An Analysis of Coherence and Resilience Depending on Materials Mixing Ratio in Elastic Landscape Pavement (조경용 탄성포장의 재료 배합비에 따른 결합력과 탄성분석)

  • The demand for elastic pavement, providing comfort for pedestrians is expected to increase continuously but the lack of a standard for materials mixing ratio, that is, the optimal mixing ratio between ERDM chip and polyurethane binder, is still in a trial and error stage. This study aimed at recommending an optimal mixing ratio for elastic landscape pavement through a coherence and resilience test depending on ratio. The test result is outlined as follows. In a tensile strength test, samples B and C indicated a close positive relationship between the binder mixing ratio and tensile strength, indicating that the higher the mixing ratio the higher the tensile strength. In a hardness test, none of samples A, B or C indicated a statistical interrelationship between the binder mixing ratio and hardness. That is, the hardness of the elastic pavement material remained unchanged, irrespective of the binder mixing ratio. In a resilience lest, Samples A and B indicated a close negative interrelation between mixing ratio and resilience, indicating that the higher the mixing ratio, the lower the resilience. Upon analyzing the optimal mixing ratio based on test results, an increase in tensile strength began to slow at a 20% mixing ratio, while resilience began to reduce rapidly at 22%, Thus the optimal range for a mixing ration appeared to be 20~22%. The outcome of this study could to provide guidance for improving the elasticity and stability of elastic pavement.

  • To date, research on heavy floor impact noise has mainly been conducted. The reason is that in the case of lightweight floor impact noise, sufficient performance could be secured with only the floating floor structure and floor finishing materials. In the case of heavy floor impact noise in a floating floor structure, the reduction performance can be predicted to some extent by measuring the dynamic elasticity of the floor cushioning material. However, with the recent introduction of the post-measurement system, various floor structures are being developed. In particular, many non-floating floor structures that do not use cushioning materials are being developed. In floor structures where cushioning materials are not used, the finishing material will have a significant impact on lightweight floor impact noise. However, research on floor finishing materials is currently lacking. In this study, as a basic research on the development of various floor finishing materials for effective reduction of lightweight floor impact noise, various materials used as floor finishing materials for apartment complexes were selected, the sound insulation performance of lightweight floor impact noise was measured in an actual laboratory, and vibration characteristics were identified through simple experiments. The purpose was to confirm the predictability of light floor impact noise.

  • 최근 차량의 고급화에 따라 차실 소음 저감에 대한 연구가 많이 수행되고 있다. 차실의 소음은 주로 엔진 또는 동력전달 장치의 진동과 도로의 요철로 생기는 차체의 진동으로부터 발생된다. 차실에서 20-200Hz의 저주파수대의 소음은 주로 차체 진동과의 연성 효과로 기인한다. 따라서 이 주파수영역에 있어서 소음의 특성을 파악하기 위해서는 차실의 음향 모우드 해석과 차체 구조물의 진동과 차실 음향 모우드의 상호관계를 고려한 구조-음향 연성 해 석이 필요하다. 차실의 음향 모우드 해석을 위해서는 실험적 방법과 유한 요 소법을 이용하는 방법이 있다. 유한 요소법을 이용하여 음향 특성을 결정하 는 경우, 큰 어려움은 없으나 밀폐된 공동에서 경계면을 이루는 구조물의 진 동에 의해 음이 발생되는 경우 단순히 공간의 음향 특성만으로는 음향 응답 을 예측할 수 없게 된다. 즉, 경계면에서 반사되는 반사파는 경계면의 탄성 변위에 의해 운동 특성이 변화되어 반사되므로 입사파와 다른 특성을 가지 게 된다. 따라서 이러한 구조 진동 특성과 음향 특성을 모두 고려한 연성 해 석을 수행하여야 하며, 음향 모우드와 구조 진동 모우드와의 연성에 의한 음 향 응답 특성을 결정하기 위한 수치 해석 프로그램을 개발하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 전.후 처리 및 사용자 편의성을 염두에 두고 차실소음해석 전용 프로그램(ACSTAP: Acoustical and structural, coupling analysis program) 을 작성하고 이를 실차에 적용하여 유용성을 보였다.

A Study on Structure-Borne Noise Reduction for Resiliently Mounted Pumps for Ship (탄성지지된 박용 펌프의 고체음저감에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, SBN (Structure-Borne Noise) reduction of resiliently mounted machinery and effect of the foundation impedance on mount performance is studied. SBN reduction through the mount is analyzed by using two theoretical models; mass-spring model and wave model, in which longitudinal wave propagation is included. It is found that floor impedance greatly affects SBN reduction through lower mount, while it is almost negligible to SBN reduction through upper mount. Comparisons between measurement and predictions shows that the mass-spring model is valid only in low frequency range below few hundred Hz, while for high frequency ranges longitudinal wave propagation in the mount must be considered.

Spatio-temporal Evaluation of Air Temperature-Water Quality Elasticity in Tributary Streams According To Climate Change (기후변화에 따른 지류 하천의 시공간적 기온-수질 탄성도 영향 평가)

  • Elasticity is a statistical technique that interprets the changing pattern of another variable according to a change in one variable as a quantitative numerical value and provides more information than correlation analysis and is widely used in climate change research. In this study the elasticity was calculated and sensitivity analysis was performed using air temperature and water quality data of the major tributaries of the Nakdong River. In addition the confidence interval for the elasticity was calculated using the T-Test and the validity of the elasticity was examined. The strength of elasticity shows high strength in the order of summer>fall>spring>winter and the direction shows regional characteristics with both negative and positive elasticity. After performing hierarchical cluster analysis on monthly observation data they were classified into 5 clusters and the characteristics of each cluster were visually analyzed using a parallel coordinate graph. The direction and intensity of the air temperature elasticity show regional characteristics due to the relatively high population density and complex influencing factors such as sewage treatment plants, small-scale livestock houses and agricultural activities. In the case of TP it shows great regional variability according to the circulation of nutrients in the ecosystem caused by algae growth and death according to temperature changes. Since the air temperature elasticity of the major tributaries of the Nakdong River is over weak and is valid at the significance level of 5%, it was analyzed that there is a change in water quality according to the air temperature change.

Effect of Ground Roll Suppression Based on Karhunen-Loeve Transform (카루넨-루베 변환을 이용한 탄성파 그라운드 롤 억제 효과)

  • Ground roll is a surface wave which is usually observed in the land seismic data. It is one of the typical coherent noise. During the reflection data processing, ground roll is removed because it is considered as noise. This removal process often causes the loss of reflection signals if the ground roll overlaps reflection signals. In this study, we look over Karhunen-Loeve Transform (KLT) and analyze its effects to suppress the ground roll appropriately while reducing the reflection loss. Numerical tests in homogeneous elastic media show that the ground roll has been properly rejected. However, the field data application reveals that there is no significant suppression of ground roll when compared to band-pass filtering. This can be considered that it is hard to calculate horizontally aligned gathers in the field data because the ground roll contains a wide range of frequency bands. On the contrary, the result of singular value decomposition (SVD) filtering shows that the ground roll has been significantly reduced. It is thought that the SVD filtering performs better in the ground roll suppression than KLT because it is easy to calculate the horizontally aligned gathers in the SVD filtering.

  • 국내에 건설되어 거의 20∼30년 가동되고 있는 발전설비, 석유화학 플랜트 등 거대설비 기기의 건전성(integrity) 및 신뢰성 확보와 잔존수명 예측을 위해서는 구조물 내부 또는 표층부에 존재하는 결 함의 특성을 아는 것과 함께 그 재료의 특정 부위에 어느정도의 응력이나 변형이 있는가를 아는 것이 매우 중요하다. 일반적으로 강 용접부의 비파괴적 결함검출에는 주로 SV파(vertically shear wave)와 SH파(horizontally shear wave)라 불리는 횡파를 이용한 초음파사각탐상법이 실용화되어 이용되고 있다. 그러나 비파괴적인 방법에 의한 실험적인 잔류응력 측정, 변형해석법에는 전기 저항 및 자기 스트레인 게이지법, X선회절법, 광탄성법(photoelasticity), 모아레(Mohr's)법, 레이저스펙클(Laser speackle)법, 응 력도료법, Barkhausen Nosise법, Caustics법 등이 제시되어 있으나 그 유용성 면에서는 아직 해결되야할 문제가 많이 남아 있는 실정이다. 응력이나 변형을 해석하는 방법으로 이론적 방법, 계산적 방법 실험적 방법이 잇다. 이론적 방법에는 재료 역학적으로 취급하는 방법, 탄성론 등이 있고, 계산적인 방법에는 유한요소법이 있지만, 이론적 방법이나 계산적 방법만으로는 해석이 불가능한 경우가 많기 때문에 실험 적 방법이 필요하게 된다. 이 글에서는 파괴 시험 또는 다른 비파괴평가기술에 비해 간편한 측정, 높은 측정정도, 시험결과 도출의 신속성, 검사비용의 절감 등 많은 장점을 가지고 있고 실험적으로 유용성이 일부 검증되고 있는 음탄성법(Acoustoelasticity)에 의한 잔류응력 측정법에 관해 소개하고자 한다.TEX> mg/L(평균 49 mg/L)로 비교적 안정적인 처리효율을 보여주었다. 본 연구결과 HVC 공정은 화학약품 사용량의 절감 및 이에 따른 화학슬러지 발생량의 감소를 기대 할 수 있는 친환경기술로 유지관리비를 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있었다. 않은 사람들 중 미래의 검진실행의지에 건강소식지가 영향을 미친 경우는 48.7%였다. 보건교육을 받은 후 유방암 자가검진 실천율은 사업군에서 53.9%로 받기 전의 27.3%보다 증가하였으나 대조군의 경우는 별 차이가 없었다. 연령별로는 60대가 가장 높았고 사업군에서 검진율의 증가분은 30대가 가장 컸다. 교육수준별로는 사업군은 고졸이, 대조군은 전문대졸이 가장 높았고 사업군에서 검진율의 증가분은 고졸에서 가장 컸다. 보건교육 후 유방암과 관련된 건강지식의 정도는 사업군이 3.7점으로 대조군보다 유의하게 높았으며, 유방암 자가검진법을 실천하는 사람들의 동기는 ‘일반 대중매체의 영향’이 가장 많았으며 건강소식지가 동기인 경우도 20.4%였다. 사업군에서 건강소식지가 유방암 자가검진법 실천에 영향을 미친 경우가 79.6%였으며 유방암 자가검진법에 관한 보건교육을 받고 실천하지 않은 사람들 중 미래의 실천의지에 건강소식지가 영향을 미친 경우는 43.6%였다. 이상의 소견에서 지역주민을 대상으로 인쇄매체를 통한 보건교육은 인쇄물만으로도 쉽게 실천 할 수 있는 유방암 자가검진법이 가장 효과적이었으며, 자궁암검진에 관해서도 검진을 받을 수 있도록 지역사회의 보건의료의 하부구조를 정비하여 제도적 장치를 마련하고 정보를 제공한다면 자궁암검진 실천율도 증가할 것이다.고 12.9% 의 발달율을 보여 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 보아 핵이식 수정란을 효율적으로 생산하기 위하여

Influence of Wall Motion and Impedance Phase Angle on the Wall Shear Stress in an Elastic Blood Vessel Under Oscillatory Flow Conditions (맥동유동하에 있는 탄성혈관에서 벽면운동과 임피던스 페이즈앵글이 벽면전단응력에 미치는 영향)

  • The present study investigated flow dynamics of a straight elastic blood vessel under sinusoidal flow conditions in order to understand influence of wall motion and impedance phase angle(time delay between pressure and flow waveforms) on wall shear stress distribution using computational fluid dynamics. For the straight elastic tube model considered in the our method of computation. The results showed that wall motion induced additional terms in the axial velocity profile and the pressure gradient. These additional terms due to wall motion reduced the amplitude of wall shear stress and also changed the mean wall shear stress. Te trend of the changes was very different depending on the impedance phase angle. As the wall shear stress increased. As the phase angle was reduced from 0$^{\circ}$to -90$^{\circ}$for ${\pm}$4% wall motion case, the mean wall shear stress decreased by 10.5% and the amplitude of wasll shear stress increased by 17.5%. Therefore, for hypertensive patients vulnerable state to atherosclerosis according to low and oscillatory shear stress theory.

Analysis of Elastic Wave Based Leakage Detection Technology Using Accelerometers (가속도계를 이용한 탄성파 기반 누수탐지 기술 분석)

  • Water pipes are laid on the ground, making it impossible to visually detect leaks due to aging of pipes, and technology to detect leaks in pipes is mainly used to detect leaks in pipes by detecting leaks. In this paper, two accelerometers were attached to both ends of the constant water piping to calculate the time difference between the acquired data to detect leakage points. The leak test of piping was performed by installing valves at 4.3m, 8.6m, and 12.9m points on piping 17.2m, and changing the development rate of valves to 30% and 70%. Leakage can be detected for pressure drop in piping, which is 30% and 70% open valve. It is very important to detect leakage in the early stage, and it is judged that detection of the initial leak point from the algorithm applied in this paper will be possible.
