최근 특허청의 특허정보 활용 확산 정책으로 인하여 특허정보에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 또한 특허정보를 연구하는 분야에서도 기술혁신 추세 분석, 기술혁신과 기술개발 주체에 대한 관계 분석을 수행하는 특허정보, 전산과학, 문헌정보학을 융합하는 특허정보학 (patinformatics)이라는 분야가 등장하였다. 특허정보를 이용한 최근의 연구동향은 특허 인용정보를 이용하여, 기술 파급효과 분석, 특허 인용지수, 기술영향력 지수, 특허가치 평가등 대부분의 연구가 인용정보를 기반으로 진행퇴고 있다. 기존의 연구 및 분석에 사용된 데이터는 미국특허의 인용정보를 이용하여 수행되고 있다. 한국특허 정보에는 인용정보가 존재하지 않기 때문이다. 한국특허의 분석을 위해서는 미국에 출원된 미국특허 데이터를 수집하여 한국의 연구개발 동향을 분석해야하는 문제점을 내포하고 있다 본 연구는 한국특허청 심사관의 인용정보 생성에 관한 업무 부하를 최소화하는 것을 목적으로 미국특허의 비 특허 문헌정보가 가지고 있는 문제점을 살펴봄으로써 국내에 구축되어 있는 과학기술문헌의 연계를 통한 효과적인 특허인용정보생성 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is increasingly used in diverse fields such as disaster, distributi on, and logistics, but it is pointed out that the inadequacy of related laws and invasion of privacy is an obstacle to industrial growth. The regulatory framework for UAV convergence services is pr oposed based on the regulatory framework. From the technical point of view, regulation on archite ctural design, from the market point of view, concurrent operation of services in a limited area, a l egal evaluation based on post-evaluation rather than a pre-regulation under the legislation of visua l information protection law and a social consensus will contribute to the early settlement of UAV -based convergence services.

This study highlights the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology on journalism, discussing its utility and addressing major ethical concerns. Broadcasting companies and media institutions, such as the Bloomberg, Guardian, WSJ, WP, NYT, globally are utilizing AI for innovation in news production, data analysis, and content generation. Accordingly, the ecosystem of AI journalism will be analyzed in terms of scale, economic feasibility, diversity, and value enhancement of major media AI service types. Through the previous literature review, this study identifies key ethical and social issues in AI journalism as well. It aims to bridge societal and technological concerns by exploring mutual development directions for AI technology and the media industry. Additionally, it advocates for the necessity of integrated guidelines and advanced AI literacy through social consensus in addressing these issues.

국가의 산업 발전이 성장에 한계에 다다르고 그 성장 수준이 고도화 된 국가일수록, 서비스 산업은 그 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 우리나라 역시 서비스 산업의 국내 GDP의 60%이상을 점유하는 만큼 고도의 서비스 산업국가로 분류될 수 있겠으나, 서비스 산업의 경쟁력이 주요 선진국들과 차이가 나는 것이 사실이며, 부가가치가 높은 핵심 지식서비스 산업 분야에서의 격차는 더 크다. 이에 국내 서비스 산업의 경쟁력 강화가 제시되고 있으며, 그에 일환으로 서비스 사이언스(Service Science)에 대한 논의가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미래성장동력인 서비스 산업의 급부상과 관련하여 서비스 분야에서도 기존의 제조업과 같은 생산성과 효율성을 증가시키기 위해서 더욱 과학적이고, 체계적인 방법론을 연구해야하는 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 서비스 혁신의 개념은 서비스의 생산성, 품질, 평가, 지속 가능성, 혁신 등에 대하여 연구하는 서비스 사이언스(Service Science)에 대한 논의로 귀결되고 있다. 본 논문은 서비스 혁신사례로써 기술을 도입하여 기업의 성과를 크게 끌어올린 월마트 사례와 최첨단 기술이 융합 접목된 복합 산업적 공간으로 다양한 경제적 활동이 수반되는 인천국제공항공사를 중심으로 서비스 산업에서의 과학기술의 역할에 대해서 살펴보고, 그에 관련된 개념과 시사점을 제기하고자 한다.

Flowers are one of the most natural expressions of human expression. Recently, these flowers have been applied to various kinds of products to enhance their aesthetic value and to use them as artistic materials expressing their vitality. The purpose of this study is to investigate the formative characteristics of flowers that are visually beautiful and to express them visually through the fusion of various products used in daily life. Based on this research, we study the importance of emotional design that gives satisfaction to consumers and new design expression techniques. In addition, we pursue the aesthetic value of the product with naturalness and original design sense, and develop sensibility product design expressing design sensitivity by combining floral motif with various products based on expression of decoration using image of flower. I would like to suggest the possibility of development of sensible product design.

The purpose of this study is to identify the drivers of supply chain vulnerability and internal/external disruptive events and to verify the moderating effect of SCRM to mitigate negative disruption impacts. The analysis results of 182 SMEs are as follows. First, SC vulnerability proceeded from excessive efficiency. Second, the probability and severity of internal factors were higher than that of external factors. In particular, the priority of responding to risks arising from the supply chain process was higher than the value chain within the firm. Finally, the higher the level of risk management in the supply chain, the more positively the negative disruption impact was mitigated. This study is valuable in providing practical clues to the decision-making of a firm's managers and policymakers responding to supply chain risks.

소프트웨어-콘텐츠 산업은 IT 및 전통산업에서도 대표적인 지식산업이면서 타 산업에 대한 연관관계가 매우 높고 파급효과도 대단히 높은 산업으로 고부가가치를 실현할 수 있는 산업이다. 한국통신기술협회(TTA) 소프트웨어-콘텐츠 기술위원회(TC6)는 기반 소프트웨어 기술(공개SW, 메타데이터, 소프트웨어 품질평가, 웹서비스 등)과 융합 소프트웨어 기술(임베디드SW, 사이버-물리시스템(CPS), e-내비게이션, e-퍼블리싱 등), 그리고 디지털 콘텐츠 기술(게임, 디지털시네마, 컴퓨터그래픽 등) 분야의 표준 제정을 담당하고 있다. 본고에서는 TC6 산하 9개의 PG에서 2013년에서 현재까지 제정한 70여건의 표준에 대하여 간략하게 정리하여 제시함으로써, 향후 소프트웨어-콘텐츠 분야의 표준이 참조될 수 있는 기회가 있기를 희망하며 표준화 추진 동향에 대하여 소개 하고자 한다.

정보통신 기술의 고도화 융합화로 미래의 정보통신 기술 개발은 과거의 기술 자체의 분석을 통한 필요한 기술 개발보다는, 미래사회의 비전 제시 및 사용자의 요구사항을 충족시키기 위한 기술을 개발함으로써 개발 결과가 활용될 가능성과 시장에서의 가치를 높일 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 또한, 앞으로 새로운 미래의 정보통신 시스템은 운영자와 사용자가 서비스로부터 기대하는 바와 경제적인 관점을 최대한 조화시킬 수 있는 충분한 유연성을 갖추어야 할 것이다. 본 논문을 아직 국내에서 초보단계에 있는 비전 연구에 대한 방향을 제시하고자, 선진국 및 국제 포럼의 비전 연구의 사례 연구를 통하여 기존 메가트랜드 방법과 접목된 새로운 시나리오 및 비즈니스 모델에 기반한 비전 연구 방법론을 제시하였다. 향후 합리적인 비전 연구방법 정립을 위하여 지속적으로 국내 비전 연구결과에 대한 평가를 반복적으로 실시하여 우리 현실에 맞는 방법론을 정립하고, 국제 공동 연구를 병행하여 국제적인 신뢰성을 높여야 한다.

Amid public's growing interest on garden and more leisure time of modern life-style, there is an effort by the government to utilize forest as public garden. In order to utilize forests as pubic garden, a new concept of "Forest Garden" should be defined and introduced first. Furthermore, introducing a new concept requires academically analyzing values of a new concept before a new concept is widely used. Thus, we aimed to clarify the concept of forest garden by conducting Delphi technique research and factor-analysis of survey results. More specifically, delphi technique research was conducted to extract composition elements and explanation elements of forest garden. Factor analysis was conducted on the top 25 elements and 5 values were extracted as a result. They are form, scenery, ecology, history/cuture and usefulness which are essential values required of forest garden. Forest garden should have all of 5 values and be capable of function as both forest and garden which would also need continuous maintenance. We believe this study is the first one to establish definition of forest garden and more specific and realistic definitions need to be built through continuous research, 000 experiment and on-site evaluation. We also believe that this study will serve as foundation for further efforts in building forest garden in various space and in defining proper concept of forest garden.

This study focuses on the development of simple qualitative indicators for evaluating and selecting innovation leading companies that challenge National Award. Another purpose of this study is to complement the aspect in which the innovative or value of the companies' products, technologies, and services is only quantitatively evaluated. Existing evaluation indicators of national award have too many evaluation items and were not suitable for innovation-based company evaluation. The research approach is to select category for developing qualitative indicators based on previous studies and TF discussion. From the input-process-output-outcome point of view, we have set up an indicator system as a series of flows. Finally, five categories such as creativity, system excellence, customer value, performance, and ripple effects are selected as qualitative indicator. For these selected indicators, conceptual definitions and the main points of evaluation are described. And the system level evaluation and the ADLI approach are presented for reference. The appendix also includes examples of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of real companies using these indicators. However, this study implies the possibility that the evaluation results may vary depending on the level and perspective of the evaluator. We hoped that detailed research on candidate indicators that can be used as qualitative indicators and research on the development of mixed indicators(qualitative and quantitative) will continue in the future.
