향후 2~3년간 통신 기술과 방송 기술의 융합 시도는 급속히 가속화될 것으로 보인다. 이 같은 기술 통합은 서비스간 융합으로 나타나 단기적으로 각각의 사업자는 가입자 확보를 위해 치열한 경쟁을 벌일 것이며, 방송.통신망의 디지털화 완성에 의한 망의 융합화가 더욱 진전돼 궁극적으로는 통합형 비즈니스 모델로 귀결될 것으로 예측된다.

Current Internet services do not consider the service level interoperability because each service is developed with its own interface, which is not compatible with other services. This means that characteristics of Internet services are autonomous and heterogeneous. Moreover each service has its own access method, data representation, and data structure. This will make it difficult for NGN services to be converged. For the convergence scenarios of NGN services, interoperability among different applications shall be supported in service layers in various network environments. In order to realize this, integration function in applications is necessary. And, it is also required that NGN services shall consider to adopt the conventional E-business framework such as ebXML in order to create value added services.

최근 다양한 산업 군에서 ICT 융합 서비스가 활발히 개발되고 있고 사물인터넷(IoT: Internet of Things) 기술이 신성장 동력의 핵심 기술로 주목받고 있다. IoT는 기존에 연결을 고려하지 않았던 생활 속 모든 것들을(daily life objects) 상호 연결시켜주는 기술이다. 가트너는 현재 1% 미만의 사물만이 인터넷에 연결된 상황으로 보고하고 있고 Cisco의 자료에 따르면 2020년에는 연결된 장치 수가 500억 개 이상으로 증가할 것으로 예측하고 있다. 많은 장치가 연결되는 IoT 환경에는 많은 취약점과 보안 위협이 존재할 것이므로 보안과 개인정보 보호 기술은 반드시 제공되어야 하는 핵심기술이다. 본고에서는 IoT 기반 융합 서비스에서 발생했던 침해 사례를 살펴보고, 안전한 서비스 개발을 위한 기본적인 보안 요구사항을 제시한다.

UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is increasingly used in diverse fields such as disaster, distributi on, and logistics, but it is pointed out that the inadequacy of related laws and invasion of privacy is an obstacle to industrial growth. The regulatory framework for UAV convergence services is pr oposed based on the regulatory framework. From the technical point of view, regulation on archite ctural design, from the market point of view, concurrent operation of services in a limited area, a l egal evaluation based on post-evaluation rather than a pre-regulation under the legislation of visua l information protection law and a social consensus will contribute to the early settlement of UAV -based convergence services.

This study was to find the factors influencing satisfaction of Korean medical tour services of Chinese college students. Structured questionnaire was developed to collect data. The data were collected from the 175 students between May 1 and May 15 in 2015 in an international college in China. The expectations and the evaluations on the Korean medical tour services were compare by t-test. To find the factors influencing satisfaction on Korean medical tour services, diverse linear regression models were estimated. According to the best fit regression model, technologies, quality of medical tour services, and health care cost significantly and positively influenced satisfaction on the Korean medical tour services. The results of the study suggested that we need to prepare marketing strategies to improve understandings on Korean medical tour services for the Chinese college students. Improvement of technology, improvement of quality of health service, and setting of reasonable price are important to attract more Chinese patients to Korea.

소셜 네트워크가 웹 2.0의 대표적 서비스로 자리 잡으면서 이를 이용한 다양한 서비스가 등장하고 있으며 그 중 포탈 서비스도 예외는 아니다. 하지만 포탈과 소셜 네트워크의 융합은 마이크로 블로그 형태의 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 포탈 화면에 실시간 검색으로 공개하는 정도에 그치고 있을 뿐이다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로 블로그의 open API 서비스를 이용하여 사용자의 인적 네트워크와 윈도우업 데이터를 추출한 후 키워드 도출 가중치 식을 통해 소셜 네트워크 내의 이슈가 되는 키워드를 도출한다. 도출된 키워드는 포탈 서비스에 융합되어 사용자의 소셜 네트워크 내 이슈 키워드와 관련된 정보제공서비스를 할 수 있다.

방송 통신 융합의 대표적인 서비스인 IPTV가 상용으로 제공되고 있지만, IPTV는 아직 단순히 IP 망에서의 실시간 채널방송 및 VoD 서비스 범주를 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 또한 IPTV사업자들이 Value Chain인 CPNT(Contents-Platform-Network-Terminal) 모든 요소에서 지배력을 가질수 있는 Walled Garden 형태의 폐쇄적 서비스 정책으로 새로운 신규 서비스 시장 성장의 장해요인으로 작용하고 있다. 반면 애플의 아이폰에서 보듯이 개인이 사용하는 단말은 점차 다양해지고 지능화되어 새로운 서비스의 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 정부가 10대 미래 서비스 전략의 하나로 추진하고 있는 SMART 스크린 서비스는 동일한 융합서비스(콘텐츠)를 원하는 시간과 장소에서 단말의 종류에 무관하게 PC, TV, 휴대 단말 등에서, 장소와 단말기간 이동 시에도 끊김 없이 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 본 고에서는 SMART 스크린 기술의 목표와 장애 요인, 그리고 이를 극복하기 위한 기술 개발 동향을 살펴본다.

최근 코로나 19가 장기화하면서, 비대면서비스로 대체되고 있는 한편, 의료분야에도 서비스 패러다임이 변화되고 있다. 특히, 국내의 법 제도적으로 묶여 있는 원격 의료서비스의 적용이 가능하고 상급종합병원에서는 비대면 진료서비스를 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비대면 원격판독시스템은 모바일 의료영상진단기기를 기반으로 의료사각지대에 있는 환자들의 영상촬영과 이에 대한 판독 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템이다. 제안한 시스템은 의료환경에 적용하기 위해 환자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 원격으로 환자의 영상 데이터를 판독하기 위한 시스템과 그 처리 과정을 보인다. 그리고 끝으로 구축된 시스템의 수행 결과를 보인다.

The aging population and the advancement of science and technology are transforming the healthcare industry to focus on health management for the prevention of diseases. The U-health and remote healthcare services have not yet achieved the social agreement in the nation; however, these have been extensively used in the global scale. The innovation of user experience through cognitive computing are expected to increase the health effects of consumers, by converging with healthcare information services. This study suggests the conceptual model of healthcare information service converged with cognitive computing. Then, the acceptance factors for consumers have been investigated. For this purpose, reliability and validity analysis have been conducted using an online survey. The path analysis was performed to verify the hypotheses and moderating effect based upon the gender, by using structural equation modeling.

방송통신융합은 이미 진행중인 사항으로써, 그 형태도 다양하게 전재되고 있다. 네트워크의 융합, 서비스의 융합, 사업자의 융합 등이 기술 발전에 힘입어 앞으로도 계속 새로운 형태로 진화할 것이며, 좀 더 고품질의 데이터를, 개인의 필요에 맞도록, 이동성이 강조된 방향으로 요구하는 사용자의 욕구에 적절히 대응하는 형태로 발전할 것이다. 본 고에서는 서비스, 망융합 및 표준의 관점에서 현황을 개관하였으며 Ubiquitous라는 Keyword를 통하여 새로운 방향으로 발전할 것도 아울러 조망해 보았다.
