This study aims to suggest ways to improve the dissemination of TV for the blind and deaf in the convergence environment of broadcasting and communication. As candidates for improvement of the project, it presents three alternatives: ①built-in set-top box in the TV, ②converting to a smart TV, and ③the development of specialized functions for the disabled in the set-top box. Through interviews with pay-TV and TV industry experts and disability experts, their opinions on each alternative were collected. To promote alternatives, this study suggests: collaboration between governments and companies, provision of incentives for participating companies, and revision related law and broadcasting technology standards.

The study aims to establish a syllabus for P university in an effort to improve the quality of tertiary education. Twenty seven universities' syllabi were collected in order to compare their components and contents. Individual interviews were conducted with 15 professors at P university, and their opinions were collected. As a result of several processes, including analyzing previous studies for syllabi, investigating other universities' syllabi, and interviewing faculty at P University, a syllabus of an accordion type was suggested for use at P university. The developed syllabus was examined by two experts in the education field. The pedagogical implication and suggestions for an established syllabus are also discussed.

This study is to define the hemodiafiltration treatment compliance indicators and discriminate standards for hemodiafiltration patients and development of hemodiafiltration treatment compliance measurement-convergent form. Date was collected from 300 on-line hemodiafiltration patients. To verify the hemodiafiltration treatment compliance indicators and discriminate standards, used construct validity and content validity by clinical professional group. Discriminant ability of 3 indicators-interdialysis weight gain rate(IWGR), serum phosphate level, rate of self change of total hemodiafiltration treatment time(SCR-HEFTT)- is 95.6%(wilks ramda=.256, p=.002). And hemodiafiltration treatment compliance measurement-convergent form has 91.7% discriminant accuracy. Hemodiafiltration treatment compliance is important that nurses can aware pre-stage of complication and give appropriate nursing intervention. Also this measurement can be used for foundation data of the nursing intervention development that prevent dialysis patient's complication.

Dental hygienists have received specialist training and experience to identify relationships that affect the attitude towards the elderly dental hospitals, general hospitals, working in a university hospital were survey of 264 people. The relationship between the elderly oral health specialist education experience and the attitude toward the elderly was influenced by the attitude toward the elderly (r=0.160, p<0.01), the experience of the elderly oral tissue regeneration education was related to the attitude toward the elderly (r=0.178, p<0.01), and feeding and swallowing function training education was positively correlated with the attitude toward the elderly (r=0.173, p<0.01). Therefore, it is necessary to develop curriculum in the maintenance training course for the dental hygienists who are experts in oral health care for the elderly, and to develop the curriculum for elderly dental hygiene course in the school education.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to establish the domain for assessment of feeding disorder with cerebral palsy. In addition, it is to develop item on feeding assessment for feeding disorder on children with cerebral palsy Methods : Factors to be included in the assessment of feeding disorders in children with cerebral palsy based on the ICF classification criteria constituted the assessment domain through literature review. Results : Assessment items of feeding disorders in children with cerebral palsy were categorized into 6 domains. These were systematized through expert advice, and through the first and second Delphi surveys, nine middle categories, 32 sub-categories, and 76 items were confirmed. Conclusions : The results of this study are useful for occupational therapists who want to check the current feeding function and activity level during therapeutic interventions for children with cerebral palsy who have feeding disorders.

Service Design Platform which has been developing under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy is aimed at facilitating service design consultancy to carry out service design projects smoothly online. In the development process in order to verify and improve the usability of the platform, heuristic evaluations by usability experts along with usability test done by user participation are required. This study was conducted for the purpose of deriving appropriate evaluation areas and detailed evaluation indices prior to carrying out the heuristic evaluation. For the study, first, the concept of the service design platform was identified and the features of its component were analyzed. Second, based on literature study of standards which are related to usability evaluation indices, usability evaluation areas and indices were analyzed. Third, in order to establish and verify evaluation areas and indices which are appropriate for the evaluation, Delphi survey was conducted and its validity was verified. Through this study, evaluation indices with 4 evaluation areas and 45 detailed items were derived. Derived evaluation indices was made in the form of checklist and will be utilized for heuristic evaluation by usability experts.

본 연구에서는 비전공자들을 위한 디지털 교육을 위하여 노 코드 프로그램을 활용한 정보, 수학, 과학 융합교육 교양 강좌를 개발하였다. 노 코드 프로그램으로는 오렌지3 데이터 마이닝을 선정하였는데, 이는 데이터 분석, 시각화, 머신러닝 모델의 활용이 용이하다는 강점을 가지고 있다. 또한, 산업환경 변화에 대비하는 핵심 교과인 과학, 수학, 정보의 중요성과 데이터 분석과의 밀접성을 고려하여 교육 내용을 융합할 수 있도록 선정하였다. 개발된 교육 프로그램은 8인이 전문가 검토 결과 내용 타당도가 확보되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 연구에서는 이 강좌를 대학의 학부생에게 적용하여 그 효과성을 확인해 보고자 한다.

양자 CMOS 이미지와 QD-OLED 하이드로겔 저온 증폭 기술을 활용하여 기존 코로나 진단법의 한계를 극복하고, Machine Learning 모델을 통해 자동화된 바이러스 검출 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 통해 전문가 개입 없이도 높은 정확도로 질병 진단을 수행하는 웹 서비스를 구축함으로써, 코로나와 같은 전염병의 조기 진단과 효율적인 대응을 위한 새로운 도구를 제공하는 것이 목표이다. 이를 통해 의료 분야에서의 혁신과 질병관리의 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

세계는 1990년대 중반 '정보화 혁명'에 이어 2000년대 중반 이후에는 '디지털 융합 혁명'이라는 새로운 물결에 직면해 있다. 디지털기술의 발전과 전송망의 광대역화에 따라 전통적으로 서로 다른 영역이었던 통신과 방송이 네트워크, 서비스, 단말기, 콘텐츠 차원에서 경계가 허물어지는 통신.방송 융합현상이 가속화되고 있다. 이에 따라 IPTV, DMB, 웹캐스팅, 데이터방송 등 기존의 통신과 방송의 속성을 모두 가진 서비스가 우리들의 실생활에 속속 등장하고 있다. 이러한 융합현상은 이용자에게는 새로운 융합서비스 이용을 통한 편익 증진뿐만 아니라 통신.방송 전반의 산업구조까지 근본적으로 변화시키고 국가 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것으로 보고 있다. 이미 세계 주요국은 IPTV서비스를 도입하고 있으나, 세계 최고의 정보통신 인프라를 보유하고 있는 우리나라는 안타깝게도 법제도 정비의 지연으로 아직 도입을 못하고 있다. 우리나라는 IPTV 도입뿐만 아니라, 디지털방송 활성화, 디지털콘텐츠 육성 등 풀어나가야 할 현안들이 산적해 있다. 또한 방송과 통신 전반에 걸쳐 정책과 규제체계를 융합환경에 맞추어 새롭게 설계해야 하는 과제도 있다. 이러한 과제를 순조롭게 해결하기 위해서는 우선적으로 정책과 규제기구를 융합환경에 맞게 개편하는 것이 시급하다. 이번호에서는 방송통신 융합의 주요 이슈 가운데 가장 시급하게 해결해야할 방송.통신 기구개편과 대표적인 방송통신융합서비스인 IPTV서비스 도입정책방안 그리고 방송통신융합법에 대해 전문가들의 특별기고를 통해 살펴보는 자리를 마련한다.

This paper describes the result of a case study for developing an expert system framework in order to support Korean Army tactical C4I system. Korean Army had developed an expert system, STAFS(Situation & Threat Assessment Fusion Expert System), for supporting field intelligence analysis activities which has been implemented through traditional manual process inside the division level combat briefing room. STAFS, however, has serious limitations for supporting combat commander's decision making processes because of its limited capabilities, since the system had been developed for supporting only intelligence analysis function rather than for integrated combat decision making processes inside the combat briefing room. Thus, this paper proposed an integrated expert system framework for supporting the commander's decision making by addressing various activities implemented in the briefing room.
