디지털기술의 발전과 전송망의 광대역화에 따라 기존에 통신과 방송으로 각각 분리되었던 콘텐츠, 네트워크, 단말기 및 서비스의 경계가 허물어지는 융합화현상이 가속화되고 있다. 특히 방송분야와 통신분야의 경계가 모호해지며 통신과 방송 네트워크 및 서비스시장 간 융합현상이 나타나는 방송과 통신의 융합화, 즉 IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) 서비스는 대표적인 융합화의 큰 흐름을 보여주는 현상이다. 하지만, 지난 수년간 법적 제도적 장치를 마련하는 각 부처 및 산업내의 이해관계가 상충되면서 이러한 사회변화에 능동적으로 대처하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 관련법 제정과 사업자 선정 이후에도 방송통신융합 산업이 활성화가 되기까지 많은 난관에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문에서는 방송통신융합(IPTV) 산업의 활성화를 위한 탐색적 연구를 통해 모색과 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

융합의 현상은 기술간, 디바이스간, 산업간 등으로 확장되고 있으며 그 유형도 매우 복잡하고 다양하다. IT융합도 기술의 발전과 함께 다양한 산업 곳곳으로 확산되며 정보화 사회를 넘어 모든 산업에 IT가 융합되는 지능기반(Smart) 사회로 IT산업의 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 또한 IT융합 시장 규모도 점차 성장할 전망이다. 세계 IT융합 시장 규모가 2010년 1.2조 달러에서 2020년 3.6조 달러로 연평균 11.8%의 고성장이 전망되고 국내 IT융합시장 규모도 2020년에 1,237억 달러로 세계시장 성장률보다 높은 13%대의 성장을 예측했다. 이미 미국, EU, 일본 등 선진국들도 IT를 중심으로 산업간 융합전략을 추진하고 있다. IT융합은 자동차, 조선, 건설, 의료, 섬유 등 다양한 전통산업과 IT가 접목되어 새로운 혁신의 장을 만들고 있다. 우리 정부도 'IT융합 확산전략'을 발표하고 새로운 도전을 시작했다. 선진 일류국가 도약을 위해 IT산업 경쟁력을 기반으로 주력산업과의 융합을 촉진하여 신 시장을 개척해 나가야 한다. 정보통신산업 진흥원도 IT융합시대를 이끌 견인차가 되기 위해 2011년에 IT융합정책의 전략목표로 (1) IT융합 인식 확산 및 제도 개선 (2) 다양한 IT기술과 산업협력 모델 발굴 (3) 신 시장 창출을 통한 IT융합 확산 (4) 창의적 IT융합인재 양성을 선정했다. IT융합 전략의 성공적인 추진과 미래 산업사회의 요구를 충족시키기 위해 산업계의 목소리에 귀 기울이고 정부와 산업계를 잇는 가교 역할을 충실히 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a strategy to educate the core contents of various major fields in practical and convergent ways in universities in order to prepare for the 4th industrial revolution era. First, convergence field is established in the university curriculum in addition to the existing major and the liberal arts field. Second, convergence courses are created in connection with job ability, which are major curriculum but only for students in other departments. Third, convergence courses are organized in the form of module curriculum, which is a small-sized and independent curriculum consisting of 4 courses. D University, one of the local private universities in Korea, has provided such convergence module education since 2016, and satisfactory results have been obtained in the course enrollment rate and the course evaluation, etc. By combining these convergence modules in various ways, it is possible to easily create customized majors required and designed by local companies at low cost.

A SW competency based on computational thinking is considered as one of the core competencies in the future society. However, the concept of computational thinking is difficult to be introduced to the class because of the lack of appropriate educational program and the shortage of proper understandings of students and teachers. Thus, we have applied computational thinking based STEAM program and analyzed its effectiveness to explore the educational possibilities of computational thinking. The 49 samples were selected, 23 for the experimental group, and 26 for the control group. Pre-post tests for integrated thinking abilities and computational thinking were done to explore the CT-STEAM program's effectiveness. As a result, the components of integrated thinking abilities, science preference and self-directed learning abilities were enhanced after CT-STEAM instruction. In addition, computational thinking assessment score was statistically significant. We expect new STEAM programs using various computing tools to be developed in the future.

기술융합은 연구자간 사회적 상호작용의 결과 일어나는 일종의 기술혁신 현상인데, 융합과정에서 수명주기가 존재한다. 기술능력을 가진 개인이나 조직의 학습${\rightarrow}$기술의 통합 및 혁신 ${\rightarrow}$안정화 과정을 거치는 융합 수명주기를 갖는다. 조직학습(집단학습)은 기술융합의 주요한 성공요소로 작용한다. 이 때문에 기술융합의 성공을 위해서는 프로젝트 리더의 리더십이 중요하다. 기술융합 프로젝트 리더는 개별연구자나 연구그룹이 보유하는 인지맵(cognitive map)을 통합하는 노력이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 조직 및 개인의 네트워크 구축과 학습역량 강화가 중요하다. 정부는 기술융합 촉진을 위해서 학회, 협회 등 중심연계조직을 육성해야 한다. 그리고 프로젝트 리더의 리더십 함양프로그램을 운영해야 한다. 장기적인 관점에서는 학제간 벽을 뛰어 넘는 대학원 교육의 혁신이 필요하다. 공공부문은 창의적이고 개방적인 연구환경을 조성해야 하겠다.

ICT 기술이 타 산업과의 융합으로 새로운 산업과 일자리를 창출하는 창조경제 실현의 핵심수단으로 재조명되면서, 국가의 산업 경쟁력 제고와 전반적인 사회문제 해결은 물론 저출산 고령화, 산업 기술 패러다임 변화 등에 따른 장기적인 국가적 수요를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 인지되고 있다. 이러한 이유로 ICT 기반의 융합 R&D형태를 갖는 창조융합분야의 R&D역할과 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있는 실정이다. 본 고에서는 이와 관련된 미래창조과학부의 2015년 창조융합분야의 R&D 추진방향을 소개하고자 한다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to find a constructive way of the Breast Self-Examination teaching methods, identify experience who religious women participated in breast self-examination. Method : This study is a qualitative study using focus group interview method. Women religious took Breast Self-Examination program based on Problem Based Learning procedure. Results : Major Four Themes were derived. 'Breast cancer awareness', 'Breast Self Examination awareness', 'Convergence of PBL and practice on BSE experience', 'Change after convergent BSE education'. Conclusion : Women religious who have risk factors for breast cancer, want to improve the irregularities and to raising skills of BSE for self healthcare ability through convergent BSE education program for women religious.

This paper proposes a 3D structure recovery and registration method that uses four or more common points. For each frame of a given video, a partial structure is recovered using tracked points. The 3D coordinates, camera positions and camera directions are computed at once by our improved scaled orthographic factorization method. The partially recovered point sets are parts of a whole model. A registration of point sets makes the complete shape. The recovered subsets are integrated by transforming each coordinate system of the local point subset into a common basis coordinate system. The process of shape recovery and integration is performed uniformly and linearly without any nonlinear iterative process and without loss of accuracy. The execution time for the integration is significantly reduced relative to the conventional ICP method. Due to the fast recovery and registration framework, our shape recovery scheme is applicable to various interactive video applications. The processing time per frame is under 0.01 seconds in most cases and the integration error is under 0.1mm on average.

The aim of this study was to investigate the short-term effects of combined postural correction exercises (CPCE) on muscle stiffness and muscle activity in children with cerebral spastic diplegia(CSD). The subjects were 3 children (2 male and 1 female) with CSD from 4 to 7 years old. The measurement sites were upper trapezius muscle(UT), rectus abdominis muscle(RA), and gluteus maximus muscle(Gmax), muscle stiffness and muscle activity were measured using Myoton and surface EMG, and the symmetry of both sides was also examined. As a result, children with severe compensatory action showed decreased muscle stiffness and muscle activity in UT and RA and increase in Gmax after CPCE intervention. Especially, the left and right symmetry of the muscles was decreased. In this study, despite some limitations, CPCE have shown a positive effect in posture correction of children with CSD.

This study aims to converge the analysis of institution based view and knowledge based perspectives. Based on the literature review, this study proposed six hypotheses including the moderating effect of institutional characteristics. Hypothesis testing was conducted using PLS(Partial Least Square), which is a structural equation model for 101 start-ups sample. In empirical analysis, all external knowledge characteristics have a positive effect on the knowledge codification capacity. It also positively influenced the performance. The institutional characteristics showed a moderating effects with the novelty of external knowledge and knowledge codification capacity. This study contributes to integrating and analyzing the moderating effects of institution based characteristics with the factor of knowledge based view. Future research needs to analyze the institutional characteristics in a formal and informal way.
