단일모드 FBG(fiber bragg grating)을 이용한 저주파수 수중음향 센서

  • 최근에 개발된 광섬유 격자소자(FBG)를 이용한 광섬유 수중 음향센서는 기존의 광섬유 센서가 지니고 있는 우수한 장점들을 지니고 있을 뿐만 아니라, PZT센서가 검출할수 없는 저주파수(30Hz∼300Hz)특성에서도 우수한 신호 감지효과를 지니고 있으며, 특히 군사용으로 사용될 수 있는 저주파 신호 검출에 실용화를 기대 할수 있으며, 센서 어레이(array)를 통하여 고감도 다중화로 발전될 수 있다.

Performance Analysis of MVDR and RLS Beamforming Using Systolic Array Structure (시스토릭 어레이 구조를 갖는 최소분산 비왜곡응답 및 최소자승 회귀 빔형성기법 성능 분석)

  • This paper analyses the performance of either the minimum variance distortionless response (MVDR) or the recursive least square (RLS) beamformer structured on the systolic array. Provided that the snapshot vector including the desired user's signal and the interferences with the noise is received at the array antenna. In order to improve the quality of received signal, MVDR or RLS algorithm can be utilized to update the beamformer weights recursively. Furthermore to increase the channel capacity, by the usage of the above schemes, the effect of the spatial filtering can be obtained which constructively combining multipath components corresponding to the desired user whereas the multiple access interferences (MAI) is nulled out on spatial domain. This paper introduces the MVDR and RLS beamformer structured on systolic array conducting the spatial filtering, and its performance under the multipath fading channel in the presence of multiple access interferences will be analyzed. To show the superior spatial filtering performances of the proposed scheme employing the systolic way structured beamformer, the computer simulations are carried out. And the validity of practical deployment of the proposed scheme will be confirmed throughout showing the BER behaviors and the beampatterns.

  • 이 연구는 영상 홀로그래픽의 원리를 이용하여 직선배열형 음향센서 어레이를 측정대상에 직접 주사시켜 고분해능을 가지고 짧은 계측시간에 정확한 음원의 절대위치를 추저에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 재생시 평생간섭파의 영향을 제거하기 위해 측정면의 길이와 센서간격을 나이키스트조건이 성립하는 최적조건을 찾아내었고, 실험을 통하여 실제음장에서 음원 위치 추정을 행하여 비교.검토한 결과 , 계산기상의 시뮬레이션 결과와 일치함이 확인되었다.

  • A method of reflection-transmission type ultrasonic inverse scattering image was presented using linearly arrayed transducers in inner surface of half-cylinder. In this method, to reduce the number of data, the mirror effect using a reflector behind object and pulse wave with finite frequency band, To verify the proposed method, a computer simulation was performed for organic phantom specimen, As the results. it was verified that the reconstructed image was satisfactory even when the limitation view angle was limited to around 30 deg.

  • In this paper, some problems that occur from faulty elements in a direction finding system composed of the linear array are studied and the method which improves the performance is proposed. The fault element means the sensor that has no output or highly reduced gain than other normal sensors. In the case of the presence of faulty elements, the performance of the conventional the spatial spectrum subject to a constraint. The corrected spatial spectrum is obtained by this vector. The computer simulations have been performed to study the performance of the proposed method. We have compared the proposed method with the subaperture processing method of one of the previous works.

  • 본 논문에서는 표적 추적 시스템에서 센서 어레이에 입사되는 표적신호에 대한 센서 출력 신호간의 지연시간 추정(TDE:Time Delay Estimation)을 위해 백색상호 상관법(CSP:Cross-Power Spectrum Phase Analysis)을 이용한다. 그러나 음파의 다중경로 전달특성 및 배경잡음의 영향으로 인해 CSP계수는 많은 클러터(Clutter)를 포함하게 되고 결국 방위 추정 오차의 요인이 된다. 따라서 센서 어레이 중심좌표를 기준으로 대칭 배열된 센서쌍(Pair)에 대한 CSP계수를 동기가산 하여 실제 표적 방향 이외의 방향정보를 제거하는 방법을 제안한다. 시간에 따라 각도를 변침하는 표적에 대한 표적기동분석 (BOTMA:Bearings Only Target Motion Analysis)을 위해 매 관측시간마다 동기가산을 행한 CSP결과를 누적하여 방위각 궤적을 형성하였을 때 시간 Window에 따라 약간의 차이는 있지만 약 10dB의 궤적 추적 성능을 확인하였다.

A Microphone Array Beamforming Algorithm with Inverse Filtering of Relative Transfer Functions in Car Environments (상대전달함수의 역필터링을 이용한 자동차 환경에서의 마이크로폰 어레이 빔형성 기법)

  • In this paper. we Propose a frequency domain beamforming algorithm composed of inverse-filtering stages followed by a MVDR (Minimum-Variance Distortionless Response) beamformer or a GSC (Generalized Sidelobe Canceller). The proposed method is shown to require less complexity than the conventional RTF-MVDR and TF-GSC. respectively, and it is shown that the Proposed method is equivalent to the conventional RTF-MVDR and TF-GSC in optimum solution. In order to evaluate the performance of the Proposed method. speech recognition experiments are performed using the speech database recorded in a car. The Proposed method shows equal or slightly degraded Performance comparing to the conventional methods in terms of the speech recognition rate.

  • In this paper. a microphone array beamforming algorithm that reduces the signal distortion caused by reverberation and near-field effect in car environment is proposed. When reverberation or near-field effect is present, an optimum beamformer should be constructed with a steering vector consisting of transfer functions between source and microphones, but it is generally difficult to estimate transfer functions on-line without knowledge of the source signal. Instead, a sub-optimal beamforming algorithm that reduces signal distortion is proposed. It is constructed with steering vectors consisting of relative transfer functions between reference sensor and other sensors. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm. we had recorded noisy speech database in a car, and performed speech recognition experiments with HMM Toolkit (HTK) released by Cambridge University. The recognition rate of the proposed algorithm was 15 percents higher than that of the conventional far-field beamformers in best case.
