Recently, playing musical instruments in the application or website which is a sort of playing has been catching on for ordinary people even though they don't know how to play musical instruments. It appears that such playing has randomness which is quite natural. Thus, 'Random operation method' which induces the observing audience and changes them to manage actively is developed and suggested for the image system in this paper by utilizing Launch Pad, based on theoretical background and case analysis. Step Sequencer was developed in two ways: the image system is realized with Step Sequencer by connecting external program or made as clips to arrange them for each key on Launch Pad and implement, which is keyboard launch type.

Recently, many musical instrument mobile apps have been released targeting normal people who can't play musical instrument at all. The reason of developing video system based on step sequencer are as follows; first, users can freely play the musical instruments; second, induce multiple users to play; and third, develop and suggest new step sequencer fused with the video. To resolve issue in video synchronization caused by sync issues when operating multiple step sequencers, the Pocket Operator of Teenage Engineering was used to realize multiply-connected step sequencer and also, the ultimate video system was developed through Mira-Web for multiple participation. In addition, it's required to make the Pocket Operator as software and receive various feedbacks to continue and complement study in order to develop the better video system.

5G 이동통신은 고속 고품질의 이동통신장비, 서비스 플랫폼, 휴대 융복합 디바이스를 통해 언제 어디서나 사람 사물 정보가 유기적으로 연결되어 모든 사용자에게 맞춤형 실감 서비스 및 신규 융복합 서비스를 제공하는 고부가가치 기술이다. 에릭슨, 노키아, 화웨이, 삼성전자 등 주요 이동통신 단말 장비업체들은 5G 기술개발에 적극적으로 임하고 있으며 NTT도코모, KT, SK텔레콤, LG유플러스 등 이동통신사업자들과 공동으로 기술개발에 협력하고 있다. 이들은 5G 이동통신 비전으로 끊김이나 지연이 없는 서비스 제공 및 제한 없는 접속, 사용자가 원하는 것을 알아서 찾아 실시간으로 서비스를 구현하는 것을 제시하고 있다. 국내 5G 이동통신 산업이 보다 발전하기 위해서는 상호 협력에 기반한 5G 기술개발과 국제화 대응전략의 추진이 필요하다.

세계적인 에너지 전환 흐름을 기반한 깨끗하고 안전한 에너지공급을 위해 석탄, 원전을 감축하고 재생에너지의 확대와 에너지 다소비 구조를 선진국형 에너지 고효율, 저소비로 전환며, 분산형 에너지 시스템을 확대에 따라 다양한 에너지 운영환경이 형성. 이에 맞게 새로운 운영방식의 융복합 모델 개발의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 융복합 모델의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 발전시스템의 요소별 운전 정보를 수집, 분석하여 제어할 수 있는 능동형 제어가 필요하다. 본 문에서는 태양광발전(PV)을 연계한 ESS(Energy Strorage System)의 효율적인 전력제어를 위한 PMS를 개발하여 성능 검증하고자 한다.

Recently computer, smart phone, medical devices, etc has become used in a variety of environments as the application fields of IT products have become diversification. Attack case of abuse of software security vulnerabilities is on the increase as the application fields of software have become diversification. Accordingly, secure coding program is of a varied but history management, updating, API module to be vulnerable to attack. Thus, this paper proposed a materialization of CMS linked system to enable check the vulnerability of the source code to content unit for secure software development, configuration management system that interwork on the transmission module. Implemented an efficient coding system secure way that departmentalized by the function of the program and by analyzing and applying secure coding standards.

This study aims to develop a LOS(Length of Stay) bench-making system that can provide efficient by comparing the LOS management of other hospital and level evaluation for inducing the LOS to manage their own activities. The convergence LOS bench-making web program has been implemented to compare a variety of beds, regional group, followed reporting with excel files downloads by using the severity-adjusted LOS model of Korean National Hospital Discharge in-depth Injury Survey data. Features that are computed in real-time severity-adjusted LOS was also implemented. Trial operating results, bench-making system was confirmed efficient for management of LOS on the long-term care and group of disease in hospital from the staff or medical department, receive requests comparative statistics by area and disease group. Therefore the policy alternative on extension of severity-adjusted LOS is needed to utilized bench-making system on LOS.

Recently, school violence problem has increased serious. And this is not only an individual issue but also this is a social problem. Realistically, not only physical violence, cyber violence using the smartphone is very serious. And if the elementary school students are exposed to cyber violence, it becomes even more serious problem. Therefore, we proposed an Smart Monitoring app that protect the smart safety such as as a countermeasure against cyber violence to elementary school students. This Conversion Smart app can support grasp service for children using location based service on the smartphone when he will come to the home. And it can support another service that abuse or vulgar language in messenger. Grasps the degree of use of the language that is prohibited friendship in elementary school through this process, it can be derived. And we have future works that is the search rate and response time an inappropriate word on the proposed system.

This paper is about the utilization of public interaction design in terms of design convergence study. As there are different perspectives about public character in various academic fields, it is not simple to define the concept of it. In Korea, since 1960's, the public art which considered only about places has received more and more people's attention. But, there still remain disputes over the residents' participation and communication problems. It is more important to debate mainly on the value judgments of the public design considering artistic experience, ease, functionality, and utility in the interaction rather than a focus on user's experience. On the basis of this, it is suggested bench design which includes flower motif to access and utilize freely to necessary information and the bench design will be helpful to provoke interaction and design convergence in the era of new media technology.

The design in this study containing a consideration of children's free fantasy and experiential acquisition, is convergence in terms of its external use of Solar thermal energy and human friendly software, and is about public design based on eco-friendly playing equipments. Despite several flaws, the modularized solar-light power generation equipment is suitable for realizing the concept of the relationship between the Sun and the life thanks to its being versatile. Playing is equivalent to the world for children in itself, therefore; it should be something flexible to stimulate their fantasy and I imagined the sun, which should be something more than a mere source of power generation, and the children interact with each other by the medium of this equipment.

The technical standard is an important factor in the national economy, and its importance is gaining more attention due to the emergence of the convergence industry. This is an essential element for implementing fusion technology because it ensures interoperability. Since standardization activities are essential for the growth of domestic SMEs, this study aims to diagnose the status of standardization activities of SMEs and to suggest policy directions accordingly. And we sought to clarify the status of the standardization activities of domestic SMEs and to draw some implications for the domestic promotion plan by examining the major promotion policies for overseas standardization successfully. As a result, it was found that the investment cost for the standard activities is burdensome, the professional manpower is needed, and the participation of SMEs is low due to the complexity of the standard technology. In addition, standardization activities have weaknesses in terms of technology protection, and SMEs tend to avoid technology disclosure. Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties of standardization of companies, it is necessary to establish cooperation system of supporting organizations. In order to promote standardization activities, it is necessary to establish legal basis necessary for technology protection.
