Purpose: We aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Octyl-2-cyanoacrylate (Dermabond$^{TM}$) as a topical skin adhesive for pediatric urologic open surgery. Methods: From August 2010 to August 2011, we retrospectively evaluated pediatric patients who underwent urologic open surgery at our institution. A total of 128 pediatric patients with 210 incisions used Dermabond$^{TM}$ for skin closure. Results: We divided the 128 patients into 3 groups according to type of surgery. Group 1 underwent hydrocelectomy (55 cases, 41.3%), Group 2 underwent orchiopexy (43 cases, 32.3%), Group 3 underwent penoplasty (35 cases, 26.4%). One hundred and twenty eight patients who underwent 133 surgeries in total, with a total of 210 incisions visited our outpatient department postoperatively, and a total of 5 wound complications (2.3%) occurred, but were simple inflammations and no dehiscence was observed. When analyzed according to groups, no wound problems occurred in Group 1 (0/55, 0%), one occurred in Group 2 (1/43, 2.3%) and four cases occurred in Group 3 (4/35, 11.4%) respectively. When re-analyzed according to wound locations, one occurred in an inguinal wound (1/120, 0.83%), none occurred in scrotal wounds (0/55, 0%), and four occurred in penile wounds (4/35, 11.4%). In Group 3, the incidence of penile wounds was significantly increased compared to other groups (P=0.008). All 5 wound problems were inflammatory and healed at an average of 13.8 days (13-15 days) with antibiotic ointment application only. Conclusion: Dermabond$^{TM}$ is feasible and safe topical skin adhesive alternative to standard skin suture in pediatric urologic surgery. However, further research about its efficacy and safety could be valuable in the future.

To reevaluate the clinical usefulness of erection penography for diffential diagnosis of impotence, we reviewed retrospectively the data of penography in 56 patients who were diagnosed as impotence by various diagnostic workup. Twelve normal males were studied as control group. Papaverine HCl 30mg was injected into the corpus cavernosum and simultaneously $^{99m}Tc$-HSA 20mCi was injected via an antecubital vein. After injection radioactivities in the penile area were detected for 30 minutes by gamma camera and time activity curve was displayed. We defined that transit time(TT) is the time to reach peak activity and erection persistent time(EPT) is the duration of time to maintain peak activity and venous index(VI) is the ratio of radioactivity($R_{30}/R_{max}$). The results were as follows. The TT of arteriogenic group($10.7{\pm}2.8min$) was significantly increased compared with those of control and venogenic groups(P<0.05, respectively). The EPT of venogenic group ($6.2{\pm}6.8min$) is significantly decreased compared with those of control and arteriogenic groups(P<0.05, respectively). The TT of psychogenic($15.2{\pm}5.5min$) is significantly increased compared with those of control and arteriogenic groups(P<0.05, respectively). In conclusion erection penography was very useful for the diagnosis of vascular and psychogenic impotence and for differentiation between arteriogenic and venogenic but it could not differentiate mixed type or neurogenic from vascular or psychogenic.

The extracts in n-hexane layer from Lespedezea cuneata G. Don exelled at sexual activity according to in vitro experiment using biopsy of rabbit corpus cavernosum to investigate effects on sexual function. The extracts were injected into 9 samples at $10{\mu}l$. The lowest relaxation was showed at sample C, $4.8{\pm}1.4%$ and the highest relaxation was showed at sample A, $20.2{\pm}6.0%$. The relaxation by every sample, except sample C and G-1, were higher than by $10^{-7}M$ ACh, $7.8{\pm}5.1%$, and their effects were above 10%. Also, the extracts were injected into 9 samples at $15{\mu}l$. The lowest relaxation was showed at sample C, $15.4{\pm}9.7%$ and the highest relaxation was showed at sample J, $54.8{\pm}9.7%$. The relaxation by sample A and D was as much as by $10^{-6}M$ ACh, $28.0{\pm}20.1%$. The relaxation by sample H was $41.9{\pm}7.3%$. The relaxation by sample J was $54.8{\pm}9.7%$ and it was higher than by $10^{-5}M$ ACh, $53.9{\pm}25.9%$. Also, the extracts were injected into 9 samples at $20{\mu}l$. The lowest relaxation was showed at sample E, $28.9{\pm}0.6%$ and it was a little higher than by $10^{-6}M$ ACh. The relaxation by sample G was as much as by $10^{-5}M$ ACh. The two higher relaxation were showed at sample H, $99.4{\pm}16.0%$ and J, $95.7{\pm}7.2%$, and their relaxation against contraction reaction by PhE were near 100%. Experiment by sample I was not performed for lack of sample amount.

한국의 담수에 광범위하게 서식하고 있으면서 역학적으로 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 두 종의 복족류 즉 쇠우렁이(Parafossarulus manchouricus)와 물달팽이(Radix auricularia coreana)의 소화기관 중에서 식도, 소화선 및 장에 대한 미세구조 관찰을 시도하였다. 이 부위들은 간흡충(간디스토마)과간질(소간디스토마)의 유생들이 그들의 생활사 중 거쳐가는 곳으로 알려진 소화관들이어서 이후 흡충류의 유충들이 위의 소화관에 주는 영향을 연구하는데 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 수행된 것이었다. 관찰해 본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 식도의 상피조직은 두 종류에서 공히 원주세포와 원주섬모세포 및 점액분비 세포로 이루어져 있었다. 식도강상피 내에서도 어느 정도의 흡수와 소화가 이루어 지고 있음은 특이한 현상이라 하겠다. 소화선은 두 종에서 공히 복분지 관상선으로서 그 상피는 micovilli를 선강 또는 도관에 연한 유리표면에 가지고 있어 brush boredr을 이루고 있는 원주세포과 원주섬모세포로 구성되어 있었다. 이들 세포들의 내부 구조로 보아 소화세포와 배석세포로 구분할 수 있었다. 장의 상피는 원주세포와 원주섬모세포로 구성되어 있었으며 이들도 장강에 연한 유리표면에는 brush border를 이루고 있었다. 흡수와 분비기능이 활발한 것으로 사료된다. 전반적으로 보아 본 연구에서 관찰한 두 복족류의 소화관은 모든 부위에서 세포의 유리표면에 microvilli를 가지고 있어 물질의 흡수기능을 가지고 있음을 시사해주고 있었고, 이들 세포 중에는 때로 밀집한 cilia를 가지고 있어 소화관 내의 액체물질이나 이에 내포된 미세입자들의 유동을 도와주고 있음을 추측할 수 있었다.)은 결합조직으로 이루어진 근육질의 두꺼운 벽을 가지고 있었으며 내강은 돌출부위에 의해 4부분으로 갈라져 있었다. 내강에 연한 상피는 원주세포로 되어 있었다. 상음경(epiphallus)의 벽은 근섬유 다발은 벽의 외곽으로 갈수록 밀도가 높아졌다. 상부에 내강과 연결되는 함입구조(groove)를 가지며, 내강에 연한 상피는 섬모가 없는 원주세포로 이루어져 있었다. 음경(penis)은 근섬유가 산재된 두꺼운 벽을 가졌으며 상음경보다 굵은 원통형이었다. 내강은 많은 돌출부에 의해 복잡하게 나뉘어 있으며 상피세포는 원주 세포로 이루어져 있었고 섬모는 관찰되지 않았다. 내강 내의 분비물과 세포의 형태로 보아 내강상피세포는 분비기능을 가진 것으로 사료된다.술적 문제가 적절히 해결되는 경우 비활성 가스 제너레이터는 민수용으로는 대형 빌딩, 산림, 유조선 등의 화재에 매우 적절히 사용되어 질 수 있을 뿐 아니라 군사적으로도 군사작전 중 및 공군 기지의 화재 그리고 지하벙커에 설치되어 있는 고급 첨단 군사 장비 등의 화재 뿐 아니라 대간첩작전 등에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.가 작으며, 본 연소관에 충전된 RDX/AP계 추진제의 경우 추진제의 습기투과에 의한 추진제 물성 변화는 미미한 것으로 나타났다.의 향상으로, 음성개선에 효과적이라고 사료되었으며, 이 방법이 편측 성대마비 환자의 효과적인 음성개선의 치료방법의 하나로 응용될 수 있으리라 생각된다..7%), 혈액투석, 식도부분절제술 및 위루술·위회장문합술을 시행한 경우가 각 1례(2.9%)씩이었다. 13) 심각한 합병증은 9례(26.5%)에서 보였는데 그중 식도협착증이 6례(17.6%), 급성신부전증 1례(2.9%), 종격동기흉과 폐염이 병발한 경우와 폐염이 각

자본주의 사회에서 기업은 이윤의 극대화라는 목표를 이루기 위해, 인간을 하나의 자원으로 간주하여 도구화 하는 경향이 있다. 그 결과 인간소외(alienation) 및 부의 양극화 현상이 심각한 사회적 문제로 거론되고 있다. 오늘날 경제성장에 따른 물질적 풍요와 번영이 인류사회에 행복을 가져다 줄 것이라는 통념은 '물질적 풍요 속의 정신적 빈곤'이라는 문제제기에 의해 그 위상이 흔들리고 있다. 자본주의가 인류사회의 행복과 공동번영에 기여하는 경제체제로서 역할을 다하려면, 자본주의 역시 시대의 변화에 맞추어 진화해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 새 시대에 걸 맞는 자본주의의 대안을 논의하고자, 저자 이재윤이 창시한 깨달음경영학(MOSEE;Management Of allSelves' Enlightenment and Empowerment)의 새로운 과학적 학문연구를 통해 새로운 실현성 영역을 추구하는 동시에, 깨달음경영의 새로운 5차원 요소인 의식(영성) 자원 및 자산(SRA:Spirit Resource and Asset)과 본질적으로 무(無)에서 유(有)를 창조하는 진성 창조경영(MOC:Management Of Creation)의 연구 및 인간의식 성장 방법론에 대하여 발표 하고자 한다. 이로써 현대의 주요한 여러 경영철학들 예컨대 CSV(마이클 포터) SI(개리 함멜) 복잡계 철학 美德경영 등의 내재된 구조적 제약들을 분석 평가하고 한계를 극복하는 방안들을 제시함으로써 21세기 우주 인류 신문명 창달을 위한 5차원의 깨달음경영 혁명을 성취 하고자 한다. 즉 2040년 전에 지구 인류의 고도 영성 초 과학기술 문명을 넘어서 우주 인류의 초 영성 초 과학기술 문명 창달을 선도하는 학문연구 교육 인류 사회활동을 지속적으로 해갈 것이다. 위와 같이 21세기 우주 인류의 영원한 평화 자유 지속적 번영을 이루고자 한다. 본 연구는 통섭 고찰 제2회로 미국의 마이클 포토와 막 클램머의 공유가치(CSV)와 영국의 게리 함멜과 프라할라드의 전략적 의도와 브라이언 아서의 복잡계 경영경제 이론을 통섭을 고찰한다.

한국산 산민달팽이(Incilaria frushtorferi)의 웅성생식기관 및 자웅공통생식기관에 대하여 조직화학적 방법을 이용하여 염색하고 광학현미경으로 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.1. 자웅동체관은 가늘고 꾸불꾸불하고 긴 관으로 대부분 성숙한 정자로 가득차 있었다. 이 관의 내강상피는 단충섬모상피와 단층섬모원주상피 그리고 위중층 원주상패 등 다양한 세포로 구성되어 있었다.2. 대자웅동체관은 위로 소자웅동체관과 알부민성이 있으며, 그 밑으로는 수란관과 연결되어 있었다.이들의 내강상피는 불규칙한 단층섬모원주상피로 구성되어 있으며, 결합조직내 선세포로부터 형성된 산성 및 중성 점액성 과립들이 기막을 통과하여 내강 속으로 분비되었다.3. 전립선의 내강은 키 큰 단층원주섬모세포로 구성되었으며, 결합조직 내의 분비과립세포에서 형성된 중성 점액과립을 상피세포를 통해 내강으로 분비하였다.4. 정관은 직경 0.5 x 0.25mm 정도인 타원형의 관상구조로 이루어져 있고, 이 관을 0.1mm정도의 매우 두터운 근육층이 둘러싸고 있었다.5. 수정관의 내강은 결합조직성 돌기에 의해 4부분으로 분지되어 있으며 내강은 키 큰 단층섬모원주상피세포로 구성되어 있었다. 또한 수정관 주위에는 두터운 환상근층이 둘러싸고 있었는데, 이들 사이에서 2종의 분비성 과립이 확인되었다.6. 상음경은 내강이 십자로 열려있으며, 키 큰 단층섬모원주상피와 단층입방상피세포로 구성되어 있었다. 내강을 구성하는 근육들은 매우 두터웁고 환상근층과 종주근층이 교대로 둘러싸고 있었다.7. 음겨은 상음경이 점점 굵어져서 형성된 큰 형성된 큰 생식기관으로 내강은 주름 형태인 많은 돌기들을 가지고 있었다. 내강상피 세포는 키가 단층원주상피세포와 단층입방상피가 부위에 따라 다르게 분포하고 있으며, 상피세포 및 결합조직에는 두터운 근육층이 있어 음경의강한 운동성이 감지 되었다.

Two cases of human infection by adult Spirometra erinacei were proved by collection of worms in Korea. The patients were 24 and 21-year old males residing in a mountainous village in Kangwon-do. They had the clinical complaints of abdominal pain and epigastric discomfort, revealing the diphyllobothriid eggs, $53~59{\times}37-42{\mu}m$ in size, in their stools. They were treated with 500 mg atabrine and purgated with magnesium salts, and 3~4 hours later several chains of tapeworm segments were recovered from the diarrheal stools. The recovered worms revealed the morphological characteristics of spiral-form or coiled uteri, separated vaginal opening from the cirrus sac, incorporated seminal vesicle into the cirrus sac, distribution of testes at the junction between proglottides, asymmetrical eggs with one pointed eggs, etc. and were identified as Spirometra erinacei (Rudolphi, 1819). The cases had the history of eating raw flesh of the snakes and these are considered the source of infection.

In order to compare the nocturnal penile erection and the erection induced by intracavernosal injection of papaverine, digital palpation of penis, erectile angle, and the rigigram using $Rigiscan^{(R)}$ were evaluated in 38 erectile dysfunction patients(13 psychogenic, 18 vasculogenic, 1 neurogenic, 3 vasculo-neurcgenic, and 3 undetermined). The following results were obtained. 1. Among the 32 patients of the nocturnal penile erection > 40% on rigigram, only 15 patients(46.9 %) demonstrated rigidity > 4+, a sufficient rigidity for sexual intercourse, on papaverine test. 2. The maximal degree of rigidity was also measured by the erectile angle of the penis. Among the 32 patients of nocturnal penile erection > 40% on rigigram, 23 patients(71.9%) had an angle > $45^{\circ}$. 3. Sixteen patients(42.1%) demonstrated similar increase in the maximal circumferential expansion of the distal portion of the penis on nocturnal penile erection and papaverine-induced erection. Nineteen patients showed larger circumferential expansion on nocturnal penile erection than on papaverine-induced erection. Fifteen patients showed similar circumferential increase of the basal portion of the penis on nocturnal penile erection and artificial erection, while 12 patients(31.6 %) showed larger circumferential increase on artificial erection than on nocturnal penile erection. 4. In the 15 patients of nocturnal penile erection > 40 % on rigigram and > 4+ on papaverine test, the duration of maintenance of the maximum erection on nocturnal penile erection and artificial erection proved to be not proportional. Thus, the arthficial erection induced by papaverine and the nocturnal penile erection can not to be said to be of same in nature and therefore, in order to make more definite diagnosis, both tests should be done and compared.

A Radiation Alarm Monitor has been developed and manufactured in order to protect radiation workers from over-exposure. A visual and audible alarm system has been attached to initiate evacuation when accident occurs such as an unexpected change of radiation level or an over-exposure. The Radiation Alarm Monitor installed with microprocessor can record the information of radiation field change between 90 min. before the alarm and 30 min. after the alarm and also provide the data to an IBM compatible computer to analyze the accidents and to set a counterplan. It features a wide detection range of radiation field(10 mR/h-100 R/h), radiation field data storage, portability, high precision (${\pm}5%$) due to self-calibration function, and adaption of a powerful alarm system. According to ANSI N42.17A, the most stringent test standards, performance tests were carried out under various conditions of temperature, humidity, vibration, and electromagnetic wave hindrance at Korea Research Institute of Standards & Science (KRISS). As a result, the Radiation Alarm Monitor passed all tests.

It has been needed diagnosis technology of the EFG(Electro Functio Gram) measurement concept which is incorporated characteristic of modern science and biomedical engineering, because function abnormality diagnosis can't diagnose with visualization instruments or clinical pathology. The general diagnosis system(EFG system) has been developed to use basic diagnosis instrument that has reappearance, reliance and convenience using the functio diagnosis technology, in the field of western/oriental medicine. Also, we improved sticking electrode and simultaneous measurement method of the limbs 8CH, head 2CH to diagnose body circulation of Qi and acupoints for Oriental Medicine diagnosis/therapy. The result of clinical for adult man 20 persons, the EFG system can diagnose state of 12 meridians and autonomic nervous system. Therefore, in this paper, we designed of oriental medicine diagnosis system by bio-electric response with materialized H/W and S/W for 12 meridians state diagnosis of human body and system construction of the EFG.
