A Cloud Adoption Method of Public Sectors using a Convergence Decision-making Model (융합의사결정모델을 이용한 공공기관의 클라우드 도입 방법)

  • The Korean government has implemented various policies to introduce the cloud to the public sector. The objectives of the paper are to develop a decision-making model and to propose the roadmap for cloud introduction in the public sector. To achieve these objectives, we analyze the characteristics of public services and types of cloud service. Then we develope a cloud introduction method using fuzzy AHP based convergence decision-making model. As a result of this study, we decided to prioritize the cloud service candidates and proposed a three-step roadmap. The results are expected to contribute to cloud introduction and transition in the public sector and establishment of the cloud policy. In the future, it will be necessary to develop budget plans as well as additional decision-making factors for cloud adoption.

  • The cloud computing has propagated rapidly and thus there is growing interest on the introduction of cloud services in the public institution. Accordingly, domestic public institution are adoption of cloud computing impose and devise a plan. In addition, more specifically, is building a cloud computing system in the public institution. However, solutions to various security threats(e.g., availability invasion of storage, access by unauthorized attacker, data downloaded from uncertain identifier, decrease the reliability of cloud data centers and so on) is required. For the introduction and revitalize of cloud services in the public institution. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a public key based secure data management scheme for the cloud data centers in public institution. Thus, the use of cloud computing in the public institutions, the only authorized users have access to the data center. And setting for importance and level of difficulty of public data management enables by systematic, secure, and efficient. Thus, cloud services for public institution to improve the overall security and convenience.

  • Recently, Interest variety of IT services and computing resources are increasing. As a result, the interest in the security of cloud environments is also increasing. Cloud environment is stored that to provide services to a large amount of IT resources on the Cloud. Therefore, Cloud is integrity of the stored data and resources that such as data leakage, forgery, etc. security incidents that the ability to quickly process is required. However, the existing developed various solutions or studies without considering their cloud environment for development and research to graft in a cloud environment because it has been difficult.   • Cloud computing(cloud) is a good candidate for complementing weaknesses of logistics information systems(heterogeneous processes not able to be standardized, geographically scattered and seamed connectivity, etc.) and for supporting innovative activities of logistics. In this sense, we aimed to study deployment strategies of clouds specified in the logistics industry. To achieve our research goal, we reviewed up-to-date logistics clouds researches and analysis of clouds; platforms and deployment strategies for logistics. This study contributes to follow-up researches for establishing a development direction of logistics specific clouds and developing more concrete clouds for logistics.

  • While there is the active integration of various industries, a convergence of the software and knowledge service industries including software used in finance and counseling products is creating the necessity to include software industry utilization sectors aside from covering only software products and service production activities. Furthermore, to cope with the radical environment changes in the software industry when it comes to categorizing mobile and cloud computing areas into a software and classification system, we are at a point where there is a need to establish a directional nature on what should be included. In order to establish an integrated classification of newly introduced technologies, products and services, this paper aims to discover areas not included in the classification standard because of the ecological characteristics of the software. It also wants to differentiate the classification system and identify its incomplete areas such as the lack of connections within the system to ultimately establish such for newly surfacing software fields.

  • Recently, various cloud service has been being provided on mobile devices as well as desktop pc and server computer. Also, Smartphone users are very rapidly increasing, and they are using it for enjoying various services(cloud service, game, banking service, mobile office, etc.). So, research to utilize resources on mobile device has been conducted. In this paper, We have suggested efficient method of cloud resource management by using information of available physical resources(CPU, memory, storage, etc.) between mobile devices, and information of physical resource in mobile device. Suggested technology is possible to guarantee real-time process and efficiently manage resources.

  • Legacy data centers are transforming toward cloud data centers according to the advance of mobile and Internet of Things technology, processing of big data, and development of cloud computing technology. The goal of cloud data centers is to efficiently manage energy and facility, and to rapidly provide service demands to users by operating virtualized ICT(Information and Communication Technology) resources. Accordingly, it requires to configure and operate networks for efficiently providing virtualized ICT resources. This paper analyzes networking technologies suitable for cloud data centers and presents ways to efficiently operate the data center.

  • Mobile cloud environment is recently becoming popular due to Internet access through various environments. Driven by computer performance improvement and service development, the demand for mobile cloud is increasing and accordingly the damage is on the rise. Therefore, it needs to conduct a study on problems of security necessary in large database that occurs in mobile cloud services. Although various security solutions limiting database access, security strategies about new user environments should be analyzed. This study analyzes weakness of safe data access through database management in mobile cloud environment and examines security requirements for safe data management. In addition, this study looks into threatening factors of security in cloud services and then draws security requirements about safer access control. A study on system application and evaluation of security requirements about access control is required.

A Study on development of privacy indicators in the context of cloud service level agreement (클라우드 개인정보보호를 위한 SLA 지표 개발)

  • As the cloud services, the underlying technology of the digital convergence environment, have been widely adopted in the business, personal information protection has been recognized as one of the major issues to resolve. When cloud services are used to process the personal information, the personal information protection law speculates the establishment of a contract or service level agreement(SLA). This research presents 7 privacy indicators and 13 metrics which can be included in cloud SLA, based on the analysis of related regulation and standards and the SMART(Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Relevant and Timely) model. The proposed indicators are examined using the Focus Group Interview method in terms of materiality and feasibility. The results show that all the proposed indicators are meaningful and useful.
