이 연구는 보건계열 학과에 재학 중인 학생들의 윤리교육 경험과 윤리교육 필요성인지에 따른 윤리지식수준의 차이를 살펴보고자, 보건계열 학과에 재학 중인 596명을 대상으로 자기기입법에 의한 설문조사법으로 2005년 4월 한달 동안 실시하였다. 연구에 사용된 연구도구로 독립변수는 의료 윤리 교육경험, 전문윤리 교육경험, 직업윤리 교육경험, 임상실습 경험, 전문윤리 교육 필요성 인지, 의료윤리 교육 필요성 인지이었고, 종속변수는 면허관련법규 지식수준, 전문윤리 지식수준, 의사결정판단 지식수준, 팀웍 지식수준이었다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 12.0을 사용하여 기술통계와 t-test를 실시한 결과, 임상실습경험 직업윤리 교육경험 의료윤리 교육경험, 전문윤리 교육경험, 전문윤리 교육 필요성 인지에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 이 중 직업윤리 교육경험에 따라서는 4가지 윤리지식수준에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정상적으로 학교에서의 윤리교육이 이루어져야 하고, 일반 윤리교육에 비해서 직업 윤리교육이 강화되어야 한다고 사료되었다.

윤리란 행위의 옳고 그름이나 선과 악 또는 도덕적인 것과 비도덕적인 것에 관한 판단기준의 체계 혹은 이를 대상으로 하는 학문을 말한다. 또한 윤리는 그 적용대상이 무엇인가에 따라 가정윤리, 사회윤리, 직업윤리, 기업윤리, 정보윤리 등 여러가지로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 여기서 정보통신윤리란 윤리의 문제를 정보통신 또는 정보화사회의 관점에서 조명한 것이라 볼 수 있으며 정보를 다루는데 있어 개인이나 사회구성원들의 행동이나 규범체계로서 그들의 행동이나 태도의 옳고 그름, 좋고 나쁨, 그리고 윤리적인 것과 비윤리적인 것을 판단하게 해주는 기준체계라 할 수 있다.

This study empirically examined the relationship among ethical leadership, ethical climate, unethical behavior, and organizational commitment in the department affiliated with physical education. Survey data collected from 264 students in the department affiliated with physical education from 5 institutions of a 4-year university located in Seoul and Incheon by convenience sampling. As a result, H1, ethical leadership was not statistically significant with unethical behavior. H2, ethical leadership had a positively significant impact on ethical climate. H3, ethical leadership was found to be positively associated with organizational commitment. H4, ethical climate was not statistically significant with unethical behavior. H5, ethical climate had a positively significant impact on organizational commitment. H6 was not available. H7, ethical climate partially mediated the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment. The theoretical and practical implications of the research findings was discussed.

컴퓨터의 발달은 정보의 축적, 처리, 분석과 전달능력을 기하급수적으로 증대 시키면서 사회전반의 효율성과 생산성을 획기적으로 향상시켰다. 그러나, 다른 한편으로는 이에 못지 않은 다양한 사회적 병리현상과 이와 관련된 윤리적 딜레마들을 양산하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 정보사회로의 이행과정에서 제기되고 있는 정보통신 윤리상의 문제점 및 대응방안들을 검토하고, 그 중에서 자율적 규제방안의 하나인 윤리강령을 중심으로 다음과 같은 방법을 통해 향후 바람직한 컴퓨터 윤리 체계의 방향을 모색해 보았다. 첫째, 정보통신 윤리의 탄생 배경을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 현재 행해지고 있는 사회적, 제도적 대응 방안들과 그 현실적 한계점들을 검토하였다. 셋째, 그 중에서 자율적 규제방안의 하나인 윤리강령으로 논의의 범위를 좁혀서 현재 윤리강령들의 내용을 분석하고 바람직한 윤리강령의 조건들을 모색하였다. 끝으로 이상의 논의들을 토대로 향후 바람직한 윤리체계의 확립을 위한 종합적인 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 정보통신망에서 벌어지고 있는 다양한 윤리적 문제점들을 극복하기 위해서 다각도로 모색되어야 할 대응방안들을 제시하였다. 또한, 본 논문은 단기적 차원의 법적 규제나 장기적 차원의 교육적 대응을 보완하면서, 동시에 자율적 합의에 의해 윤리적 원칙을 세워 갈 수 있는 윤리강령의 수립과 그 적극적 활용을 강조함으로써, 현재 우리나라의 컴퓨터 윤리 확립을 위한 구체적이고도 효과적인 대응방안을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

이 연구는 보건계열 학과에 재학중언 학생들의 윤리의식에 미치는 영향요언을 살펴보고자 4개 전문대학 보건계열 학과에 재학중인 학생 650명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구방법은 개별자기기입법에 의한 설문조사법이었고, 설문은 윤리 지식수준을 측정하기 위한 문항과 윤리교육에 대한 경험과 필요성을 묻는 문항, 윤리의식에 미치는 영향 요인을 묻는 문항, 윤리의식을 배우는 역할모델을 묻는 문항으로 구성하였다. 수거된 설문은 596부이었고, 회수율은 91.7% 이였다. 연구결과, 의료관계법규 지식수준과 팀웍 지식수준이 다른 윤리 지식 수준에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났고, 의료관계법규 지식수준은 전문 윤리교육 필요성을 인지하고 있는 학생에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 전문가 윤리 지식수준은 전문 윤리교육 필요성을 인지하고 있는 학생에서, 3학년에서, 직업 윤리교육경험이 있는 학생에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 의사결정판단 지식수준은 전문 윤리교육 필요성 인지, 임상실습경험, 윤리의식 영향요인, 전문 윤리교육청험이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 중 가장 큰 영향을 미친 변수는 임상실습경험이었다. 팀웍 지식수준은 역할모델이 종교단체라고 응답한 학생에서, 윤리의식 영향요인이 가정이라고 응답한 학생에서, 전문 윤리교육을 경험한 학생에서 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 보아, 윤리교육의 필요성을 인지하고 있는 학생일수록 윤리 지식수준이 높은 것을 알 수 있었으며, 이 외에도 다양한 변수를 고려하여 후속 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료되었고, 본 연구를 통하여 보건계열 학과에 재학 중인 학생들에게 윤리에 대한 사고 기회를 부여했다는 점과 윤리 의식수준을 점검했다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 사료되었다.

This study analyzed employee's ethical perception and the ethical value of corporate between domestic distribution corporate and foreign distribution corporate. Although the perception of ethical management is lower and the introduction time was late as compared with those of distribution corporate of developed country, the results of research shows employee's ethical perception and ethical value of domestic discount store are higher than those of foreign discount store respectively. These findings explain the product of their efforts to excercise the corporate ethics, ethical platform, ethical programs etc.

국내에서 2005년 황우석 연구윤리 부정 사건 이후 연구윤리가 많은 도전을 받고 있다. 국내 연구윤리 교육 프로그램을 통한 연구윤리교육 확산을 위해, 온라인 콘텐츠를 개발하고자 한다. 먼저 온라인 콘텐츠의 구성은 다음 내용으로 준비한다. 첫째, 연구자를 위한 연구윤리 교육 자료 둘째, 국내의 연구윤리 위반 사례 셋째, 미국대학교의 연구윤리 사례 넷째, 우리 실정에 맞는 연구책임자급 교육내용의 준비이다. 이와 같은 연구윤리 교육 콘텐츠를 준비한 후, 연구윤리교육을 위한 시스템 구성에 대한 내용을 살펴본다. 본 연구는 먼저 온라인 콘텐츠의 개발에 초점을 자지고 있다. 아울러 오픈 소스 프로그램을 이용하여, 이러한 연구윤리 교육 콘텐츠를 탑재 하고 시스템을 구현하기 위한 시스템 구성의 내용들을 정리하였다.

This study examined the concept of nursing student's ethical competence. The concept analysis process by Walker and Avant was used to clarify the meaning of nursing student's ethical competence. As a result, the concept of nursing student's ethical competence was defined in terms of ethical sensitivity, ethical judgement, willingness to implement ethical behavior, and execution power of ethical behavior. Self-understanding, supportive environment, experience of ethical conflict and experience of ethical education can be seen as antecedents for nursing student's ethical competence. The nursing student's ethical competence results in nursing professionalism, satisfaction with nursing, and patient safety. The results of the analysis establish a basis for an instrument to evaluate nursing student's ethical competence. This will guide educators, as well as managers in healthcare, to develop an education program for improvement nursing student's ethical competence.

Ethical perception may be thought of as 'professional skills'. Despite this, however, the dental hygiene curriculums tend to disregard ethics education. This paper describes ethical perception in dental hygiene students. Questionnaire surveys were conducted for 374 in dental hygiene students. For statistical analyses of collected data, the multiple linear regression were adopted. Demand as necessity of dental ethics education, clinical practice exercise, practice of work ethics education were found to have significant major effects on basic ethics perception. The major variables which related to the licensure and health care law and teamwork were to knowledge of revised ethics code of dental hygienist and to demand as necessity of dental ethics education. The major variables influencing the professional protocol were to knowledge of revised ethics code of dental hygienist, to demand as necessity of dental ethics education, role model for learning ethical principles. Revised ethics code of dental hygienist was the most important factor affecting professional protocol. The major variables influencing the decision-making were to demand as necessity of dental ethics education, to knowledge of revised ethics code of dental hygienist, clinical practice exercise, role model for learning ethical principles (church). About 88.4% of the students unawared to knowledge of revised ethics code of dental hygienist and perception of professional protocol of the students awared to knowledge of revised ethics code of dental hygienist was $3.44{\pm}0.23$ (p=0.000).

Presently the instructional model for internet ethics education is modeled after the integrated morality. The model is based on the assumption that ethical awareness will lead to ethical activities which is based on the theory that cognition is correlated to the behavioral domains. But the side effects of the information society in the cyber space increased even when the education for the awareness of ethics in the cyber space has been taught more aggressively than before. In this study, the relation of the cognition for information ethics and the ethical behavior in the cyber space was analyzed in order to find out the implications for the effective internet ethics education model. The tools used are the 'DIT (Defining Issues Test)' to measure the behavioral ability in the physical world, the Information Ethics Judgment to measure the behavioral ability in the cyber space, and the self diagnostic tool of 'Internet ethics awareness' to measure the level of cognitive knowledge for internet ethics. The correlation of three measures was analyzed. The results were college students' levels of ethics from three tools from are considerably low. Moral judgement and information ethics judgement were not correlated which means that the behavior in the physical world was not necessarily correlated to the behavior in the cyber space. The three measurements were not statistically significantly correlated. Therefore the cognitive awareness for the information ethics were not necessarily correlated to the ethical behavior in the cyber space. Ethical cognition and the moral behavior need to be taught with equal emphasis as they do not have strong correlation.
