본 연구의 목적은 미용기업의 친환경 경영활동과 소비자 의사결정의 관계를 분석하는 것에 있다. 본 연구는 미용기업을 이용하는 소비자를 대상으로 한 설문지 355부의 자료를 SPSS v.18.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 친환경 경영활동의 속성은 에너지 절약, 지역사회공헌, 친환경 서비스 3개의 요인으로 구분 되었고 소비자의사결정의 속성인 구매의도, 구매평가, 재구매 3개의 요인에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과 소비자 의사결정에 있어서 미용기업의 친환경 경영활동이 기업의 성공적인 마케팅 전략에 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 미용기업의 친환경 경영활동을 유형화하여 연구한 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 미용기업의 친환경 경영활동에 친환경제품사용, 친환경정보의 제공, 친환경적인서비스를 마케팅 요소로 활용한다면 성공적인 마케팅 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 경영자 역량에 관한 심층분석을 통하여 은행에서 경영자 역량을 보다 구체적이고 체계적으로 신용평가에 반영하고, 중소벤처기업 CEO는 경영자 역량을 스스로 점검하고 관리하여 기업의 신용등급을 높이는 방안을 제공하고자 한다. 은행의 대출담당자와 중소벤처기업 CEO를 대상으로 설문하여 중요도 및 우선순위를 AHP를 통해서 분석하였다. 분석결과를 보면 대출담당자의 상대적 중요도에서 윤리경영, 전략적 사고, 전문지식수준의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 중소벤처기업 CEO의 상대적 중요도에서는 마케팅, 은행거래신뢰도, 자금조달의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 본 신용평가에서도 선행연구의 상대적 중요도와 유사한 결과를 보였으며, 금융소비자 보호 차원에서 신용평가시스템을 공개하고 CEO의 의견을 반영하는 노력이 필요하다고 사료된다. 본 연구의 의의는 경영자 역량 요인의 상대적 중요도를 연구하여 향후 발전된 모형개발에 도움이 되는 요인과 중요도를 제시한 점에 있다.

본 논문은 정보화경영체제를 인증획득한 중소기업이 왜 인증을 취소하는 가에 대한 원인을 분석하여 중소기업의 정보화경영체제를 지속적이고 체계적으로 추진하도록 개선방안을 마련하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구결과 정보화경영체제의 인증이 정보화경영의 기본을 준수하고 기업의 정보화경영체제 정착을 위하여 필요한 기업이 인증받고 유지했으나 정보화지원사업의 변화에 따라 지원기관의 요구조건이 없어지게 되면서 인증유지의 필요성을 느끼지 못하는 경영진의 관심과 지원부족, 그리고 전사원의 협조부족으로 인하여 취소와 반납이 나타나게 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 원인과 연관되어 있는 요인으로는 '지속적인 문서화 작업'으로 인한 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 요인이 중소기업에서 정보화경영체제를 유지하는데 어려운 문제로 인식되고 있어서 이를 위하여 정보화경영체제 추진 담당자의 채용과 인증유지를 위한 심사비 등을 부담으로 느끼는 중소기업의 경영자가 인증을 유지하지 못하고 반납 및 취소를 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

고분자 소재는 생활용품 등은 물론 자동차, 우주항공, 에너지, IT산업 등 다양한 분야에 광범위하게 이용된다. 이러한 고분자 소재의 지속적 혁신을 위해 고분자 기술의 융합에 대한 관심은 높지만, 융합 동향에 대한 분석은 제한적이었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 특허 정보를 활용하여 주요 국가별 고분자 소재의 기술융합 형태와 기술수준을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공개 등록 기준으로 2004년부터 2014년까지의 PCT를 수집하여 동시분류분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 일본과 한국은 기술의 분야를 넘어서는 대분류(섹션) 수준의 융합이 더 많은 반면, 미국과 유럽은 화학분야 내에서 중분류(Field) 수준의 융합이 더 많이 나타나고 있다. 그리고 특허활동력, 특허경쟁력, 특허영향력으로 살펴본 질적 측면에서는 한국 융합기술이 다른 나라에 비해 미흡한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the audit quality and Investment efficiency of the listed companies on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). The population includes 94 firms selected through systematic sampling. The data is collected from the audited financial statements of the firms provided by TSE's website from 2008 to 2015. In this study the variables, auditor industry specialization, auditor reputation, auditor tenure and auditor independence has been used to investigate audit quality. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is a significant relationship audit quality and Investment efficiency.

The second decade of the current century has witnessed a sharp rise in the total number of mobile users across the globe. Mobile device ownership rather defines our daily lives and even identities. India has emerged to become one of the largest markets for smartphones. India is an emerging economy with a lot of uniqueness: particularly, it has one of the most tech literate young consumers in the world and that its cultural fabric is extremely collective. This study looks into some issues related to the proliferation of smartphones among the Indian youth.

In 2014, Seongnam municipal government announced Sanseongro Commercial Area Revitalization including Dandae traditional market with active support of Seongnam municipal government. This study investigated conversion of Dandae market into specialized market to overcome economic stagnation and to make success case of wedding market. The study suggested supplementation of current problems as well as incidental businesses. The study gave SWOT analysis and management reformation to make success case of specialized market and to suggest win-win strategies and development plans to produce wedding market.
