Due to the limitations of public and private blockchain, several organizations are implementing consortium blockchain systems. In order for an organization to conduct business using blockchain, it must consider 'blockchain governance' factors, such as decision rights, accountability and incentives over on-chain and off-chain, depending on the organization's strategy and objectives. If an organization conducts business without blockchain governance, it cannot achieve its strategy and objectives systematically, effectively and efficiently, and cannot comply with internal external requirements such as the expectations of stakeholders and laws. However, as businesses using consortium blockchain expand, there is no research on consortium blockchain governance. Thus, in this study, the consortium blockchain governance framework, including functions, roles and responsibilities, was developed to help organizations effectively and efficiently conduct business using consortium blockchain. In addition, to review the feasibility of the developed consortium blockchain governance framework, the framework was reviewed through an advisory committee consisting of experts on blockchain and governance over two occasions. As a result of the review, components of the consortium blockchain governance framework, including functions, roles and responsibilities, were considered complete and relevant.

Many companies are executing big data analysis and utilization projects to legitimize the development of new business areas or conversion of management or technical strategies. In Korea and abroad, however, such projects are failing because they are not completed within specified deadlines, which is not unrelated to the current situation in which the knowledge base for big data project risk management from an engineering perspective is grossly lacking. As such, the current study analyzes the risk factors of big data implementation and utilization projects, in addition to finding risk factors that are highly important. To achieve this end, the study extracts project risk factors via literature review, after which they are grouped using affinity methodology and sifted through expert surveys. The deduced risk factors are structuralize using factor analysis to develop a table that categorizes various types of big data project risk factors. The current study is significant that in it provides a basis for developing basic control indicators related to risk identification, risk assessment, and risk analysis. The findings from the study contribute greatly to the success of big data projects, by providing theoretical basis regarding efficient big data project risk management.

In light of the fact that the effect of intellectual property rights like patent on enterprise competitiveness is growing, rational valuation of patent rights, which are own by enterprises, is required because accurate patent valuation can bring about the activation of the technology exchange market and enhancing the values of enterprises as well as the security of funds through technology security. However, in reality, interest in the value of patent rights is not great due to many variables, affecting patent rights, and diverse attributes, and non-generalized methods of valuation. Therefore, studies on patent valuation for patent management of Small and Medium Enterprises is required. This thesis examined patent valuation for the patent management of Small and Medium Enterprises based on literature studies, and attempted to find factors, affecting patent valuation by finding patent valuation factors through experts, organizing, and analyzing these factors. 10 essential factors, which are demonstrated in this research, are the commercialization possibilities of technology, market competitiveness, the possibility of technology commercialization, market size, the originality of acquired technology, the stability of the right(the possibility of invalidating), the level of technology, technology competitiveness, the ripple effect of technology, and the characteristics of technology(original technology/application technology).

IFC(Industry Foundation Classes) is used for information exchange in BIM-based collaboration process, and it does not secure reliability of information exchange results between fields due to structural limitations. In the end, it is a realistic problem that we have to use specialized BIM software by field, and we can not secure smooth interoperability in the process of information exchange and change. This study was conducted to find ways to secure the interoperability of BIM work between architecture and structure fields by utilizing Open Source provided by software developers to solve these problems. First, through expert survey and in-depth interview, information and improvement factors required in the process of collaboration between architecture and structure were derived. Second, in order to find a solution to the improvement factors, existing studies related to Open-API and domestic and overseas APIs were investigated and analyzed. Third, Ad-On was developed to secure interoperability by using Open API, mainly BIM S/W, which is mainly used in each field. As a result of the study, the possibility of securing interoperability through the management of the design change history between fields was confirmed by using API. It is judged that the application range of API will be expanded to the construction and maintenance field in the future. Therefore, in order to increase the usability for application diffusion, further research on interface improvement through user-centered verification is needed.

Screen Golf provides a more realistic interface to users by implementing sophisticated sensors and 3D graphics so that they can play golf in an environment almost identical to the actual golf course, to provide a sense of reality that goes beyond simply enjoying golf indoors. In addition, users who experienced this interface environment showed a tendency to feel the fun of golf more and become more immersed in golf. Therefore, it is most important to provide an effective realistic interface in screen golf. In this study, the meaning of screen golf as a tangible sport and various interface elements embodied in screen golf were summarized. Also the factors that enable users to feel reality and fun of actual golf to make users more immersed in screen golf were identified. For this, interface elements based on sensory elements were arranged in terms of visual, auditory, and tactile sense, and improvement plans and directions for providing effective sensory interfaces for screen golf were suggested through user FGI, targeting regular customers of Golfzone and KakaoVX screen golf, and in-depth interviews with experts. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the course information including the yardage and the play situation-directed graphic are elements that make immersion in the visual aspect. In terms of tactile aspect, the fact that users actually use golf equipment, as well as the sense of existence of a physical interface that embodies various course environments and course setting appeared to be an important factor. In particular, in the auditory aspect, it was confirmed that providing customized services for each user through AI caddy implemented to resemble a actual caddy is the most effective way to immerse users in screen golf with greater fun and realism.

In order to accelerate the commercialization of self-driving cars, it is necessary to accurately identify the causes of deteriorating the driving safety of the current self-driving cars and try to improve them. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of experts studying autonomous driving in Korea to identify the causes of problems in the driving safety of autonomous vehicles and the level of autonomous driving technology in Korea. As a result of the survey, the construction section, heavy rain/heavy snow conditions, fine dust conditions, and the presence of potholes were less satisfied with the current technology level than their importance, and thus priority research and development was required. Among them, the failure of road/road facilities and the performance of the sensor itself in the construction section and the porthole, and the performance of the sensor and the absence of an algorithm were the most responsible for the situation connected to the weather. In order to realize safe autonomous driving as soon as possible, it is necessary to continuously identify and resolve the causes that hinder the driving safety of autonomous vehicles.

The aim of this study is to explore the role of teachers in the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum, to suggest the role of appropriate early childhood teachers, and to explore the possibility of developing as an emerging curriculum. It was clarified that the role of teachers in the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum is the applicant, compared to the Nuri curriculum by age 3~5. It could be compared with the role of teachers in the emergent curriculum. Based on the emerging curriculum, the roles of teachers that can be practiced in the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum are teachers who use scaffolding, flexible teachers in curriculum management, and teachers with autonomy and faith in young children. As a conclusion of the study, first, teachers should be experts who can provide optimal play materials to individual young children and multiple young children. Second, teachers must faithfully observe and record so that appropriate scaffolding can be established. Third, teachers must constantly perform questions suitable for development so that they can sustain the interests of young children. Fourth, teachers should operate the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum based on their understanding of the emergent curriculum.

In the future, artificial intelligence (AI) technology is expected to become a general-purpose technology (GPT), and it is predicted that AI competency will become an essential competency. Several nations around the world are fostering experts in the field of AI to achieve technological proficiency while working to develop the necessary infrastructure and educational environment. In this study, we investigated the status of software education at the liberal arts level at 31 universities in Seoul, along with precedents from domestic and foreign AI education research. Based on this, we concluded that an AI literacy education model is needed to link software education at the liberal arts level with professional AI education. And we classified 20 AI-related lectures released in the KOCW according to the AI literacy competencies required; based on the results of this classification, we propose a model for AI literacy education in the liberal arts for undergraduate students. The proposed AI literacy education model may be considered as AI·SW convergence to experience AI along with literacy in the humanities, deviating from the existing theoretical and computer-science-based approach. We expect that our proposed AI literacy education model can contribute to the proliferation of AI.

We examines the aspect of dramas delivering Korean culture and literature to the public in the 1950s through the drama (2004). This drama focuses on Myeong-dong and views society and literature in the 1950s. This drama not only introduces ordinary people to viewers realistically, but also helps viewers understand by inserting interviews with researchers. In addition, through the gaze of poet Lee Bong-gu, they connect their literature with different literary people to obtain narrative completeness while helping viewers understand the inner side of the literary people. At the end of the drama, Lee Bong-gu's voice is a meaningful riverside for future evaluations, and it means the result of overcoming the pain of the 1950s with a romantic atmosphere and literary passion. Therefore, the drama "The Count of Myeongdong" is a meaningful text that delivered the literature and cultural landscape of the 1950s to viewers in a popular and sincere manner through the video.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the specific current and future shapes of the collaborative network among organizations witch cope the COVID-19 in Korea. For this, this study conducted social network analysis, based on the response data of 73 experts from 36 COVID-19-related organizations. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) plays a pivotal role as a control tower in coping COVID-19 in all of the analysis of degree, betweenness, and closeness centrality. In addition, the results revealed concrete forms of collaborative relationships among participating organizations in the public and private sectors that constitute the present and future networks centered on the KDCA. Furthermore, this study presented which organizations and relationships should be the focus of establishing a future collaborative network through comparative analysis between the current cooperative network and the network to be built in the future. The analysis results and discussions of this study are expected to be used as useful information for policy development related to collaborative networks that can effectively respond to disasters caused by new diseases in the future.
