As the informative society becomes intensified, the rise of the convergence security offers an alternative strategic correspondence to the technology leaks that are becoming more advanced, complex, and intelligent. In order to the convergence security to provide its efficacy, training convergence security specialists is essential. However, research on the subject has yet to be considered sufficient. Thus this research focuses on defense industry security specialists to define the duty and analze critical task as well as drawn and therefore the required academic level of the critical task was examined. These research work contributes to the competence development of convergence security specialists and further enhancement on convergence security training process of academic institutions and job training institutions.

본고에서는 급격한 IT융합연구 추진에 앞서 융합연구의 특성에 맞는 기획 관리체계에 대해 논해보고자 한다. 바람직한 융합연구를 위해서 기획체계에서는 창의적인 아이디어의 창출, 철저한 선행기획 연구, 적절한 융합기술의 포트폴리오 구성, 융합과제 전문가 및 Team 구성 등을 중점적으로 고려해야 하고, 융합연구 관리에서는 주도적이고 창조적 리더쉽을 가진 '융합PM'의 선정에 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 성공적인 융합연구를 위해서는 보다 자율과 창의를 살려주는 관리방식, 국내 외를 가리지 않고 최고의 전문가를 활용하는 평가방식으로의 전환이 필요하다.

The current study attempted to develop and operate an exercise prescription expert system based on cloud computing. Recently, concerns on health are increasing due to the development of healthcare technology, increased life expectancy, and enhanced concerns on the body figure and wellbeing among Koreans. This trend pushes up the demand for the personal trainers and exercise specialists. However, supply of the exercise specialists are less than the demand. This study tries to develop exercise prescription system, aggregate diverse data, develop artificial intelligence rule, and operate exercise prescription expert system and education system. This system may assist training exercise professionals by replacing off-line training programs into on-line training programs. Further researches are recommended to connect diverse IoT devices and big data.

In navigation, officers receive data about inside and outside of ship from several devices(ex, GPS / AIS / ECDIS / ARPA Radar / etc) in bridge, and use it to recognize and predict safety situations. However, observation work of a officer is still hard for a torrent of data from several devices, and the problem of inconsistent data among the devices. In previous research, we presented the conceptual model of Intelligent Navigation Safety Information System based on information fusion, and showed the example of the conceptual model using CF (Certainty Factor) expert system to solve this problem. The information fusion technology needs various reasoning skills, and CF expert system is not enough to express ambiguous or indefinite factors. In this paper, we propose the concept of an intelligent navigation information fusion using fuzzy expert system to describe the ambiguous factors, and show the validity of applying fuzzy expert system to the Navigation Safety Information System through the design and implementation of the proposed concept.

This study is a study on the effect of patent management on the performance of new business development, focusing on fusion expert collaboration. In the past, most studies on patent management have been influenced by the quantitative patent index on the business performance. Therefore, research on the effect of patent management on the performance of new business development through the cooperation of fusion experts was very insufficient. Therefore, this study examined the influence of existing patent management on the performance of new business development and the causal relationship between the influence of patent management on new business development performance, focusing on fusion expert collaboration. The results of the hypothesis empirical analysis are as follows. First, patent management showed positive (+) influence on convergence expert cooperation. Patents management has a positive effect on fostering convergence specialists and utilizing convergence experts. Second, patent management has a positive effect on new business development performance. Patent management has a positive effect on the success of the business, the achievement of target sales, the development of new markets, the development of new technologies, and the degree of reflection of customer requirements. Third, patent management mediated by convergence expert cooperation has a negative effect on financial aptitude among new business development outcomes. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is concluded that patent management through mediation of convergence expert cooperation has a positive effect on non - financial performance of new business development performance. Financial performance includes business success and achievement of target sales. Non-financial performance includes new technology development and new market development. Therefore, in order to continuously generate business performance of domestic convergence new business development companies, it suggests that we should make efforts to be linked with new business development performance through revitalization of patent management centered on convergence expert cooperation that has positive (+) influence.

본 연구의 목적은 전력의 효율적인 사용과 전력-IT융합 산업의 활성화를 위하여 국내 전력-IT융합 산업을 분석하고 발전방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 Van de Ven의 Social System Framework를 기반으로 하여 전력-IT융합 산업을 제도적 장치, 시장소비, 자원 확충 및 기업 활동 부문으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 또한 분석 결과의 검증 및 시사점 도출을 위하여 전력에너지 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 IT기업의 에너지 산업 진출과 전력-IT융합 시장에 대한 정책적 지원이 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 반면 대기업 위주의 시장 경쟁과 인력양성에 대한 지원 부족이 문제점으로 지적되었다. 본 연구는 Social System Framework의 분석 결과 평가에 있어 IT산업에 종사하고 있는 전문가의 의견을 반영하지 못한 한계점이 있으나, 전력-IT융합 산업을 학술적 프레임워크에 근거하여 분석하고 산업 전문가의 의견을 반영하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

The primary purpose of this paper is to identify the cognition of the convergence human resource for firms. For this purpose, Data have been collected from 110 firms in Daejeon city and studied the convergence human resource which recognized by firms on the company competitive power level. The results of this empirical studies are summarized as fellows. We classified in company competitive power as leading chaser, innovators and late chaser. In the talent, leading chasers demanded the total designer, problem solver and insighter, innovators demanded the total designer, problem solver and specialist, and late chasers demanded the traditional humanity. In technology management, all group think important fields. In the demanding forecasting for the market and technologies, leading chasers and innovators demanded the CEO, R&D researcher and a middle manager as the important position. For this education, they demanded the convergence ability of other technologies, the up-to-date abilities of product and technology and the understandings of market needs. In the convergence talent or leader, leader chaser and innovator demanded the specialist who attempted to combine others industries, who know well in technology and management, and the specialist who attempted to combine others technologies. But, late chaser demanded the specialist who attempted to combine others industries.

In the school field, AI convergence education is recommended, which utilizes AI in education to change the paradigm of society. This study was conducted to define the terms of AI and AI convergence education to minimize the confusion of terms and to analyze the educational needs of teachers from the perspective of conducting AI convergence education. To achieve the purpose, 19 experts' opinions were collected, and a self-administered questionnaire was administered to 125 secondary school teachers enrolled in the AI convergence major at the Graduate School of Education. As a result of the analysis, the experts defined AI convergence education as a methodology for problem solving, not AI-based or utilization education. In the analysis of teachers' educational needs, "AI and big data" was ranked first, followed by "AI convergence education methodology" and "learning practice using AI". The significance of this study is that it defined the terminology by collecting the opinions of experts amidst the confusion of various terms related to AI, and presented the educational direction of AI convergence education for in-service teachers.

The purpose of this study is to explore undergraduate students' professional growth experiences as a novice counselor through reflective journal writing. Study participants were six students who completed the counseling skills course. The analysis was done on their weekly reflective journals using Colaizzi's phenomenological qualitative method. As a result, 11 sub-categories and 3 categories were emerged: increasing recognition and knowledge regarding counseling, being troubled and frustrated due to one's inexperiences of counseling, trying to overcome frustration toward professional counselors. This study revealed counseling major undergraduate students' professional development experiences and can be utilized in counseling training program development in the future.

본 논문에서는 무형 유산 DX 플랫폼의 AR(Augmented Reality) 기술과 ChatGPT 를 결합하여 전문가들의 지식을 보존하고 효과적으로 전달하는 시스템을 제안한다. 특히, 고령화 사회에서 은퇴한 전문가들의 지식이 소실될 위험을 방지하며, 사용자들의 교육 경험을 향상시키는 방법을 모색한다.
