Social network service is service that enables the human network to be built up on web. It is important to record users' information simply and establish the network with people based on the information to provide with the social network service effectively. But it is very troublesome work for the user to input his or her own information on the mobile environment. In this paper we suggested a system which classifies users' behavior using context and creates blogging sentences automatically after inferring the destination. For this, users' behavior is classified and the destination is inferred with the sequence matching method using Naive Bayes classification. Then sentences which are suitable for situation is created by arranging the processed context using the structure of 5W1H. The system was evaluated satisfaction degree by comparing the created sentences based on actually collected data with users' intension and got accuracy rate of 88.73%.

Korea is ahead of the launch of internet banking professional following to America, Europe and Japan. Internet banking is a professional non-store bank to conduct business such as deposits and loans on the internet and call centers. It is operating in a low-cost structure and minimizes the loans and deposits, various fees than traditional banks and obtains a profit. In order to be successful internet banking professional to develop a differentiated work with the existing banks should be competitive. In this paper, we explore and analyze the cases of Japan and the United States to present the future direction of domestic Internet banking professional future. Also it is expected to enable faster and more convenient one-stop financial services. Internet specialized bank is expected to continue to develop further by the inevitable competition with conventional banks as developing differentiated financial services. Deregulation of banks and industries and participation of various companies of security, insurance, telecommunications, and retail are expected to lead to the convergence among industries and development of new financial services.

The aim of this study is to scrutinize acceptance intentions of Korean users and influences of information security related factors on mobile payment services based on biometric authentication methods, like finger print authentication or face recognition authentication, by focusing on ApplePay. Unlike previous studies on user acceptance of mobile payment which lack considerations on information security related factors, this study employs the UTAUT with detailed information security factors to create a research model and PLS(Partial Least Squares) method to analyze the model. Based on the analysis, gaining trust on service through company's efforts on information protection, personal characteristics and trust on applied security technologies are important factors to Korean users along with social awareness and service infrastructures. The result of this study would be helpful to companies or organizations, which provide biometric-based mobile payment services, to understand needs of Korean consumers. Based on this study, further analysis is expected to find impacts of user experiences on same company's or competitors' products to acceptance intentions.

Web-toon is provided to users in the form of Web-toon and The users are steadily rising and increasing amount of using time until today. Web-toon has become a popular pastime among smartphone users. Therefore, when providing services, Web-toon application should be made with an appropriate system so that it can be easily used, and considering problems that users may have while using the application, it should help users have better experiences. With Naver Web-toon and Lezin Comics as subjects, user experiences of teenagers were analyzed with questionnaires based on Honeycomb model of Peter Morville. The score of Naver Web-toon was higher than Lezin Comics after user experience assesment, and usability and accessibility as important factors turned out to be influential to teen-aged users who use Web-toon services.

Various efforts are being made to live a Green life began to recognize an importance of eco-friendly living. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a mobile-based environmental keeping education service, which is offered well-defined category searching and environmental outreach related designed categories, for the purpose of supporting distribution of educational application. The implemented prototype system not only plays a function of environmental pollution report, related to simple environmental stewardship schemes, but also provides environmental monitoring service and integrated educational system supporting certified online volunteer activity. This study provides an one of famous methods to the youth for environmental monitoring education system based on mobile environments, and suggests an improvement to the environmental education for schools students.

현대 사회는 스마트폰 사용량의 급증으로 인한 모바일 트래픽의 폭발적인 증가와 IoT(Internet of Things)를 비롯한 융복합 유무선 서비스의 확대 등으로 국가적으로 한정적 자원인 주파수의 효율적 사용을 인한 대책 마련이 시급한 실정이다. 이에 미국 및 유럽을 중심으로 다양한 용도의 무선기기들이 한정적 주파수 대역을 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 방안으로 주파수 공동사용에 대한 정책도입 및 연구개발이 지속적으로 추진되고 있다. 본 고에서는 수요 대비 공급 부족 현상이 점차 심각해 지고 있는 한정적 주파수 자원의 효율적 이용을 위한 대안으로 급부상하고 있는 주파수 공동사용 기술에 대한 국내외 관련 정책 및 기술추진 현황에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 특히 본 고에서는 2010년 국가광대역계획(NBP, National Broadband Plan) 발표를 시작으로 전 세계적으로 주파수 공동사용 추진에 있어 가장 적극적인 행보를 보여주고 있는 미국에서의 3.5GHz 대역 주파수 공동사용을 위한 전파규칙인 CFR(Code of Federal Regulation) Part 96의 주요 내용을 자세히 소개하고자 한다. 본 고의 II장에서는 국내외에서 진행되고 있는 대표적인 주파수 공동사용 정책추진 현황에 대해 소개하였으며, III장에서는 올해 4월 최종 전파규칙이 발표된 미국의 SAS(Spectrum Access System) 기반 주파수 공동사용 전파규칙에 대해 소개하였다. 또한 IV장에서는 SAS 기반의 주파수 공동사용 기법 및 기존에 개발되고 있는 다양한 동적 스펙트럼 접속 기법들을 미국 내 주요 도심지역에 적용하기 위한 대규모 테스트베드 프로그램인'Model City'프로그램 소개 및 결론을 통하여 주파수 공동사용 도입의 당위성을 설명하고자 한다.

High speed railway system is progressed to SRN(Smart Railway Network) having entirely automation function beyond each componet automations. It is necessity to use mobile communication technology of LTE-R(Long Term Evolution - Railway) and 5G-R(5th Generation - Railway) and information technology of convergence based on AI, Big Data, Deep Learning to construct this smart railway networks. In this paper, a communication structure is suggested for SRN. This suggested communication structure for SRN is composed to include safety operation of high speed train, railway system management and customer services, and also have complexing function of these each functions. Results of this study can be used for SRN construction and opeation, and development of railway communication standards.

A study proposes possibility of new IoT measuring system blended with a smart device. The research serves the best cultivation information for domestic fruit's enhancement of competitive power and also develops a glucose measuring system by which people manage fructose with the mobile device. The mobile glucose tester is designed with a form of accessory which has high portability and utility because the product connects an existing analogy refractometer to the smart phone. You can check the glucose rates data by commodity, region, and season then save measurement results with server in real time for an exclusive application. It's possible to serve the glucose map, graph, and data list through the web service. This is very useful to do collect, analyze, and process the glucose data.

This study proposes a sex crime prevention application for single female households. After analyzing the current status of single-person households, crime status in Gimhae, and existing sex crime applications, 15 women in their 20s and 30s living alone were surveyed by users, including cultural probes and contextual inquiry. Insight obtained through user research using the service design tool confirmed that it has a positive effect on user satisfaction in the production of the application. Based on the results of usability assessment, it is a follow-up research task to propose and commercialize actual production outputs for the prevention of sex crimes against single-person household women by further developing the sex crime prevention mobile applications that are the output of this study.

With the active Internet e-commerce and the financial sector, mutual authentication between users and service providers has become very important. Because ID- and password-based authentication is of low security, one-time password authentication methods are widely used. The existing one-time password authentication scheme of S/Key authentication method is fraught with a number of issues in addition to plain text transmission, and the method of Kim Gong-ki et al. does not offer suggestions for session key generation and distribution method. Proposed in this paper is a protocol that solves these problems.
