-A is 4.2 times bigger than that of ship-C in quartering sea.

The dynamic instability of snapping phenomena has been studied by many researchers. Few papers deal with dynamic buckling under loads with periodic characteristics, and the behavior under periodic excitations is expected to be different from behavior under STEP excitations. We investigate the fundamental mechanisms of the dynamic instability when the sinusoidally shaped arch structures are subjected to sinusoidally distributed excitations with pin-ends. The mechanisms of dynamic indirect snapping of shallow arches are especially investigated under not only STEP function excitations but also under sinusoidal harmonic excitations, applied i the up-and-down direction. The dynamic nonlinear responses are obtained by the numerical integration of the geometrically nonlinear equation of motion. And using this analyze characteristics of the dynamic instability through the running response spectrum by FFT(Fast Fourier Transform).

연구목적: 생산자와 소비자의 물리적 사회적 거리가 가까워지고, 1일 유통체계 준수에 의한 높은 신선도 유지, 먹거리에 대한 생산자와 생산정보 공유에 의한 농산물 안전성 향상 등 여러 장점 때문에 늘어나고 있는 로컬 푸드의 지속발전을 모색하고자 로컬 푸드 참여농가의 농작업 어려움 조사 및 기계화 방안 제시 조사방법: 전북 완주군 소재 용진농협에서 운영 중인 로컬 푸드 직매장에 농산물을 공급하는 농업인 21인을 대상으로 2016년 11월에 로컬 푸드의 어려운 점, 주요 생산품목, 가장 힘든 농작업, 기계화가 시급한 농작업, 농기계 도입에 어려운 점, 의견 및 건의사항을 설문 조사 분석하였음 결과 및 고찰: 로컬 푸드 참여 농가들은 4~5개 품목을 소량 생산하고, 농가에서 수확 소포장 라벨 부착 후 매장에 직접 진열하고 있었음. 농협은 정선 선별기, 소형 도정기, 포장기, 바코드 기계 등을 설치하여 농가 공동이용, 안전성 신선도 관리 등 교육, 스마트폰 앱을 매장 재고 현황을 농업인에게 실시간으로 제공 등 지원하고 있음. 조사에 응한 농업인 21명 중 60대(13명) > 50대(5명) > 70대(3명)로 모두 50대 이상이었음. 어려운 점에 대한 물음에 대해서는 '판매가 어렵다'(45%) > '인력이 부족하다'(40%) > '생산비가 많이 든다'(8.5%) > 기타(6.5%) 순이었음. '인력부족'은 파종과 수확 시기에 노동력이 집중적으로 필요한 것에 기인하고, 경지 규모가 다소 큰 농가에서는 농사일을 전문으로 하는 외국인 노동자를 고용함으로 노동력 부족 문제를 해소하지만, 소규모 농가는 품삯을 주고 고용할 경우 오히려 적자이기 때문에 고되더라도 자체 노동력으로 해결하고 있는 것으로 조사되었음. 가장 힘든 작업은 수확(81%) > 파종 정식(19%)으로 수확이 절대적으로 힘든 작업이라고 응답하였고, 기계화가 시급한 작업은 수확(71%) > 파종 정식(29%)으로 응답하였음. 힘든 이유로는 적기에 수확을 끝내야 상품성을 인정받을 수 있기 때문에 단기간에 많은 노동력이 요구된다고 응답하였음. 농기계 도입에 어려운 원인으로는, '적합한 수확기계가 없다'(48%)와 '재배면적이 적어 필요성을 못 느낀다'(29%)가 대부분이었고, 이밖에 '가격이 비싸다'(10%), '기계 정확도가 떨어진다'(10%), '기계 조작이 어렵다'(5%)로 나타났음. 결론: 로컬 푸드 참여 농가를 대상으로 농작업 기계화 현황에 대하여 조사하였음. 로컬 푸드의 지속 발전을 위한 방안을 제시하면; 첫째, 중 소농을 위한 수확기 개발이 가장 시급한 것으로 조사되었고, 둘째, 농기계가 아니더라도 우선 힘든 일을 해소하면서 편하게 자세를 유지할 수 있는 작업 보조기구 또는 편이장비의 개발 보급이 필요함. 셋째, 농가의 영세성과 지역의 특성을 고려하여 기술센터 농기계임대사업이나 시군 보조사업을 통해서 소형 농기계, 농기구, 보조 및 편이장비 보급이 확대되어야 함.

일반적으로유압 장치를 사용하여 힘, 속도, 그리고 위치 등을 제어하는 경우 그 제어계의 설계, 제어방식의 선택에있어서는 최종 목표치의 정도, 응답성 등의 제어 성능을 고려함과 동시에 공업적으로는 가격, 동력효율 등이 중요한 설계인자로서 고려 되어 져야한다. 제어 방식응 벨브 제어와 펌프 제어 방식으로 크게 나뉘어 질 수 있으나, 벨브 제어방식에 있어서는 유압 서보벨브를 사용하여 출력 기구를 고정도로 직접 구도하는 것이 많으나 동력손실이 큰 편이며, 효율을 개선하기 위하여 압력 보상형 비례 전자 제어 벨브를 이용하는 것도 있으나, 소출력용으로서만 이용가능할 뿐이다. 이에 비하여 가변 용량형 펌프를 이용한 제어방식은 정도, 응답성은 다소 뒤떨어 지지만 효율이 양호하고 대출력 기구에 적용 가능하다는 점에서최근 주목의 대상으로되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 에너지의 효율적인사용이 가능한 전기. 유압 펌프 시스템을 설계하기위하여 먼저 각 신호전달 요소에 대한 동특성 및 정특성 실험을 행하여 시스템의 근사적인 모델링을 행하고 사판의 경사각을 제어함으로써 유압모터의 속도를 제어하는 시스템을 설계하여그 성능을 고찰하고자 한다.

For effective management of statistical database, statistical summary information must be provided by accessing directly the precomputed summary data from summary database to store and manage meta database for supporting statistical analysis and providing users with statistical summary information. In order to support effectively the use of summary database, we do the design and implementation of meta database and manager having a hierarchical structure as a data dictionary/directory and operation method is presented.

The government set up "national happiness, the hope of a new era of national vision under' job center of the creative economy" to achieve by national goals in the first and figure achieved through the establishment of new growth engines of the youth unemployment problem solve and national level there are a number of business start-up support. September 8, 2015 announced the Government's look at the '2016 Year of the budget, the government for new growth engines greatly promoted the venture entrepreneurship ecosystem revitalization and research and development (R & D) the business for enhanced performance in 2017. According to the direction of this study is to evaluate the current creative economy business incubator at the comparison whether the correct orientation mainly entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs preliminary recognition of student entrepreneurship ecosystem. Entrepreneurs 113 people in that way, 71 people pre-entrepreneurs, students 60, workers were founding agencies conducted an online survey of 47 people, 16 people Investors, 50 public and 11 additional persons including a total of 368 people. This study is in line with the orientation of these entrepreneurs to create economic status and recognition of the Republic of Korea entrepreneurship ecosystem, pre- entrepreneurs, students will examine the comparative analysis around. Analysis, social perception of entrepreneurship is somewhat higher than it was confirmed that the negative response of 32.2% to 36.3% of positive response. Social awareness of entrepreneurs showed a 2-fold higher response rate than the negative of response of 17.1% to 41.7% responding that positive recognition for the current start-up environment is bad, the response is good response to higher response rate than 23.5% to 41.1% It showed. The percentage of responses that better respect the entrepreneurship environment of the future Republic of Korea showed a higher response rate than the rate of 23% in response to deteriorate to 41.2%, with 52.9% awareness is the percentage that responded that the bad part about the ruthless Korea's entrepreneurship environment in China good part as response rate approximately three times greater than the 17.7% showed high response rates. Social awareness of entrepreneurs experience the presence of the founding start-up experience was confirmed that the more negative the number increases, the more the contrary the number of start-up experience increased awareness of the current and future environment of entrepreneurship was identified as a positive entrepreneurship environment. Also recognized was confirmed to change the parent of the more positive changes in the start-up of entrepreneurs doctor also positive about entrepreneurship, start-up entrepreneurs start with a doctor's motivation for founding non-economic reasons than for economic reasons has confirmed Higher. This study showed the overall level overview analysis of the status and recognition of the Republic of Korea entrepreneurship ecosystem. Future studies need to be a proposal for an existing previous studies for more precise direction to go forth to analyze the entrepreneurship ecosystem with a focus on problems and improvement of the Republic of Korea entrepreneurship ecosystem.

정보통신 기술의 발전은 교육시스템의 많은 변화를 가져오고 있으며 정보통신 기술을 이용한 학습자의 학습효과를 높이기 위한 많은 연구와 기술들이 적용되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 기술을 이용한 효율적인 교육평가시스템은 부족한 편이다. 현재의 교육평가의 경우 교수자가 기계적으로 학습자의 응답에 대해 정, 오답을 체크하고 단순히 점수화 된 결과만 출력한다. 학습자 오답 응답에 대한 교수자의 적절한 피드백이 잘 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 학습자의 학습곤란 및 학습결손에 대한 정보 취득이 어려운 현실이다. 또한 교수자 자신의 교수방법과 교수 내용 혹은 출제된 문제의 적절성 등에 대한 정보 취득은 어려울뿐더러 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하여 효율적이지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 비효율적이며 단순 평가의 문제점을 해결하고 교수-학습방법을 개선할 수 있는 평가 시스템을 구현하였다. 난이도와 이원분류를 문제 출제 시 적용하고 그에 따른 결과를 자동으로 분석하는 시스템을 설계하였으며 이러한 평가시스템을 통하여 학습자의 인지도 및 학습장애 등을 정확히 평가할 수 있으며 교수자는 출제된 문제의 적절성과 교수방법 또는 교수 내용 등을 스스로 평가할 수 있다.
