Good product quality is so essential to enabling firms to succeed that how to make the product quality better through technology development is one of the most important issues that many CEOs think over. With regard to the product quality improvement from firms' technology development, this study has made an attempt to empirically investigate the effect of the external information network diversity on the product quality improvement of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information technology (IT) sector, mediated by their production process improvement. This research illuminates the following two points by empirically analyzing the 310 IT SMEs through the ordinary least squares regression analysis. First, IT SMEs' external information network diversity has a positive influence on their product quality improvement from technology development. Second, IT SMEs' production process improvement partially mediates the impact of their external information network diversity on the product quality improvement.

콘텐츠 산업은 아날로그에서 디지털 융 복합 형태로 진화함으로써 다양한 비즈니스모델의 등장 및 선진화된 유통구조로 진화되는 등 콘텐츠 산업의 성장에 새로운 기회를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 콘텐츠 산업의 현상은 산업간 경계약화, 신기술 확산, 수요의 다양화 등으로 인해 융 복합화 현상이 더욱 가속화되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 콘텐츠 산업의 융 복합화로 생겨날 수 있는 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 산업이 무엇인지 먼저 파악하고 이와 관련된 주요 산업 동향 및 사례를 살펴봄으로써 향후 콘텐츠 산업발전 및 활성화를 위한 정책수립에 기여하고자 한다. 본 고는 다음과 같은 내용으로 구성되어 있다. 첫째, 서언에서는 콘텐츠 산업의 융합 확산 및 융합형 콘텐츠 산업의 영향을 산업적, 기술적, 사회적 측면에서 고찰해 보았다. 둘째, 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 산업별로 주요 글로벌 기업 동향 및 산업 동향들을 살펴보았으며, 셋째, 산업별 주요 사례를 정리하고, 마지막 결어에서는 미래에 유망할 것으로 예상되는 콘텐츠를 산업별로 요약하고 정리하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management performance of the companies in the auto parts production requirements of new management techniques ISO9001 quality management system requirements for management innovation perspective in convergence age. For this purpose, we conducted a survey visiting the auto parts manufacturers. The results were as follows. First, among the details of the four key requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management systems in small and medium component suppliers, managers and responsible resource management showed a positive impact on business performance. In addition, based on the results of the investigation of the differences by grade, the higher rank group executive responsibilities, sub-grade group showed a low awareness of the quality management according to ISO 9001. This will contribute to establishing the guidelines and Improvement Consulting Strategies to improve productivity in small and medium automotive rubber bellows automotive parts production.

This study deals with the analysis of a technology convergence of the IoT(Internet of Things) which is the key technology of the fourth industrial revolution. For this purpose, 77 patents with the Main Category CPC code G06Q50/10(Electronic Commerce Service) among the IoT patents filed after 2014 were analyzed. As a result of the Main-Sub Category analysis of CPC codes, the IoT has a strong relationship between "Electronic Commerce Service (G06Q50/10)" and G06Q(49 cases), H04L(40 cases), G08B(24 cases), G05B(21 cases), H04W(21 cases), H04N(16 cases), and so on. By using the methodology in this study, we can contribute the establishment of technology strategy and new value creation from the prediction of the possibility of the combination of technologies and to develop new patents among various new technologies.

The purpose of study was to test the effects of CEO' transformational leadership and learning organization on innovative behavior in the Knowledge-based Service Organization showing the characteristics of convergence service and the moderating role of learning organization between transformational leadership and innovative behavior. For this study, the data were collected from 348 Knowledge-based Service industrial employees in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by hierarchical regression technique. The results showed that both of CEO' transformational leadership and seven learning organization building factors had a positive effect on employees' innovative behavior. And also found out the only four out of the seven learning organization building factors, namely 'Create continuous learning opportunities', 'Promote inquiry and dialogue', 'Encourage collaboration and team learning', 'Provide strategic leadership for learning' had the moderate roles between CEO's transformational leadership and employees' innovative behavior. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were discussed and the directions for future research were presented.

IT companies are increasingly taking interest in the automobile industry as a major industry of the future. Companies specializing in information technology, such as Google, Apple and Samsung, are actively taking part in the automobile industry and are conducting various research on connected cars. At this point in time, this study aims on understanding the concept of connected cars and the concept of mirror linking, which is one of the many methods in connecting cars. In this transitional period of connected cars, the purpose of this study is to present the method of mirror linking iPhones and to discover how this could be used in connected cars. By turning a normal car into a connected car, simply with a smartphone in hand, the ideas presented in this study will serve as an opportunity for many current automobile owners to experience the functions of connected cars of the future without shouldering additional expenses.

Big Data is now seen as a major asset in the company's competitiveness, its influence in the future is expected to grow. Companies that recognize the importance are already actively engaged with Big Data in product development and marketing, which are increasingly applied across sectors of society, including politics, sports. However, lack of knowledge of the system implementation and high costs are still a big obstacles to the introduction of Big Data and systems. It is an objective in this study to build a Big Data system, which is based on open source Hadoop and Hive among Big Data systems, utilizing POS sales data of small and medium-sized offline markets. This approach of convergence is expected to improve existing sales systems that have been simply focusing on profit and loss analysis. It will also be able to use it as the basis for the decisions of the executive to enable prediction of the consumption patterns of customer preference and demand in advance.

2013년 발표된 미래창조과학부의 SW R&D 중장기 발전 계획 및 2014년 발표된 산업통상자원부의 주요 산업분야별 100대 임베디드 소프트웨어 플랫폼 확보 계획을 포함한 ICT와 전산업 분야 간 융합을 통해 창조경제를 실현하려는 다양한 정부정책으로 인해 임베디드 소프트웨어는 그 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있는 상황이다. 국내뿐만 아니라 국외에서도 글로벌 기업들이 스마트 가전, 스마트 자동차, 스마트 팩토리 등 다양한 산업 분야에서 ICT와 융복합을 통한 새로운 가치를 창출하기 위해 부단한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 역시, 이러한 국외의 융복합 사례에서도 다양한 신(新)서비스를 창출하기 위해 핵심적인 역할을 임베디드 소프트웨어가 수행하고 있으며, 이러한 추세는 점점 더 가속화되어 전산업 분야에 미치는 임베디드 소프트웨어의 중요성은 날로 높아져 갈 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 특집에서는 국내 임베디드 소프트웨어 분야의 전문가가 참여하는 포럼에 대해 소개하고, 활용성이 높아지고 있는 오픈 소스를 활용한 국내 OpenSEED 오픈 커뮤니티 활성화 활동과 계획을 살펴볼 것이며, 임베디드 소프트웨어의 주요 분야의 핵심 기술 현황 및 전망을 다뤄보고자 한다.

급변하는 글로벌 비즈니즈 환경속에서 물류의 역할은 나날이 증가하고 있다. 아울러 기존의 노동 집약적 물류 산업의 탈피가 가속화 되어 있으며, 고부과가치 물류 시스템 구축으로 융복합 기술을 활용한 새로운 모습으로 변화를 요구하고 있다. 특히, 물류 분야 중 자동차 생산 분류에 선재 관리를 통해 기업과 기업으로 서로 운송되어 분류되어 있으며, 차량 선재 분류는 자동화 통해 수행하고 있으나, 생산된 선재는 색깔별, 두께별로 일괄적으로 생산하여 나중에 선재를 작업자가 분류지를 보면서 작업을 하고 있하고 있다. 그러나, 선재 분류자는 반복적인 업무와 피로 누적으로 휴멘 에러가 발생으로 선재의 누락 혼합 발생되어 선재 물류 납품 시 이 차 기업으로 비용과 시간적 피해가 발생하게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 차량 선재 공정 분류와 그룹 모니터링 장치 기반의 선재 물류 분류 장치를 통해 공정을 개선하고자 한다.

The retirement pension is one of the security systems for retirement income. In Korea, since 2016, companies with 300 or more employees are obligated to introduce retirement pensions, so the rate of introduction of retirement pensions by large companies is high, but the rate of introduction of small and medium-sized enterprise(SME) is very low. This study aims to suggest a direction for the government's policy establishment to introduction of a retirement pension plan by looking at what financial attributes affect the intention to introduction of retirement pension plan. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the financial attributes, Return on Sales in the positive (+) direction and Equity Capital Ratio in the negative (-) direction were significant factors influencing the intention to introduce a SME retirement pension. Accordingly, the government policy to induce the introduction of the retirement pension for SMEs needs to be implemented in stages with priority to SMEs with large Return on Sales and Equity Capital Ratio.
