The 5th generation mobile communication (5G) is being commercialized by major domestic and foreign mobile telecommunication businesses and is spreading to general customers mainly on smart devices such as smartphones, wearables, and IoT. If 4G networks and 5G access equipment were utilized by introducing NSA(None-Stand Alone) technology when 5G was first introduced, recently, 5G convergence services are being realized by gradually expanding evolution to 5G standalone networks through SA (Stand Alone) technology. The purpose of this study is to study a design plan for implementing necessary service-oriented functions from the perspective of communication network users on the configuration of 5G SA equipment based on SBA(Service-based Architecture) mentioned in the 3GPP technical specification document. Through this research, it is expected that companies that need to enter the 5G market can easily access the 5G SA network to develop and supplement specialized 5G convergence services to improve product performance and quality.

With a population of more than 10 million people worldwide, MegaCity was only three in 1975, but it is expected to grow to 24 in 2013 and more than 30 in 2025 and more than 3 billion worldwide by 2050 It is expected to be absorbed into smart city. Especially in Asia and Africa, urbanization is expected to proceed rapidly. As the urbanization progresses and the population living in the cities increases, there are various problems such as rapid increase of energy consumption, congestion of traffic, various aging of the infrastructure and the like. As a result, smart city is emerging as a new alternative for solving urban problems. Smart City is rapidly expanding with the development of related technologies and can improve costs, improve urban services, improve quality of life, productivity and sustainability. Therefore, this paper analyzes the size and trend of the domestic and overseas smart city market, and analyzes the smart city related policies, trends and case studies of major countries to see the development status and market of smart city related industries, Present a business utilization model.

The most serious problem company facing in today's business environment is the failure of new product development outcomes. Statistically, almost half of the new products released each year failed. Despite the innovative technological advances, consumers' expectation level become much higher and global competition is intensifying. In addition, the new product life cycle is becoming shorter and shorter. It is difficult for a company to survive without developing long-lived products. The most important issue in a company's success and failure is the successful development and introduction of new products. Previous research has presented many determinants to achieve a successful new product development. This study focuses on dynamic competence as an important determinant, and identifies the constituting elements. Enterprises need to acquire, absorb, integrate and reconfigure their resources to survive and develop continuously. It is necessary to hold a dynamic ability switching resource bases in order to adapt to changing environments. The results of this study are as follows: First, the effect of learning, reconfiguration, and alliance capabilities on the new product development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises seems to be positive. Second, the integrative and reconfiguration capabilities positively affect a new product development under high environmental turbulence.

Economic crisis, efforts to overcome the digital content industry development at home and abroad have been racing in the country's future lies in the digital content industry. Therefore, the digital content industry through vision, model identification knowledge-based global digital content market-based deployment is required. For research purposes the digital content industry to derive an alternative to national industrial development that will lay the groundwork. The deployment order for the first digital content industry, SWOT analysis performed to derive the Korean-specific model. As a result, measures based on the advancement of digital content industry as a long-term vision and specific goals are presented as staged. The age of convergence of the u-media content markets in government, corporations, consumers, and these form the structure of a virtuous cycle distribution systems for energy by being active, synergistic effects are obtained. Above all, based on the content industry to secure internal and external growth is key. Vision of the digital content, the growth momentum of the national social development policies to be used as a role model by changing the way a series of courses is required.

As one of promising solutions to overcome high oil price and energy crisis, the construction market of high value-added LNG plants is spotlighted world widely. The purpose of this manuscript is to introduce domestic activities to develop risk assessment technology against overseas monopolization. After analyzing relevant specific features and their technical levels, risk assessment program, non-destructive reliability evaluation strategy and safety criteria unification class are derived as core technologies. These IT-based convergence technologies can be used for enhancement of LNG plant efficiency, in which the modular parts are related to a system with artificial optimized algorithms as well as diverse databases of facility inspection and diagnosis fields.

The virtual advertising which emerged in new technology environment and new advertising environment has been executed lately. The right regulation of virtual advertising is very important to the growth of it, because virtual advertising is new form of advertising and it can change program contents easily. In addition, it's time for considering the overall supplementation of virtual advertising regulation, based on the results so far achieved. In this sense, this article examined the regulation of virtual advertising which has been executed since 2010. It first examines the characteristics of advertising in digital media convergence environment and the growth and effect of virtual advertising. Then, research problems were suggested. Based on the research problems, it examines the status of virtual advertising regulation for each country. Then, it analyzes and discusses the major issues related to today's virtual advertising regulation. The article concludes with policy recommendations.

The Internet of Things era is approaching where all the things are equipped with smart sensors and communicate through internet. The three core technologies of the Internet of Things are 'detection technology' to get information from things and the environment, 'wired and wireless communications and network infrastructure skills' that support to connect things to the internet, and 'service interface technology' that processes the information appropriate to various services. Smart sensor application can expand to smartphone, smart cars, smart home systems, wearable electronic devices, telemedicine systems, and environmental monitoring systems, etc. In particular, technologies that mimic the five human senses. This study reviews the biological principles of the human senses and the principles of operation, research & development status, technology trends and market analysis of the sensors.

In the fourth industrial revolution, drones are an important element to lead the industry by converging with information technology. Drones are developing various technologies by combining with communication / navigation / traffic management technology, control and detection / avoidance technology, sensor technology, SW and application technology. However, there are various problems in order to settle the drone technology. In this paper, it will be examined the problems of application of drones through application fields of drones, domestic and foreign cases, and core technologies of drones. The growth of the drone market requires improvement of laws and institutions. This paper proposed security vulnerability, privacy and safety problem in wireless communication, and present technical and management problems for drone service in the Korean environment in particular.

This paper propose a system to notify the user that detects failure of malfunction of smart farm ICT devices. As the fourth industrial revolution approaches, agriculture is also fused with ICT technology to improve competitiveness. Smart farming market is rapidly growing every year, but there is still a lack of standardization and certification systems. Especially, smart farm devices that are widely used in Korea are different in product specifications, software and hardware are developed separately, and quality and compatibility are poor. Therefore, a system that can recognize the abnormality of the equipment due to the frequent damage of farmers using low cost smart farm equipment is needed. In this paper, we review smart farm domestic and overseas policy trends and domestic smart agriculture trends, analyze smart farm failure or malfunctions and proactively prevent them, and propose a system to inform users when problems occur.

This study purports to achieve three different yet related tasks. First of all, this study reviews thoroughly social economy as an academic subject which have been drawing much attentions in social science. Secondly, this study examines developmental trajectory of social economy in Korea and reviews categories and types of social economy in current Korean society. Lastly, this study introduces several arguments around social economy. For these tasks, brief summary of the definitions of social economy from foreign and domestic scholars will be provided. Then five controversial subjects on social economy will be introduced. Those are the effect of social economy on employment, the future of social economy in the context of welfare state, the sustainability of social economy, the relationship of social economy with civil society, and the relationship between social economy and basic income. The author hopes that this study could provide thorough pirctire of social economy conceptually as well as practically for those who are interested in social economy both in academia and civil society organizations.
