Recently performing arts pursue a new rootage of the collective intelligence that seeks experimental thinking and diversity in creative convergence. Understanding in this way the concept of artist's horizontal creation structure and individual communication of the public, this study tries to analyze ${\ll}God's\;Eye\;View{\gg}$, an example of convergent performing art. The result of analysis is as follows. The convergence in performing art could be approached through experiential thinking and diachronic of artists by genre, and the interpretation and its value of the result of work be shared horizontally. ${\ll}God's\;Eye\;View{\gg}$ express a dynamic communication and meaning of poetic image, and shows the experimental creation of convergence and the individual communication ability of collective intelligence as a new value of convergence.

The earth has been suffering from global warming and experiencing unusual weather caused by increased fossil fuel usage in the industrialization period. In spite of the continuous effort to resolve the problem, the amount of fossil fuel usage is increasing constantly. Public bicycle system has been introduced as a solution to the fundamental problem of the existing public transportation systems. Also public bicycle system has another advantage that riding bicycle can keep the users in good health. In this paper, a new ICT convergence public bicycle system is presented which resolves the problems of existing public bicycle systems. The presented system has strong points in low installation fee and low maintenance expenses. The effectiveness of the presented system will be proven by analyzing case studies.

인터넷의 발전 과정에서 데이터 중심의 시맨틱 웹 기술과 서비스 중심의 웹 서비스 기술은 시맨틱 웹 서비스라는 융합기술로 발전하고 있다. 본 고에서는 시맨틱 웹 서비스의 핵심 기술인 어노테이션, 발견, 조합, 실행, 중재 기술에 대해 소개하고, 산업계와 학계의 연구 동향을 분석한다. 더불어 시맨틱 웹 서비스 기술이 융복한 서비스 발전에 미치는 영향을 간략히 고찰하고자 한다.

기계 산업은 최근 10년간 높은 성장세를 보였으나 금융위기, 선진 기계류 시장의 침체, 중국의 기계설비 자립화 등으로 성장세가 둔화되었다. 세계 경제의 불확실성이 가중되고 보호 무역주의가 득세하는 지금 신흥 시장에서의 MID-Tech 제품의 경쟁력 및 기계 산업 서비스 경쟁력 강화를 위한 수익 창출 비즈니스 모델의 변화가 강력히 요구되고 있다. 선진국의 기술 개발 동향 및 우리 나라 기계산업의 현황 분석을 통해 도출한 기계산업 발전 4대 전략인 신흥 시장 확대, 서비스화, 스마트화, 신산업 창출 등은 ICT 융합과 매우 밀접한 연관이 있기 때문에 기계 산업의 ICT 융복합의 적극적 추진이 강력히 요구된다. 본고에서는 이러한 기계산업과 ICT융합 동향과 사례등을 살펴본다.

This study has been done to identify the effect of safety culture perception, safety control and safety management activities as perceived by nursing home nurses. A total of 146 cases recruited safety culture perception, safety control and safety management activities. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 Program. The factor that had the most impact on safety management activities were safety culture perception (${\beta}=.40$, p<.001), safety control (${\beta}=.27$, p=.002), experience of safety education (${\beta}=.19$, p=.015), age (${\beta}=.19$, p=.027). The regression model explained 34.5% of the variances(F=5.51, p<.001). The study finding suggests that to develop the program with achievement of safety management activities for nurses of the nursing home.

Seojangdaeyajodo is a drawing of military night training on February 12th (lunar leap month), 1795. Focusing on the Seojangdaeyajodo, the characteristics and of the costumes worn by various types of officials were examined. There were 34 officials located near King Jeongjo in and around Seojangdae, with 27 Dangsanggwan and 7 Danghagwan. They wore three types of costumes, including armor, yungbok, and military uniforms. All of the twelve armor wearers and the five officials wearing yungbok were dangsanggwan, and the military uniform wearers included eleven dangsanggwan and six danghagwan. For the shape of the armor, the armor relics of General Yeoban, suitable for riding horses, and the armor painting of Muyedobotongji were referenced, and the composition of the armor was based on practicality. The armor consists of a helmet, a suit of armor, a neck guard, armpit guards, arm guards, and a crotch guard. The color of the armor was red and green, which are the most frequently used colors in Seojangdaeyajodo. The composition of yungbok was jurip, navy cheollik, red gwangdahoe, socks made of leather, and suhwaja. The composition of the military uniform was a lined jeolrip, dongdari, jeonbok, yodae, jeondae, and suhwaja. There were differences in the fabrics used in dangsanggwan and danghagwan military uniforms. Dangsanggwan used fabric with depictions of clouds and jewels, and danghagwan used unpatterned fabric. Moreover, jade, gold, and silver were used for detailed ornamental materials in dangsanggwan. The weapons included bows and a bow case, a sword, a rattan stick, wrist straps, and a ggakji. In the records of the King Jeongjo period, various colored heopsu were mentioned; the colors of the dongdari and jeonbok of dangsanggwan and danghagwan were referenced in various colors. It was presented as an illustration of costumes that could be used to produce objects accurately reflecting the above historical results. The basic principle of the illustration was to present the modeling standards for 3D content production. Samples of form, color, and material of the corresponding times and statuses were presented. The front, the side, and the back of each costume and its accessories were presented, and the colors were presented in RGB and CMYK.

콘텐츠 산업은 디지털 기술의 발달로 콘텐츠 속성이 아날로그에서 디지털 융복화로 변화되고 있으며, IPTV, DMB, WiBro, 3DTV 등과 같은 뉴미디어를 통해 융복합 서비스로 제공되고 있다. 또한 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 영역은 과거 엔터테인먼트 위주에서 미래에는 제조, 서비스를 포함한 산업 전영역에 체화 및 융합되어 산업의 경계를 초월할 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 콘텐츠 산업에 있어서의 융합 현상은 산업간 경계약화, 기술의 발달 및 고객수요의 다양화 등에 의해 빠르게 확산중에 있으며, 특히 문화기술(CT)의 진보가 근본적으로 콘텐츠 산업에서의 융합을 가속화시키고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 콘텐츠 산업에서의 융합 유형을 4가지(강화, 확장, 결합, 창조)로 구분하여 주요 사례들을 살펴보고, 미래 콘텐츠 산업의 트렌드를 전망해 봄으로써 융합형 콘텐츠 산업의 육성 및 발전을 위한 정책을 수립하고 시행하는 데 기여하고자 한다.

It will be a word "SMART" if we will select a word which used the most popularly among the all medias. We use products included a word "smart" such as smart phone, smart TV, smart grid, smart key. These products were made by "smart technology". We know that our society is evolution to IT conversions. There are examples such as smart car, smart home, smart learning or education. Therefore, we are described trends and future of products including smart technologies.

정부의 IT 관련 정책의 흐름, 융복합 서비스를 위한 핵심 패러다임 및 기술의 특징, 사회의 요구 패턴의 변화 등을 바탕으로, 융복합서비스 인프라의 중요성을 제시하고, 다양한 형태의 융복합 서비스를 가능하게 하는 프레임워크를 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 융복합 서비스 분석 프레임워크를 통해 융복합의 범위와 이동성 정도를 바탕으로 융복합 서비스를 선별하고, 개인 수준에서 이용 가능한 응용서비스를 중심으로 시급성과 효과성을 지닌 10개의 융복합 서비스를 선별하였다. 이에 따라, 향후 역동적이고 다양한 형태의 융복합 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 인프라로서 ESB를 활용한다는 가정 하에 각각의 융복합 서비스의 개념, 융복합 서비스의 흐름, 융복합 서비스 주요 내용과 서비스 추진이 고려사항 등을 제시한다.
