인터넷이 새로운 매체로 등장하면서 유통되는 정보의 질적 평가가 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 특히 폭력, 음란, 선정성을 다룬 내용물이 인터넷을 통해 여과없이 유통되면서 어린이, 청소년들에게 악영향을 끼치고 있다. 따라서 적합하지 못한 정보를 차단하고 선별할 수 있는 체계와 기술 개발은 이러한 인터넷의 부작용을 해소할 수 있는 방안이 될 수 있다. 본 호에서는 인터넷 내용 선별을 위한 체계로서 관련 소프트웨어의 사실상 표준으로 자리잡고 있는 PICS를 소개하고 새로운 메타데이터 시스템으로서의 발전 방향을 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of parenting attitudes on writing vicious internet replies and the viewing of internet pornography. This study utilized logistic and multiple regression analyses of the 5th wave(2nd grade in middle school) data from the Korean Youth Panel Study(KYPS), as administered by the National Youth Policy Institute. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, parenting attitudes were found to decrease the writing of vicious internet replies and the viewing of internet pornography. Second, there was a significant gender difference in the effect of parenting attitudes. As for male adolescents, parental monitoring was more important in the decrease in writing vicious internet replies and the viewing of internet pornography than parental attachment. In contrast, for female adolescents, parental attachment was more important in decreasing the viewing of internet pornography than parental monitoring. On the basis of these results, several implications for youth welfare practice and policy were suggested.

Both films have remarkable grace, elegance and magnificence as having Joseon Dynasty on the background, and treats irregularities and dissipation hidden in the noble society that looks elegance on the surface. There are three aesthetic symbolism in films, naturalism neat beauty, traditionality expressed.

As internet activates, web sites that supply images harmful to the emotion of youth are overflowing rapidly. Chances that the youth approach to the harmful sites are increasing, and then the emotion of youth is damaged seriously. In this paper, we present the system that distinguish harmful ones from images in the web documents of user-accessed URLs and output the document after blocking images harmful to the youth. As the results of the experiments about performance of the web-images blocking system, we found the utility factor of blocking harmful images of the proposed system is 89.6％ in the full nudity 70.1％ in the half nudity, and the error rate is 2.4％ in the face images.

So I wanted the people not to be interested in politics. For this reason, many erotic movies were created. Eventually, the strategy of revealing was even more maximized in Media Narrative. 본 논문에서는 최근 급격하게 증가하고 있는 해킹, 컴퓨터바이러스 유포 등 각종 전자적침해행위, 개인정보의 광범위한 수집과 오·남용, 음란·폭력정보의 범람, 익명성·비대면성을 악용한 인권 침해행위 및 신종 사이버범죄 등의 정보화 역기능에 대처하기 위한 정보보호관련 법규들이 제·개정되어 효과적으로 대응할 수 있게 되었으나 관련 법규들간의 상호 조정이나 정비 및 제정이 지속적으로 이루어져야 하므로 이를 위해 정보보호 문제와 관련된 법체계를 분석하고 법·제도의 개선방향을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 최근 급격하게 증가하고 있는 해킹, 컴퓨터바이러스 유포 등 각종 전자적 침해행위, 개인정보의 광범위한 수집과 오·남용, 음란·폭력정보의 범람, 익명성· 비대면성을 악용한 인권 침해행위 및 신종 사이버범죄 등의 정보화 역기능에 대처하기 위한 국내 컴퓨터범죄관린 처벌법규가 제·개정시 강화되어 어느 정도 효과적으로 대응할 수 있게 되었으나 국내외 컴퓨터범죄관련 처벌법규 체계를 조사·분석하여 관련 법·제도의 개선방향을 제시한다.

In this paper, we propose a new pornographic content detection scheme using bi-directional relationships between neighboring auditory signals in order to accurately detect sound-centered obscene contents that are rapidly spreading via the Internet. To capture the bi-directional relationships between neighboring signals, we design a multilayered bi-directional dilated-causal convolution network by stacking several dilated-causal convolution blocks each of which performs bi-directional dilated-causal convolution operations. To verify the performance of the proposed scheme, we compare its accuracy to those of the previous two schemes each of which uses simple auditory feature vectors with a support vector machine and uses only the forward relationships in audio signals by a previous stack of dilated-causal convolution layers. As the results, the proposed scheme produces an accuracy of up to 84.38% that is superior performance up to 25.80% than other two comparison schemes.

In this paper, we propose an adult images detection algorithm using a mean intensity filter and an improved 2D Hough Transform. This paper is composed of three major steps including a training step, a recognition step, and a verification step. The training step generates a mean nipple variance filter that will be used for detecting nipple candidate regions in the recognition step. To make the mean variance filter, we converts an input color image into a gray scale image and normalize it, and make an average intensity filter for nipple areas. The recognition step first extracts edge images and finds connected components, and decides nipple candidate regions by considering the ratio of width and height of a connected component. It then decides final nipple candidates by calculating the similarity between the learned nipple average intensity filter and the nipple candidate areas. Also, it detects breast lines of an input image through the improved 2D Hough transform. The verification step detects breast areas and identifies adult images by considering the relations between nipple candidate regions and locations of breast lines.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sexual development, sensation seeking traits, exposure to pornographic media, peer conformity, and potential delinquency on the part of Korean middle school students. In order to verify the model, we used structural equation model (SEM) analysis. 603 adolescents were participated in the study. The results were as follows; first, both male and female models goodness of fit and significant paths was proven. Second, it was also found that gender difference existed in the model. The implications of this study and the suggestions for future research were also discussed.
