  • This paper studies on the visibility of dashboard in forklift. As part of the real setting devised for this study, 1. Important evaluation by males experience in forklift driving, 2. Icon cognition experiment, 3. Gage cognition experiment, subjects were asked to estimate the important evaluation, sketched to icon and gage position on the screen. Subjective evaluations were carried out by semantic differential method, sketch method, sketch method, then analyzed by consistency test, frequency rate and T-test. I gather the results concerning the relationship between consistent answers and cognition rates of dashboard understand the conditions which create a desired instrument panel.

제조업근로자의 행동에 대한 인적요인 및 오류관계 연구 (The relationship between human factor and error for behavior of manufacturing industry employee)

  • The purpose of this article is to examine the relationship between unsafe behavior, human factor and human error. For the object, several correlation analyses for those three elements were implemented. Several hypotheses for the relationship between them was suggested. The suggested hypotheses were verified by a comprehensive survey received from 132 safety manager of manufacturing industry. The conclusions were proven from the hypotheses verificaiton as belows; 1) The dependent relation items between unsafe behavior and human factor are dress protection tool, machine(equipment) and working rule have a dependent relation. 2) The dependent relation items between human factor and human error are uncommunication, control, slaps, fatigue, education, system, unmonitoring, failure. 3) The dependent relation items between human error and unsfafe behavior are decline and product/working method,failure and uncommunication have a dependent relation.

  • Accident of small and medium-sized construction sites happens much than large-sized construction sites. The safety consulting for accident prevention of construction sites has been launched in 1995. This research probed latency accident of small and medium-sized construction sites. By method, we used that result data of safety consulting for accident prevention of small and medium-sized construction sites. As a result a fall was examined by the most latency accident factor. In this study, a fall and electric shock, descent, fall down in ground, a fire was examined weighty accident factor of small and medium-sized construction sites.

인쇄 배선용 전해동박의 제조에 관한 연구 (Fabrication & Evaluation of electroplated Copper Foils for Printed Circuit Board Applications)

  • Copper -clad laminate(CCL) was fabricated and evaluated by bonding 35${\pm}$5${\mu}$ thick electroplated copper foils with a suitable adhesive to an insulating base such as phenolic resin laminate. In this study, electroplating methods and conditions were studied to produced good quality copper foils for printed circuit board applications. The electroplating bath solutions used were a copper-sulfate solution and a concentrated copper fluoborate solution. A surface roughening treatment that improved the adhesive strength of copper foils with an insulating laminate was also developed . A conventional copper sulfate solution containing sulfuric acid was used for the roughening treatment.

  • 오늘날 전세계가 직면하고 있는 에너지 위기를 해결할 수 있는 열쇠로서 원자력발전은 크게 각광을 받고 있다. 뿐만아니라 불치의 병으로 알려져 있는 암의 조기발견 및 치료, 농작물의 품종개량, 미장합판의 표면처리, 플라스틱 및 섬유류의 품질개선등 각 분야에 걸쳐 원자력의 이용범위는 확대되어 가고 있다. 심지어는 최근 사학계의 지대한 관심을 모으고 있는 경주 155호 고분의 연대측정시에도 원자력방사성 탄소에 의한 연대측정법이 활용되었음은 특기할 만한 사실이 아닐 수 없다. 그렇다면 과연 우리나라에 있어서 원자력의 산업적 이용은 어느 단계에까지 와있는 것일까? 이에 본지에서는 공학, 농학, 의학등에 활용되고 있는 방사선의 산업적 이용을 살펴봄과 동시에 원자력 발전의 국내실정과 전망을 전문지식인들에게 알아보았다.

방사선 가공처리 시설 준공

  • 원자력의 산업적 이용에 대한 기틀이 될 대단위 방사선 가공 처리 시범 시설이 칙공 1년만인 10월 15일 한국 원자력 연구소 구내에 준공되었다. 국제 연합 개발계획(UNDP) 기금 49만 불의 지원과 내자 3억4천만 원을 들여 완공한 이 시설에는 코발트-60을 조사원으로 하는 방사선 조사 장치와 30만 전자 볼트의 전자 가속 장치가 설치되었다. 이날 최형섭 과학기술처장관, UNDP 주한 대표 "찬드"씨, 윤용구 한국원자력 연구소장을 비롯 2백여병의 내외 귀빈이 참석한 가운데 이 시설은 시운전 기간을 걸쳐 76년 말 국제원자력기구(IAEA)로부터 운영권이 한국원자력연구소로 이관되어 방사선의 산업적 이용을 극대화하게 된다. 이 시범 시설의 운영 목적은 국내의 여러 산업 기관으로 하여금 방사선 가공 기술의 응용 범위와 생산성이 높다는 것을 실제로 깨닫게 하여 제품을 개량하므로서 수출 증대를 도모하는데 있다.

  • The Study lay Emphasised on to Investigate Human Related Causes of a Pointed End Equipment Accident and the Basic data for Analyzing Human-Error Prevention Program. Peter Son's Model of Human-Error Accident Causation and Cooper's Model of Safety Culture Were Applied to Analyze the Severe Cause of a Pointed End Equipment for Last 5 Years. Through to Analyzing the Cause of Equipment Accident of Human-Error, Expert's Opinion and Experience Theory Method was Reflected. The Analyses Showed What the Immature and Inexperient Error Were Major Causes of a Pointed and Equipment Accident. The Cause of Human-Error was Found with Respect to Human, Tasks, Acknowledge, Organization.

Large size accident in a semiconductor industry to machine and human and it is involved that present, in system by safety interlock defect of machine is conclusion for error of behaviour. What is not construing in this study, do safety in a semiconductor industry to do improvement. Control human error analyzes in human control with and considers mechanical element and several elements. Also, apply achievement factor using O'conner Model by control method of human error. In analyze by failure mode effect using actuality example.

  • In recent years, accident induced by human error is increasing in the chemical plant. Human error analysis of the chemical plant was conducted on the basis of past accident. Some company called by A for the basis of a chemical accident. Factor analysis of human errors was separated in plant operation and work. Agency's work of occupational safety & health was classified into four types. It is based on the work before, during work, recovery work, and discontinue work. It was still separated work of human error by analysis and then was derived factor and issue. The human error factor and priority for accident prevention in the chemical plant is presented.

  • The study on semiconductor industrial accident in korea has been focused on frequencies of each type, employee, characteristics, cause and un-safety condition, behaviour and so on. Those attributes of semiconductor industrial accidents were usually analyzed independently, so that it was hard to provides a well-process and systematic guide lines for efficient safety management. There fore, there were a few studies based on comprehensive survey in terms of sharp-type of safe management. The questionnaire survey carried out for the workers(284) who were responsible for safety management in to center with corporate company with semiconductor industry the factor analysis showed that there were three factor of safety management. They were 1) Investment and operation and management for accident prevention, 2) Unsafe, safety management 3) General human error and behavior the industries of respondents were correlative with three group. Three Groups showed a statistically significant differences on the number of cases. Actually, the group with the larger investment and the better unsafe cause, human error a of accident prevention had a smaller cause of accident cases.
