The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between clinical practice stress, practice satisfaction, and nursing image of nursing students with experience of Gerontological nursing practice and to identify factors affecting nursing image. Data were collected from 150 nursing students from September 1 to 23, 2016 and analyzed using SPSS / Win 23.0. Results showed, practise stress was 3.13, satisfaction, 3.14 and nursing image, 3.32. Correlation analysis revealed that there was negative correlation between practice stress and practicec satisfaction, practice stress and nursing image, and a positive correlation between nursing image and practice satisfaction. Meanwhile, the factor affecting nursing image was practice satisfaction (${\beta}=.602$) and the explanatory power was 40%. Therefore, effective nursing education and practical strategies are needed to improve the nursing image and practice satisfaction of Gerontological nursing practice of nursing students.

This study was conducted to examine the relationship among job rotation, verbal abuse and organizational commitment and the incfluencing factors of organizational commitment of perioperative nurses. 312 perioperative nurses attended at the KAORN conference agreed to participate in this research were examined. To analyze the data, SPSS 21.0 program was used. Study findings revealed a statistically significant relationships with positive relationship between job rotation and organizational commitment, but negative relationship between verbal abuse and organizational commitment. The most influencing factor was job satisfaction explaining 57.7%, while job rotation and verbal abuse did not show influence significantly. Some differentiated education programs are needed to develop to enhance the organizational commitment as well as conducting further study including meaningful variables.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships among Body Image and Self Efficacy, Parenting Stress and influencing factors on Parenting Stress of Primipara Women. Data were collected from 134 Primipara Women in U city from January 1 to March 31, 2017. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Significant correlations were found among Body Image and Self Efficacy, Parenting Stress. Meaningful variables that influenced Parenting Stress were Post-discharge supporter, Body Image and Support of family, and the total explanation power was 29.5%. In conclusion, development of Parenting Stress Coping program to decrease the Parenting stress of Primipara Women based on the convergent influencing factors is needed, and further development of program for Parenting Stress Coping for the Primipara Women ion the related factors is also needed.

We investigated the student's satisfaction in team activities. The 64 engineering college freshmen were grouped into 13 teams, and a set of questionnaire was given and analyzed. The results showed that the overall team satisfaction positively affects the team performance. However, the team satisfaction is more correlated with the team member's participation and the relationship. The team satisfaction tends to increase when having an environment where the team members regard each other, which they felt more important than the outcome. The particular role of team members was not directly related to the team satisfaction, and the students prefer having self-control in team formation. By using the study results, we may support students to have a positive experience of team learning especially in convergence educational environment.

This study examined artificial joint replacement surgery for early intervention and prevention of the occurrence of delirium surgery. Data of study were analysed using the sample through the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and after surgery to provide basic data. The subjects were elderly aged 60 years or more and the number of the sample was 821. Data were analysed by using SPSS 20.0 with t-test, $x^2$-test and multiple logistic regression analysis. The study results showed patients with artificial joint replacement surgery incidence of delirium was 13.5%, findings of these variables insisted that the main influencing factors of delirium were caused by age, fall history, physical activity, emotional status, body mass index (BMI) before surgery. The study suggested that the above findings are required for early intervention, early detection and prevention of delirium.

The purpose of this study is to identify relationships among psycho-social maturity, self-efficacy for contraceptive, and sexual assertiveness to see which factors influence sexual assertiveness in male university students. Data were collected from 200 male university students in A city from July 1 to 30, 2015. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Significant correlations were found among Psycho-Social Maturity, Self-efficacy for Contraceptive, and Sexual Assertiveness. Meaningful variables that influenced Sexual Assertiveness were Self-efficacy for Contraceptive and Psycho-Social Maturity, and the total explanation power was 33%. In conclusion, development of sex education program to increase Sexual Assertiveness of male university students based on the influencing factors is needed.

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors affecting Obesity-Stress among women in their twenties. The research design for this study was a descriptive survey design using a convenience sampling. Data collection was done using self-report questionnaires with 216 women located in M city. Pearson correlation coefficients and Hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS Win 18.0 Program were used to analyze the data. In the hierarchical multiple regression analysis, Perceived body shape and BMI significantly predicted. A result of examining the correlation between stress and obesity Stress and the variables, Appearance Orientation,(r=.386, p=<.001) Self-Esteem(r=.324, p=<.001) Body Evaluation(r=-453, p=<.001), Body Appearance Satisfaction(r=-.560, p=<.001). hierarchical multiple regression step 3 shows that variables explained 54.1%. As a result on the basis of, This will require a variety of training programs provided in order to reduce obesity stress.

This study was a descriptive survey to identify influences of nurses' professional autonomy and empathy on patient safety culture. The participants were 191 nurses working at a general hospital in Seoul. The data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. Patient safety culture had a significant correlation with nurses' professional autonomy (r=.26, p<.001) and the subscales of empathy, which were perspective-taking (r=.30, p<.001) and empathic concern (r=.27, p<.001). Factors influencing patient safety culture were perspective-taking (${\beta}=.27$, p<.001), professional autonomy (${\beta}=.20$, p=.004), and a total clinical career of over ten years (${\beta}=.17$, p=.012). The results of this study could be the basic data for the development of programs that enhance the professional autonomy and empathy of nurses. In addition, it is necessary to study repeatedly in various groups in the future.

Advances in medical technology and living standards have led to an age of aging. In addition, the development of technology and the popularization of computers have led to the development of the contents business and the release of several functional games. Among these functional games, silver functional games are being played to solve problems such as dementia, a major problem in the aging era. In this study, prior research was analyzed to suggest factors that help design based on the kinetic elements of the design method of the motion-based convergence game for the leisure use of the silver generation. Based on the analysis, the model of exercise factors for preventing dementia is presented. This research design a silver motion-based functional game using the anti-dementia exercise model presented in this study in the future, we expect to see an effective and efficient silver game in the long term.

This study was done to examine the relation of cognitive function, depression and anxiety in elderly people above 65 years of age, and to identify factors influencing anxiety. The data were collected from June 1 to August 30 2014. Data were collected by questionnaire from 363 elderly people. The instruments for this study were MMSE-DS, depression, anxiety. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. According to results, the significant factors influencing anxiety were sleeping time(${\beta}=-.249$, p<.001), depression(${\beta}=.218$, p<.001), cognitive function(${\beta}=-.209$, p<.001), occupation(${\beta}=-.133$, p=.006). The study reveals that it is necessary to develop a convergent program that maintain adequate sleep, prevents of cognitive impairment and decreases depression.
