정보 서비스를 포함한 웹 서비스에서 사용자 의도를 파악하는 것은 해당 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 중요한 단서가 된다. 본 연구는 과학기술 대표 정보 서비스인 ScienceON에 맞춤형 서비스를 도입하기 위해 사용자가 해당 서비스를 사용하는 과정에서 발생시키는 사용자-서비스 간 상호작용인 사용자 행동을 분석하고 사용자 의도를 파악하여 동적으로 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 방식을 제안한다. 특히, 사용자 행동 상태 전이 모델을 도입하여 사용자가 반복적으로 행하는 검색 행동과 내비게이션 행동을 추적하고 의도를 파악할 수 있도록 한다. 288,200 건의 웹 로그 분석을 통해 만들어진 상태 전이 모델과 특정 사용자 로그를 분석하여 본 연구가 어떻게 사용자 의도를 파악할 수 있는 지를 보여준다.

Recently, the value of ICT-based medical devices, equipments, software and service development are is increased according to strengthening the convergence among ICT, medical technologies and services. This paper presents the new convergence business models by applying cloud service to medical industry. In order to develop the new convergence business models, we checked the validity and feasibility through analyzing the medical market environments such as medical data backup, medical regulation etc. and present the new convergence business models and the direction of commercial business models for customer acquisition, market expansion and competitiveness improvement. This study is to provide the guidelines for establishing the core capacity strengthening strategy and partnership cooperation strategy when we design a new convergence business models in various industrial fields.

In this paper, we present a service model which serves multimedia contents to end consumer(End-user) that have various mobile communication terminals under a communication & broadcasting converged environment that broadcasting and communication networks are linked. A main feature of this service model is that it has a distribution structure that deliver to end consumer via adaptation of content from production of contents offering End to End (E2E) media QoS and personalized contents consumption. The proposed service model may be used as a reference model for distribution of multimedia content in communication & broadcasting converged environment in the future.

In this study the improved service innovation model to solve the problems that appear from a vantage point of the providing security services process through the application and appeal process of convergence security technologies proposed. The model was in view of service science to resolves the limitations that facilities management and unmanned security of physical security field through the application of meteorological information on convergence security technologies. The contribution of this research: improved risk management based on convergence security technologies through service innovation management, evaluated the quantitative value of risk management activity using service effects, and development of physical security service providing methodology using meteorological information.

통신기술의 급속한 발전으로 네트워크 환경이 광대역통합망으로 진화되어가고 있다. 이로 인해 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 IT서비스들 또한 광대역통합망 환경에서 빠른 속도로 융합되고 있다. 하지만, 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 기존의 IT서비스들이 광대역통합망에서 서로 융합되어 신규 IT 서비스를 생성하는 과정에서 보안요소가 적용되지 않을 경우에 신규 IT서비스의 안정성 및 신뢰성이 떨어질 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 신규 IT 서비스의 기반구축 및 운영이전인 서비스에 대한 기획 및 설계시에 필수적인 보안대책 제시하여 서비스 운영이전에 보안대책을 적용할 수 있도록 함으로써, 신규 IT 서비스의 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 방법으로 정보보호사전평가 모델을 제시하고, 이 모델을 RFID 서비스에 적용한 예제를 설명한다.

본 고에서는 국가 R&D를 통해 개발된 IT 융합기술을 소개하고 국책연구결과물의 시범적용을 통해 새로운 사업화 모델을 발굴하고 더불어 지자체와 함께 서비스 모델의 적용을 통한 상용화 추진내용을 소개하였다. 본 사업이 성공적으로 실시되면 일반 국민들이 새로운 IT 기반의 융합서비스를 이용함으로써 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 융합서비스에 대한 인식확산과 신성장동력으로서 IT 융합 산업 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다. BT는 물론이고 NT, 전통산업 등 다양한 분야와 융합을 확대해 국민의 삶을 더욱 윤택하고 행복하게 할 수 있는 따뜻한 IT, 즐거운 IT를 실현할 수 있을 것이다.

향후 2~3년간 통신 기술과 방송 기술의 융합 시도는 급속히 가속화될 것으로 보인다. 이 같은 기술 통합은 서비스간 융합으로 나타나 단기적으로 각각의 사업자는 가입자 확보를 위해 치열한 경쟁을 벌일 것이며, 방송.통신망의 디지털화 완성에 의한 망의 융합화가 더욱 진전돼 궁극적으로는 통합형 비즈니스 모델로 귀결될 것으로 예측된다.

In this paper, we attempted to theorize the synergy effect between the value creating attributes for digital convergence model in the service industry. Our investigation is based upon contingency fit theory to understand the strategic fit for the two inherent value attributes of fixed and mobile value, as well as resolving fundamental limitations of service processes. Empirical validation of the derived research model is analyzed using hierarchical regression method. The results indicate that the relative advantage of each value creating attributes are strongly associated with the characteristics of domain service industries, and compatibility is critical to user adoption of convergent service model. Moreover, the less significant statistical impact of the synergy between mobile and fixed value attributes and others implies that each value attribute uniquely contributes to particular IT convergence model, which thereby offers critical insight that focusing the convergent value in conjunction with specific application domain is the most appealing managerial focus. The findings provide useful insight for the further research in IT based industry convergent business model areas.

It is expected to change for convergence robotic services according to emergence new communication technologies and cloud computing, etc. Robot industry is evaluated the biggest filed that is possibility to convergence of new IT technology. This paper presents a design framework for robot industry business model on cloud services through the cloud computing and environment of robot industry, features and provide valuable of cloud-based robot service, analysis of customer needs and value chain in the market in an aging society. In addition, we describe the evolution path of the proposed business model in terms of technology development and market. This study is expected to help that cloud and robot services companies when establishing new service model development and marketing strategy.

As smart devices have proliferated and network speed and accessibility of mobile have accelerated, mobile cloud services that can do the same tasks by various devices are promoted. This paper explores the analysis of use intention of mobile cloud services and influencing factors. We develop and apply a convergence technology acceptance model which combines TAM, VAM and UTAUT. The proposed model verifies some hypotheses to aware the significant factors of use intention of mobile cloud services with TAM, VAM and UTAUT including additional mobile cloud service characteristics such as mobility, high availability, easy accessibility and scalability. Eventually, this research can not only help users gain insights into mobile cloud service use intention, but also help mobile cloud service providers to develop more effective mobile cloud service and their business strategy in the future.
