In recent years, increasing the variety of disasters and accidents that accompany large-scale damage. Disasters are accidents with uncertainty and have a direct impact on people's lives, safety and property protection. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and operate safety management systems such as prevention, response, and recovery for various disasters. Therefore, in this paper, a real-time disaster safety management solution in a smart environment was designed to systematically respond to disaster accidents. To this end, 1: 1 or 1: N situation propagation was performed to the situation room, related organizations, and experts through smart devices. Through this, the solution was configured to respond quickly and appropriately through multi-party information sharing and communication. In other words, we designed a solution that applied functions such as real-time and multi-party HD video transmission, mobile-type report management, voice / text situation propagation, location information sharing, recording and history management, and security.

In order to tackle healthcare expenditure problems that affects a crucial part of government finances world-wide, m-Health emerged as a solution. However, recent poor outcomes of m-Health led to the need for reform in m-Health services. Therefore the purpose of this research is to propose a solution for efficient vital data transmission and storing in m-Health environment as part of such initiative. Methods included development of an efficient system and algorithm for vital data. For results, the compression ratio of the proposed solution was compared and evaluated. Results showed a compression ratio of 30.4. The proposed system is envisioned to contribute to the future vital data monitoring system in m-Health.

In this era that technology is replacing human labor is coming. Like the introduction of Factory Automation and Smart Factory to enhance the productivity in manufacturing works in companies, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is being applied to strengthen the competiveness in service & office work of companies. But, RPA itself is not mature enough to be the specific technology or solution, but burgeoning as the conceptual technology alternatives to automate the business process harnessed with the concept of software robots, artificial intelligence etc. The biggest difference that the introduction of RPA can make is the transition of the work based on 'human labor', to the 'digital labor' that could result in the replacement of human labor itself with that. Considering this kind of impact to change the concept of labor, the discussion for the future policy for this is inevitable. In this paper, beginning from the overview of RPA, relevant concerns & consideration for the application of RPA will be described based on the understanding of industrial & technology trends and expected future of RPA.

Recently as we enter into the world of an aging society, the U-Healthcare service is newly spotlighted. In order to secure this U-Healthcare, a development of security solution that is suitable for the U-Healthcare environment is required. But the U-Healthcare environment is difficult to apply the existing security solution with the lack of standards, a security solution with high completeness was not developed. At this point, in order to structure the safe U-Healthcare environment, a generating method of an encryption key using the body information that helps the effective key management and ensuring the confidentiality of the data is proposed.

The development of the security solutions that can provide a variety of security services is needed urgently. For development of the security solutions, analysis of international standard security technology is the key. In this paper, international organizations' standardization(ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27, ITU-T SG-17, IETF Security Area, etc.) and the current trend of the standard security technology are mainly analyzed. The core of the latest security technology(Application Bridging, DNS-based Authentication, HTTP Authentication, IP Security, Javascript Security, Authentication Technology Next Generation, Managed Incident, Web Authorization Protocol, Security Automation, Transport Layer Security, etc.) is analyzed focusing on 18 working groups of the IETF.

The aging process in this country is underway at the fastest pace compared to those of the leading countries. On the other hand, preparing for retirement funds is more difficult than before due to the impact of slow interest rate and slow growth. The purpose of this study is to examine the necessity of providing various financial services in preparation for the future aging era. After analizing the various materials and utilizing a survey of the bank employees and the general public, we have found the followings. The replacement rate of this country, 55%, is much lower than the suggested level of World Bank, 75%. Also, the pension ratio in the income after retirement of this country is much lower compared to those of the States and Japan. The most people who participated in the survey needed ￦2,000 - ￦2,990 thousand for monthly living expenses after retirement. For the retirement funds, the higher the age the higher proportion of savings deposits they want, and the lower the age the higher proportion of insurance and pension products they want. Based on these analyses, the necessities of developing financial life planning which includes both financial and non-financial sides, retirement funds management according to age, revitalization of housing pension and developing diverse retirement funds are suggested.

In this paper, we apply the next generation Internet Broadcasting Move Picture solution, FlashVideo has been designed and implemented. Currently being broadcast in the field to compress HD video in real time, as well as live Internet VOD services are available through the online system, the Internet LIVE broadcast and VOD service easy to operate and UCC services that support the solution. VOD video cameras and in real time using H264 CORECODEC to compress MPEC4, WMV, and real-time video streaming on the Internet, and phone system that supports the first, real-time recording of camera images featured nation's first real-time encoder system (Real time encoder system) is, Web and smart environment suitable for supporting the latest CORECODEC technology and software products. Second, the video can be played in MP4 player and customize your chat, and customizing is a possible two-way Internet Broadcasting System. Third, CMS (Contents Management System) feature video contents and course management contents in real time via the Android phone and iPhone streaming service is available.

As the growth of the live streaming service market is accelerating due to COVID-19, the number of downloads and reviews of live streaming mobile applications is also rapidly skyrocketing. This study is to research game streaming applications using Twitch reviews as database. A total of 8 topics are extracted through LDA topic modeling and 7 out of them are detected to be inconvenience factors. Then, to pinpoint the main inconvenience factors, co-occurrence analysis is used in order to find out main factors. Finally, based on previous studies, several solutions are provided, which can solve the inconvenience factors(advertisement, UI design, technology problems) as well as strengthening digital competitiveness. This study will serve as an opportunity to improve digital competitiveness not only for Twitch but also for other game live streaming service companies in the future.

모바일 단말은 인간과 가장 친밀한 관계를 가진 정보기기다. 그 중 핸드셋은 전세계적으로 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 정보기기로 세계 IT 산업의 원동력이기도 하다. 핸드셋이 보급되기 시작한 지 10여 년이 지난 현재 핸드셋은 발전된 하드웨어의 탑재와 다양한 기능을 융복합하는 진화를 경험하고 있다. 이제 핸드셋은 전화 통화를 제외하고도 수많은 통신 수단의 중심이 되었으며, WiBro, HSDPA 등 무선 네트워킹의 진화와 더불어 이런 현상은 계속 진행될 것으로 전망된다. 한편으로는, 하드웨어의 사양이 높아져 탑재되는 소프트웨어의 복잡도가 늘어나고 있어, 스마트폰의 OS는 수 년 전 PC에서 사용되었던 수준이 요구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 핸드셋 산업의 현재 상황을 분석하고 스마트폰의 OS의 연구 및 개발 현황을 살펴보고, 향후 스마트폰의 모습을 조망해본다.

산업은 컨버전스라는 새로운 형태의 비즈니스 모델로 발전하고 있으며, 산업간 융합 환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 전통산업의 새로운 경쟁력을 제공하는 원천으로 활용되고 동시에 산업 간의 융합 환경을 지원하기 위한 유용한 솔루션을 제공할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 이와 같이 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 일반화되고 그 서비스가 재편됨으로써 기존의 다른 응용 기술과의 융 복합된 서비스 구조 및 형태를 예측하고 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하며 필수적인 일이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야의 융합형 클라우드 서비스 지원을 위해 효율적인 서비스 모델링을 위하여 활용되었던 방법론을 분석하고 이를 통해 고객 서비스 시나리오 기반의 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 사례 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 이를 통하여 궁극적으로 특정 산업영역내에서 혹은 서로 다른 산업 영역간의 서비스 융합을 통하여 새로운 부가 가치를 창출할 수 있는 다양한 융합형 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 개발을 위한 사례연구로써 활용되길 기대한다.
