Recently, product research has been continuously conducted to enhance accessibility to blood pressure measurement for the purpose of healthcare for the chronic patient. In previous studies, electrocardiogram (ECG) and photoelectric pulse wave (PPG) are analyzed to calculate systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The problem is the development of analysis algorithms for accuracy and reproducibility. In this study, in the development stage of a micro blood pressure measuring device, the size of the device was reduced and the measurement method was simplified, while the algorithm was to extract systolic blood pressure (SBP) using only two PPGs and obtain diastolic blood pressure (DBP). The difference value of PPG, DF_P, is inversely related to SBP, and has a proportional relationship with DBP, which can be leaked by algorithm, and DBP can be tracked through SBP.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is clinically characterized by a variety of motor and non-motor symptoms, including cognitive and neuropsychiatric symptoms. Integrating a large variety of symptoms into a small number of clinical subtypes could be valuable for appropriate and early therapeutic intervention. As a first step toward this aim, this study attempted to identify correlation patterns among motor, cognitive and neuropsychiatric symptoms in PD without dementia. One hundred four non-demented patients with PD underwent a comprehensive motor, neuropsychological, and neuropsychiatric assessments. Factor analysis was performed to identify correlation patterns among demographic, motor, cognitive and neuropsychiatric variables. The eight factors were extracted: 1 motor-related, 3 cognitive-related and 4 neuropsychiatric factors. We indentified that characteristics of correlation can have associated symptom pattern in the disease process of Parkinson's disease. The current results suggest that a broad range of motor and non-motor symptoms in PD may be reducible to a small number of clinical parameters, which may be useful for identifying clinical subtypes of PD for individual patients.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between social support and infertility stress in infertile men. Method: Participants were 120 infertile men in a hospital located S city Korea. The structured questionnaire included social support scale, fertility problem inventory scale. The data were examined using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation with SPSS 25.0. Results: Social support was significantly correlated with infertility stress(r=-.32, p=<.001). Conclusion: Based on this study, infertility stress could be decreased by social support improvement in infertile men. Theses results suggests that infertile men need nursing intervention to minimize infertility stress by promoting social support.

디지털기술의 발전과 전송망의 광대역화에 따라 기존에 통신과 방송으로 각각 분리되었던 콘텐츠, 네트워크, 단말기 및 서비스의 경계가 허물어지는 융합화현상이 가속화되고 있다. 특히 방송분야와 통신분야의 경계가 모호해지며 통신과 방송 네트워크 및 서비스시장 간 융합현상이 나타나는 방송과 통신의 융합화, 즉 IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) 서비스는 대표적인 융합화의 큰 흐름을 보여주는 현상이다. 하지만, 지난 수년간 법적 제도적 장치를 마련하는 각 부처 및 산업내의 이해관계가 상충되면서 이러한 사회변화에 능동적으로 대처하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 관련법 제정과 사업자 선정 이후에도 방송통신융합 산업이 활성화가 되기까지 많은 난관에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문에서는 방송통신융합(IPTV) 산업의 활성화를 위한 탐색적 연구를 통해 모색과 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study was to identify the correlation between dry eye syndrome, upper extremity pain, depression and addictive smart phone use among college students. Data were collected from 286 college students using a self-report questionnaire. 15.0% of participants have an addictive smart phone use. There were significant differences by dry eye syndrome(t=-4.38, p<.001), neck pain(t=-2.60, p<.05) and depression(t=-4.15, p<.001) according to the addictive smart phone use. Dry eye syndrome(r=.332, p<.001), neck pain(r=.143, p<.05), hand pain(r=.138, p<.05) and depression(r=.402, p<.001) were positively related to addictive smart phone use. Strategies to diminish depression, and to prevent dry eye syndrome and neck pain in college students will be an important intervention component to prevent addictive smart phone use and health problems in future studies.

Our society, which has arrived in the 4th industrial revolution, emphasizes covergence education to cultivate creative convergence talents. Therefore, this study is to develop a convergence education program consistent with the direction of the 2019 revised Nuri course and to help teachers who want to implement convergence education. In order to achieve this purpose, in this study, voluntary questions that occurred in play using the educational robot 'Turtle' were classified as STEAM elements. After that, frequency analysis and correlation analysis were conducted. Therefore, this study is meaningful in collecting children's questions about the same robot by age, and it is valuable in establishing future convergence education directions by analyzing the correlation by STEAM elements.

This study examines the relationship between customer experience, customer-influencer relationship quality, and customer behaviors. This study employed questionnaire survey and collected 413 data. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method is used to test the hypotheses of the study. As a result of the study, it was found that among customer experiences, emotional experience had a greater effect on hot IRQ than cold IRQ, and cognitive experience had a greater effect on cold IRQ than hot IRQ. And it was found that hot IRQ had a greater effect on relationship retention intention than recommendation intention, and cold IRQ had a greater effect on recommendation intention than relationship maintenance intention. This study provides various implications both theoretically and practically by examining the relationship quality between customers and influencers.

The purpose of this convergence study was to evaluate the influence of interpersonal problems on sleep quality in college students and to analyze the mediating role of mental health and the moderated mediating role of emotional regulation. This was a cross-sectional study of 307 students at a college in Seoul. The results of hierarchical linear regression showed that interpersonal problems and mental health were statistically significant predictors of sleep quality in college students. A mediation analysis further revealed that students' mental health mediates the relationship between interpersonal problems and sleep quality. Additionally, there was a moderated mediating role of dysfunctional emotional regulation in this process. Our findings suggest that supportive and adaptive cognitive emotional regulation educational programs should be designed based on college students' maladaptive emotional regulation experiences and individual characteristics.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for developing effective intervention methods to improve the quality of life by identifying the factors that affect the quality of life of the baby boomers. A descriptive survey research was conducted with the research subjects, 145 baby boomer women who lived in Island J from June 1 to June 30, 2018. The analysis of quality of life had positive correlations with health condition, family relationship satisfaction, retirement preparedness, age, aging anxiety, and showed negative correlations with family relationship satisfaction, and aging anxiety. Therefore, this research is expected to provide useful materials to develop efficient mediation programs in various areas for positive preparation for the golden age and improved family relationship.

This study was conducted to verify the factors affecting self-esteem of the 50-69 aged with low income in single person households. The subjects were 233 single households in the 50-69 aged low income from the 2019 welfare panel data provided by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. The dependent variable was defined as self-esteem, and independent variables were relationship satisfaction and life satisfaction. Data analysis was carried out by using SEM analysis, As a result, relationship satisfaction did not have a direct effect on self-esteem, with a low value (path coefficient =0.24). However, relationship satisfaction positively influenced life satisfaction (path coefficient =0.71), and life satisfaction positively influenced the self-esteem (path coefficient =0.46). Thus life satisfaction between relationship satisfaction and self-esteem had a mediator effect on self-esteem with 0.32 value. Therefore, establishing the strategy which supports poor single person households, policy makers should consider methods improving relationship satisfaction and life satisfaction.
