This study set out to examine message orientation in advertising expression through the content analysis of apartment sales advertisements in Busan. For this purpose, the study analyzed newspaper ads about apartment sales in the Busan area in terms of advertising appeal methods and message types. Advertising appeal methods(rational and emotional appeal) and message orientation(environmental, emotional, investment, and functional orientation) were categorized according to brands(nationwide and local brands). The findings show that most of apartment sales ads in Busan used a rational appeal method. While nationwide brands used rational and emotional appeal in similar percentage, local brands used a lot of rational appeal. Of the types of advertising message orientation, investment and emotional orientation recorded the highest percentage. Messages of investment orientation to show economic profit or premium were used most, being followed by messages of emotional orientation to show pride and happiness. These findings were interpreted to display differences in strategies for advertising expressions among brands. The findings are expected to offer useful practical implications for message strategies for apartment sales ads.

Two cell types, tip cells and hyphal cells, were found at the front of Cuscuta australis endophyte growing into the stem parenchyma of the host plant, Trifolium repens. Each tip cell developed into an elongate, filamentous hypha. The cells of both types possessed a dense cytoplasm including abundant organelles and enlarged nuclei with the deeply lobed envelope. The unevenly thick walls were observed in certain tip cells. The wall penetrated through the middle lamellae of the host cells and engulfed the debris of broken host cells. Some front cells had the plasmalemma-wall invaginations, which increased the surface area and would facilitate material uptake from the host No plasmodesmata between the host and parasite cells were found; instead, an apoplastic continuity was established by fused cell walls at the interface of the two partners. The apoplast was thought to be the main route for water and nutrients transport.nsport.

A development of the Digital Media through media convergency is creating various contents business. Basically, contentware can be explained as something watching, listening or enjoying. It has been developing to tie a moving image with a sound and a game; something that was in the entertainment business in the past. The good way to get an insight on effectiveness of the multimedia contentware would be though the understanding of the change of communication style in digital medium. Thus, this paper covers the effectiveness problems in the semantic level rather than the accuracy and efficiency in the syntactic level in the digital media mediated communication. As the trends of the media cornsumption is moving toward more an interesting way, it is essential to build up commoness in terms of sympathy between a contentware and user. So this paper introduces the concept of commom fields of experience through the fundamentals of the phatic communication as a way to architect the multimedia content effectively.

- I aimed to isolate trans-acting factors involved in the basal expression level of eukaryotic genes. One of the yeast histidine biosynthetic gene, HIS5 was taken as a model for this study. HIS5 gene has a substantial basal level in amino acid rich medium and is derepressed if starved for any single amino acid. The derepression is mediated by cis-acting DNA sequences 5'-TGACTC-3' found in 5' non-transcribed region of the gene and trans-acting factors including GCN4 as positive factor and its negative factor GCDI 7, and GCNZ as a negative factor of GCD17. I first investigated the role of these trans-acting factors in HIS5 basal expression level by using HIS5-pH05 fusion in which expression of pH05 gene encoding inorganic phosphate-repressible acid phosphatase (APase) is regulated by HIS5 promoter. Strain with gcn2 or gcn4 mutation showed 3 to 4 fold lower APase activity than wild type. The level of APase activity was similar in gcn2 and gcn4 mutants. Trans-acting factors involved in basal level were identified by isolating 14 mutants showing increased expression of HISSPH05 fusion from gcn4 background. All the mutants carry a single nuclear recessive mutation and fall into four complementation groups, designated as bell (basal expression level), be12, be23 and be14.

The contemporary shoes have been progressively trying a variety of designs using patterns as well as the formative change. However, for making those patterns secure the continuing values as the design having global competitiveness without being a temporal trend, it is required to develop the patterns which reflect the unique identity of Korea. Such development can be realized through the analysis on the traditional patterns of Korea. The patterns are the symbol of collective values. The traditional patterns implicitly express the philosophical thinking of members in a society as having been inherited up to now. Thus, this paper analyzed the gilt bronze shoes in Three Kingdoms Era using the patterns as unique design elements among traditional shoes of Korea. The symbolism of those patterns was expressed as transcendence of time and space, harmony of spirit and materials, and convergence of a region and religion. On the aspect that our ancestors interpreted and overcame the bounds of nature around human beings, pursued the ideal beyond reality and accepted a variety of thoughts, it is considered that the patterns used in gilt bronze shoes expressed anthropocentricism, idealism and inclusivism.

Faster transmission speeds are essential for the use of numerous data generated by various sensors used in smart factories. This study deals with smart factory technologies related to the 5G era. In addition to the various interpretations of smart factories, this study examined the situation and progress of smart factories in major countries around the world and described solutions.

This study was a case study on the connection of volleyball classes for middle school girls. It presents concrete examples of girls' links in school and out of school. Data analysis was organized by classifying volleyball classes from regular curriculum, school sports clubs, club activities, school leagues, and community related classes. In addition, the meanings of the categories were analyzed and interpreted and reconstructed around the possibility of practice at school. The results of this study were divided into experiences in volleyball classes, volleyball lessons using creative and convergence classes. In the discussion, the study was analyzed as connected classes within the school and outside the school. Suggestions were given on teachers' practical studies, best case studies on class linkage, plans to link school sports-life sports-professional sports, and participation and connection of female students in class.

Since long ago, there has been a saying that "Drink water to quench thirst, drink alcohol to remove anguish and anxiety, and drink tea to recover from fatigue and refresh mind." Tea is really better for body and mind than water when it is drunken long and is valuable Jinda(眞茶) given by mother nature. In particular, curing tea reflecting characteristics of climate changes in all seasons helps in keeping health. Since tea contains the Yin-Yang system, which is a philosophical ideology of ancient people, old predecessors knew which tea they should brew and drink for curing in harmony with Yin and Yang. As a factor that influences component changes of tea, a complex interaction of heaven, earth and man is important and especially, mind of a person to handle tea is most important. Tea is a natural curing drink, which plays a role as a bridge between humans and nature.

The concept and discussion of copyright should reflect changes in using environments of digital properties and developments of technology. Further discussions are required about protection, transfer and usage of copyright for user created contents or digital activities. Digital archives should clarify the ranges of permitted usage or guides to quotation. One should not be biased toward regulating digital copying, but consider the value of diverse transformation of digital properties. This will trigger tension between private and public usage, or sharing of digital fabrications, which leads to the necessity of discussions on policy level. The interpretation of copyright is limited to protecting the copyright owner's right, but it should be suggested to widen the range to permitting fair use. The extended fair use of digital contents and by clarifying specific rules will activate creation and distribution of digital contents and contribute to more productive usage of innovation.

Methods for deriving design input-parameters to ensure the stability of a structure on a common ground are generally well known. Folded metamorphic rocks, such as the study area, are highly foliated and have small faults parallel to the foliation, resulting in special research methods and tests to derive design input parameters, Etc. are required. The metamorphic rock ground with foliation development of several mm intervals has a direct shear test on the foliation surface, the strike/dip mapping of the foliation, the boring investigation to determine the continuity of the foliation, and the rock mass rating of the metamorphic rock. etc. are required. In the case of a large number of small foliation-parallel faults developed along a specific foliation plane, it is essential to analyze the lineament, surface geologic mapping for fault tracing, and direct shear test. Folded ground requires additional geological-structural-domain analysis, discontinuity analysis of stereonet, electrical resistivity exploration along the fold axis, and so on.
