전 세계적으로 기후변화가 지속되면서 그에 따른 자연재난의 강도와 발생 빈도가 증가하고 있다. 자연재난의 발생 유형 중 집중호우와 태풍으로 인한 수문학적 재난이 대부분을 차지하고 있으며, 홍수피해는 지역적 수문학적 특성에 따라 피해의 규모와 범위가 달라지는 경향을 보인다. 이러한 이질적인 피해를 관리하기 위해서는 많은 홍수피해 정보를 수집하는 것이 필연적이다. 정보화 시대인 요즘 방대한 양의 데이터가 발생하면서 '빅데이터', '머신러닝', '인공지능'과 같은 말들이 다양한 분야에서 주목을 받고 있다. 홍수피해 정보에 대해서도 과거 국가에서 발간하는 정보외에 인터넷에는 뉴스기사나 SNS 등 미디어를 통하여 수많은 정보들이 생성되고 있다. 이러한 방대한 규모의 데이터는 미래 경쟁력의 우위를 좌우하는 중요한 자원이 될 것이며, 홍수대비책으로 활용될 소중한 정보가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷기반으로 한 홍수피해 현상 조사를 통해 홍수피해 규모에 따라 발생하는 홍수피해 현상을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 과거에 발생한 홍수피해 사례를 조사하여 강우량, 홍수피해 현상 등 홍수피해 관련 정보를 조사하였다. 홍수피해 현상은 뉴스기사나 보고서 등 미디어 정보를 활용하여 수집하였으며, 수집된 비정형 형태의 텍스트 데이터를 '텍스트 마이닝(Text Mining)' 기법을 이용하여 데이터를 정형화 및 주요 홍수피해 현상 키워드를 추출하여 데이터를 수치화하여 표현하였다.

1980년대 이후 계속된 디지털 기술의 발전과 영상처리 기술의 발전은 전통적으로 엄격히 분리 운영되어 온 통신과 방송의 융합화를 촉진하고 있으며, 기존의 미디어 질서를 근본적으로 변화시키고 있다. 이미 통신망과 방송망이 융합하여 하나의 망을 통해 방송서비스와 통신서비스를 동시 제공하는 것이 가능해지고 있으며, VOD, 인터넷방송, FM 방송전파를 통한 무선호출서비스 등 새로운 서비스가 등장하고 있다. 사업자측면에서는 통신사업자와 방송사업자가 상대영역에 진입하거나 M&A를 통해 양 분야의 서비스를 동시에 제공하는 사례가 증가되고 있다. 이에 따라 미국, 영국, 일본 등 선진국뿐만 아니라 EU 차원에서도 최근의 기술발전 추세와 산업계의 동향을 반영하여 통신사업자와 방송사업자간 상호진입 허용, 규제기구의 통합 등 기존의 규제제도를 전면적으로 재검토하고 있다. 미국의 1996년 통신법 개정, EU의 대체인프라스트럭쳐 자유화정책, 영국과 일본에서의 CATV망을 통한 통신서비스제공 허용 등이 그 대표적인 사례이다. 그러나 이러한 세계적인 흐름과 비교하여 볼 때 우리나라의 법/제도 정비 및 정책적 대응은 매우 미진한 상태이다. 현행법은 아직까지 통신망과 방송망간 융합, 사업자간 융합을 엄격히 규제하고 있으며, 서비스의 규제방식 등 통신·방송 융합시대에 대비한 규제제도 정비가 아직까지 미흡한 실정이다. 본 고에서는 통신·방송 융합의 배경과 전개과정, 국내외 융합추진 현황을 살펴보고, 통신·방송 융합 현상에 따른 규제제도상의 과제를 제시하고자 하였다.

콘텐츠 산업은 아날로그에서 디지털 융 복합 형태로 진화함으로써 다양한 비즈니스모델의 등장 및 선진화된 유통구조로 진화되는 등 콘텐츠 산업의 성장에 새로운 기회를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 콘텐츠 산업의 현상은 산업간 경계약화, 신기술 확산, 수요의 다양화 등으로 인해 융 복합화 현상이 더욱 가속화되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 콘텐츠 산업의 융 복합화로 생겨날 수 있는 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 산업이 무엇인지 먼저 파악하고 이와 관련된 주요 산업 동향 및 사례를 살펴봄으로써 향후 콘텐츠 산업발전 및 활성화를 위한 정책수립에 기여하고자 한다. 본 고는 다음과 같은 내용으로 구성되어 있다. 첫째, 서언에서는 콘텐츠 산업의 융합 확산 및 융합형 콘텐츠 산업의 영향을 산업적, 기술적, 사회적 측면에서 고찰해 보았다. 둘째, 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 산업별로 주요 글로벌 기업 동향 및 산업 동향들을 살펴보았으며, 셋째, 산업별 주요 사례를 정리하고, 마지막 결어에서는 미래에 유망할 것으로 예상되는 콘텐츠를 산업별로 요약하고 정리하였다.

In this paper, we proposed an algorithm of redeye correction. For naturally redeye correction, we assumed positions of the redeye at an image which produced redeye, and we estimated rate of the redeye to apply the appropriate redeye correction suitably. We extract and label pixels those are possible of generating redeye using red, skin and reflected light color. The each labeled group is decided by rates of length and width, dimension, density, the color of white of the eye and reflected light color of groups for the redeye group. We corrected positions of redeye using blurring effect, naturally. In the case of designing the proposed algorithm, we designed the redeye correction hardware using the minimum of memories for efficiency of hardware.

This study is a qualitative study using phenomenological methods that focus on the meaning of what individuals experience to understand the meaning of the gender role of women after childbirth. The participants of this study are 17 women who gave a birth from 8 weeks of the postpartum period to a year after the birth. Seven categories were derived from the results of analyzing the meaning of the gender roles of participants, and the seven categories are confirmed to be body changes and pain, just making me feel down, the difference between expectation and reality, isolation from husband and social network, thinking about my mother as a woman, the pain of body and mind sublimates, and convergence/dissociation between femininity and motherhood. This study is meaningful in that the results of this study provided information that would have a broader understanding of women's gender role after giving birth.

The purpose of this study is to explore elderly women's experience of the convergent tea culture therapy program when they use day care centers, ultimately getting a better understanding of such experience. For the purpose, the study made profound interviews with 4 old women who experienced the convergent tea culture therapy program from its start to final session. That program was provided by H day care center located in P city. And then, this research analyzed data from those interviews by using the phenomenological methods. As a result of the analysis, the study could divided the surveyed female elders' experience of the above mentioned program largely into 4 categories, which are, 'getting away from daily routines', 'feeling as if I'm the queen when having tea', 'finding myself feeling younger with tea', and 'feeling the true sense of happiness with tea'. With this result taken into serious consideration, this study suggested that more attention and intervention be urgently needed in the field of senior welfare practices, especially leisure activity for elders which is currently in trouble due to the covid-19 crisis.

The convergence of technology as a major breakthrough in technology innovation has been generated and developed. With the advent of the 21st century characterized by the knowledge-based economy, it is happening even more frequently and vigorously than ever. However, study on classification system or definition of notions is necessary as the convergence of technology is still in the early stage. The existing classification system has limited application to the convergence of technology. With no standard available for the classification of the technology convergence, there has been much concern for duplicative R&D investment. On this ground, a new and reformed classification system for the convergence of technology and definition of notions are needed. Previous studies regard base technologies used in the technology convergence and new convergence technologies as important. However, this paper views convergence of technology as a dynamic phenomenon and puts an emphasis on the cause of technology convergence, not on the new technology itself and examines whether base technologies go back to their original state after the completion of technology convergence. This kind of approach will classify technology convergence by characteristics. Although more researches including quantitative analysis are necessary, this paper expects to offer help with further researches on classification system.
