  • Convergence of ICT technology and various industry have been proliferated. It makes human life affluent pulling existing industry paradigm down while they do not realize. Also, it impacts on personal life and becomes a driving force which strengthen the state level and its competitiveness. Complexity is increasing, knowledge is expanding and ICT technology is evolving in the present industrial society. Thus, new business model is being created, established business without competitiveness is eliminated and new ecosystem is constructed for industry change or creation. The new business and its competitive order driving in current convergence environment is apt to be exposed to uncertainty risk. These changes promote the collapse of existing industry or create new business models. There are digital transformation and ICT convergence in the center of the changes. The change of society and industry caused by this phenomenon will be analyzed. Also, development direction, strategy and execution method for securing industry competitiveness of ICT convergence will be researched.

  • 정보통신 기술의 고도화 융합화에 따른 다양한 서비스 제공이 가능하여, 기술 그 자체를 위해서가 아니라 사용자의 필요나 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 기술을 개발함으로써 개발 결과가 활용될 가능성과 시장에서의 가치를 높일 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 또한, 앞으로 새로운 미래의 정보통신 시스템은 운영자와 사용자가 서비스로부터 기대하는 바와 경제적인 관점을 최대한 조화시킬 수 있는 충분한 유연성을 갖추어야 할 것이다. 따라서 향후 정보통신 시스템의 개발에 있어서 상용화에 대한 비즈니스 모델 연구가 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문은 비즈니스 모델에 대한 영향 요인을 분석하여 차세대 정보통신 비즈니스 모델 수립에 대한 방향을 제시한다.

  • 디지털TV라는 진화된 매체와 방송, 통신 융합이 라는 새로운 패러다임의 등장으로 인해 T-Commerce는 그 잠재성에 많은 기대를 받고 있는 시장이다. 그러나 현재까지 국내에서는 양방향 데이터 방송이 보편화된 상황이 아니며, 성공 사례도 부족하여, 비즈니스 모델에 대한 구체적인 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 T-Commerce 비즈니스 모델에 있어 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 고객 가치를 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 우선, e-비즈니스 모델과 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 가치에 대한 선행연구들을 통해서 e-Commerce의 고객 가치 요인들을 분석하였다. 선행연구 분석결과를 T-Commerce 프로세스와 접목하여 6가지의 주요 요인을 채택하여, 홈 네트워크 시범단지의 포커스 그룹을 대상으로 실시된 T-Commerce 소비자 조사 결과를 바탕으로 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • 향후 2~3년간 통신 기술과 방송 기술의 융합 시도는 급속히 가속화될 것으로 보인다. 이 같은 기술 통합은 서비스간 융합으로 나타나 단기적으로 각각의 사업자는 가입자 확보를 위해 치열한 경쟁을 벌일 것이며, 방송.통신망의 디지털화 완성에 의한 망의 융합화가 더욱 진전돼 궁극적으로는 통합형 비즈니스 모델로 귀결될 것으로 예측된다.

  • In this paper, it will analyze security problems, so technology's potential can apply to business security area. First, in order to deep learning do security tasks sufficiently in the business area, deep learning requires repetitive learning with large amounts of data. In this paper, to acquire learning ability to do stable business tasks, it must detect abnormal IP packets and attack such as normal software with malicious code. Therefore, this paper will analyze whether deep learning has the cognitive ability to detect various attack. In this paper, to deep learning to reach the system and reliably execute the business model which has problem, this paper will develop deep learning technology which is equipped with security engine to analyze new IP about Session and do log analysis and solve the problem of mathematical role which can extract abnormal data and distinguish infringement of system data. Then it will apply to business model to drop the vulnerability and improve the business performance.

  • IPTV 기반의 이러닝 마켓플레이스는 IPTV를 통한 이러닝 서비스 제공을 하기 위한 교육 콘텐츠 공급자와 수요자간의 마켓플레이스로써, 이는 양방향 매체 하에서의 이러닝 서비스로써 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있으며, 방송통신융합의 초기 단계에서 IPTV는 다양한 콘텐츠와 서비스 모델의 개발을 통하여 그 효용성을 높이는데 기여를 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 IPTV기반의 이러닝 마켓플레이스에서 핵심적인 프레임워크를 구성하기 위하여 이러닝, e-마켓플레이스, IPTV에서의 특징과 기존의 이러닝 마켓플레이스들의 기능을 매트릭스를 통한 비교분석으로 기본요소를 추출하고, 이를 통하여 프레임워크를 구성한다. 또한 비즈니스모델 개발을 위하여 비즈니스모델설정, 참여자/역할, 제품/서비스 커버리지, 운영시나리오, 수익모델을 작성하고 이를 통하여 실제적으로 비즈니스모델의 구현이 가능한지를 검증한다.

  • The most presentative case would be functional evolution of webtoon as a contents business model, which has taken a initiating role in both innovated strategic experiments and outcomes. Most of all, There are the launch of PPS(Page Profit Sharing) sevice in NAVER webtoon, the paid service model implementation in KAKAOpage and potential business as an exclusive application in Lezhin entertainment This study to analyze these phenomina and results can figure out how the business model in the webtoon platform is developed in various fields diversely and what makes this model evolved and extended. Especially, the diversification of the webtoon platform has been received attention since it pursued the grouped spin off through horizontal convergence and transformational expansion among similar platforms, and also this shows that which factors enhance these phenomina to be controled and expanded. On the basis of the result of this study, we try to find the way to connect business vision of the domestic webtoon platform with affiliated business. Furthermore, it proposes the interrelationship between this and the business strategy for overseas in the globalized platform.

  • Firms that have adopted internet technology have been confused by distorted market signals. It is natural to look at marketplace outcomes for guidance, when confronted with a new business phenomenon. However, market signals can be unreliable in the early states of any important new information technology. New technologies trigger rampant experimentation, and the experimentation is often unsustainable. As a result, market behavior is distorted and must be interpreted cautiously. In Chapter 1, we review a concept of business model and roles of strategies in a business model. In Chapter 2, we discuss a strategic auditing method for analyzing market/channel positioning, product/service positioning, value chain/value network positioning and external environmental factors. In chapter 3, we introduces major frameworks for understanding factors forming strategies. The strategic grid model categorizes four quadrants depending on the level of impacts of information technology on operation and strategy. The strategic alignment model presents a new method of assessing an alignment of information technology and business throughout all elements of a business model. In this research, we review the concept of a business model. This research introduces factors that shape strategies and new frameworks for understanding these factors. The research objective of this manuscript is to present a guidance for firms how to use information technology for attaining sustainable competitive advantages.

  • Recently, the size of the online education service market has been growing, but the B2C platform education service market, where companies take the lead in creating content and consumers consume the content, has become widespread. This makes content creation rigid and may have limitations in creating at various levels. This Study newly establishes the concept and type of customer needs, wants, innovation, and platform business, and presents new start-up success factors in all fields of platform business start-up and a standard diagnostic process for the possibility of platform start-up success. Through the presented process, customers, core activities, and value proposition factors can be derived. Finally, a business model for starting a C2C platform for elementary, middle, and high school education is built centered on the business model canvas.

  • New business The e-book industry is creating a convergence of ICT and printing culture. Even so, the system changes is not great in Korea. Global market players are going to creating a membership or community-type business model to take advantage of the terminal, platform, network, but the creative content production in Korea is limited. Since the discussion is limited to such devices or network services most, we suggest the possibility of modeling a multi-faceted. And the development of technology and services platform content is also important as a strategic approach to the development of the e-book industry. Most of all, we propose the application of content, technologies and services are developed.
