우리 사회에서 AI 활용이 더욱 보편화 되어가고 있는 가운데 AI 신뢰에 대한 사회적 요구도 증가했다. 특히 최근 대화형 인공지능'이루다'사건으로 AI 윤리에 대한 논의가 뜨거워졌다. 금융 분야에서도 로보어드바이저, 보험 심사 등 AI가 다양하게 활용되고 있지만, AI 윤리 문제가 AI 활성화에 큰 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인공지능으로 발생할 수 있는 윤리적 문제를 활용 도메인과 데이터 분석 파이프라인에 따라 나눈다. 금융 AI 기술 분야에 따른 윤리 문제를 분류했으며 각 분야별 윤리사례를 제시했고 윤리 문제 분류에 따른 대응 방안과 해외에서의 대응방식과 우리나라의 대응방식을 소개하며 해결방안을 제시했다. 본 연구를 통해 금융 AI 기술 발전에 더불어 윤리 문제에 대한 경각심을 고취시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 금융 AI 기술 발전이 AI 윤리와 조화를 이루며 성장하길 바라며, 금융 AI 정책 수립 시에도 AI 윤리적 문제를 염두해 두어 차별, 개인정보유출 등과 같은 AI 윤리 규범 미준수로 파생되는 문제점을 줄이며 금융분야 AI 활용이 더욱 활성화되길 기대한다.

최근 '황우석 사태'로 명명된 줄기세포 조작 사건, 김병준 전 교육부총리의'논문 표절'문제 등으로 인해 학계의 연구윤리 문제가 새롭게 조명되고 있다. 연구윤리 문제는 개개인의 문제로 치부되는 경향이 있는데, 보다 원론적인 문제를 찾자면 천편일률적으로 화려한 성과만을 요구하는 우리나라의 사회적 분위기를 들 수 있을 것이다. 연구윤리는 연구를 하는 사람이 당연히 갖춰야 할 소양이며 연구윤리에 대한 가이드라인이나 윤리규정을 새롭게 조직하는 것도 중요하지만, 그보다 앞서 해이해진 연구윤리 의식을 재설정하는 것이 급선무이며 보다 근본적인 문화적 차원에서의 변화를 시도해야 할 것이다.

인터넷의 발달과 함께 고도의 정보화 시대가 도래하면서 정보통신사회에서 윤리적인 문제가 새로운 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보통신 윤리의 정의를 살펴보고, 정보통신사회와 윤리의 관계를 통하여 컴퓨터 기술발달에 따른 정보사회의 윤리적 문제점들을 지적하고, 인터넷 도래 이후 정보통신 윤리 확립을 위한 사회적 대응 방안과 함께 바람직한 정보통신사회를 위한 변화된 정보윤리강령의 특징과 체계화된 윤리강령의 중요성과 필요성을 제시한다.

This study focuses on the problems of traditional ethics in the textbooks of 7th Moral Education Curriculum. As the fact that Traditional Ethics is an advanced elective of high school curriculum shows, 'traditional ethics' is an important part of moral education curriculum. Unfortunately, many have maintained that there are significant problems in the contents of traditional ethics described in moral education curriculum. The problems mentioned are: encyclopedic enumeration of the contents, incorrect information, content repetitions, placing too much one-sided emphasis on confucianism, lack of organic link between Korean and oriental ethics, and unlikeliness of accomplishing subject's objectives. This study raises more fundamental problems. The problems pointed out are as follows. First, the definition of traditional ethics in the textbooks is problematic. Second, there is a lack of examination on 'tradition'. Third, there exists a naive understanding that western ethics or thoughts are the causes of all problems and oriental traditional ethics is the cure-all for them. Fourth, viewpoints of orientalism or occidentalism are widespread in describing traditional ethics.

The ethical problems related to climate changes have basically different character from the ethical problems which we have experienced until now. In order to approach ethical problems of climate changes for forseeing, mitigating and adapting many complicated situations which result from climate changes we should breake away from the point of anthropocentrism at first. Secondly, the education of the ethics of climate changes is very important in all levels of schools. It is very important and urgent to decide what and how we should teach. Finally, the sustainability has important role in the justification of why and what we should take actions against climate changes.

본 논문의 목적은 효과적인 정보통신윤리 교육을 통한 정보통신윤리 의식 함양에 있다. 블랜디드 PBL의 교수-학습 목표 달성을 위해서 온라인 학습과 면대면 수업이 체계적으로 혼합되었고, 온라인 학습을 위한 주요 모듈은 오픈소스 학습관리시스템인 무들(Moodle)에서 운영되었다. 온라인을 통한 PBL 단계(문제제시, 문제확인, 자료수집, 해결안 도출, 문제해결안 발표, 정리 및 평가)에 따른 블랜디드 활동에서 학습자가 스스로 문제를 해결해 가면서 학습계획을 세우고, 지식 데이터베이스 등을 활용하여 정보의 획득과 평가, 새로운 아이디어를 적용할 수 있는 e-PBL 시스템을 구현하였다. 블랜디드 PBL 시스템의 교육적인 효과를 검증하기 위해서 대학교 2학년 재학생 60명을 실험집단(30명), 통제집단(30명)으로 구성하였다. 실험 집단과 통제집단은 모두 6명을 1개 조로 하여 각각 5개 조를 구성하였다. 실험집단에는 블랜디드 PBL을 이용하여 수업을 실시한 후에 정보통신윤리 의식 평가를 실시하고, 통제집단은 면대면 PBL을 이용하여 수업을 실시하였다. 두 집단의 정보통신윤리 의식에 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 검증하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0을 활용한 t-Test를 실시하였다. 실험결과, 블랜디드 PBL을 적용하여 정보통신윤리를 학습한 실험 집단이 면대면 PBL을 적용하여 정보통신윤리를 학습한 통제집단보다 정보통신윤리 의식의 절제, 존중, 책임, 참여 지표에서 높은 향상을 보였다.

It is not easy to find out well organized teaching and learning methodology as the adverse effects of the internet have made a lot of problems because we realize the importance of the information/cyber ethic education. In this paper, I suggest the teaching and learning process of the information/cyber ethic education as applying the creative problem solving process of the six-step model proposed by A. Osborn and S. Parnes. We divided fifth grade 54 elementary school students into two groups, a experimental group and a control group, and conducted the the teaching and learning experimental methods. The experimental group, conducted educational teaching and learning methods for information ethics education using creative problem solving process, got a better result compared to the other group. It must be one of the systematic approach to lead changes of learners'; recognition, focusing on the ethics problem-solving process.

This study explores the general marketing ethics among Koreans and helps us understand bu such as bribery, unfair price increases, and so on. By examining msiness ethics in Korea. Based on a scenario approach, we focus on the ethical problems developed or identified from previous research in the western countries. We find that the people in our sample perceive the relative seriousness of ethics problemsarketing-related ethical issues, first we find the differences in how the young and old recognize business ethics. Specifically the younger generation in Korea shows less ethical reaction in general because they have not developed a long-term perspective. Moreover the older generation shows less ethical attitude towards bribery. Second, we confirm the findings in Zey-Ferrell et al (1991) that all individuals think they are more ethical than others. We also discuss other demographic variables related issues that might affect the business ethics in Korea.

인공지능 기술이 사회 전반에 확산하며, 인공지능 윤리 문제 또한 큰 이슈가 되었다. 이에 따라 정부, 기업, 연구기관, 국제기구 등 다양한 단체에서 인공지능 기준안을 발표하고 있으나 이러한 인공지능 윤리 기준안을 발표하는 것으로 인공지능 윤리 문제를 해결할 수 없다. 이에 인공지능 윤리교육이 절실히 필요하다. 그러나 학교급에서의 인공지능 윤리교육을 위한 프로그램이 미흡하다. 이러한 상황에서 Moral machine은 인공지능을 위한 윤리교육 도구로 학교급을 막론하고 활발하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 Moral machine의 딜레마 상황은 교육용으로 다소 부적절한 요소가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인공지능 윤리교육에 적합한 인공지능 윤리 딜레마 문항을 사람이 중심이 되는 인공지능 기준의 3대 원칙을 바탕으로 개발하였다.

윤리란 행위의 옳고 그름이나 선과 악 또는 도덕적인 것과 비도덕적인 것에 관한 판단기준의 체계 혹은 이를 대상으로 하는 학문을 말한다. 또한 윤리는 그 적용대상이 무엇인가에 따라 가정윤리, 사회윤리, 직업윤리, 기업윤리, 정보윤리 등 여러가지로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 여기서 정보통신윤리란 윤리의 문제를 정보통신 또는 정보화사회의 관점에서 조명한 것이라 볼 수 있으며 정보를 다루는데 있어 개인이나 사회구성원들의 행동이나 규범체계로서 그들의 행동이나 태도의 옳고 그름, 좋고 나쁨, 그리고 윤리적인 것과 비윤리적인 것을 판단하게 해주는 기준체계라 할 수 있다.
