The aim of this study is to analyze the policy effects of child care leave focusing on the childbirth in South Korea. This instituion of child care leave orinignally seeks to harmonize the work and family. The instituion is increasingly fortified in the receipants and benefits. This study analyze the policy effect of the institution using difference-in-difference method and Korea Welfare Panel Data. The result of the analysis suggest that substantial expansion of child care leave and family-friendly labor environment rebuilding are important.

Because of the oocIear family due to the rapid industrialization and the growth of husband and wife bah working, the base of the tradition that the parents, all of the famly or the hamet oonmunity bring up the infants together in the important time to the infarts has been collapsed in Korea. Because working mothers camot bring up their children by themselves they got stressed and housewives do not have the oonfidence in rearing their infants and the fathers are isolated from home and the chikten instead of being exempted from the responsibility of rearing children. Therefore the common and comprehensive rearing system should be made for solving the child-rearing problem. For solving these problems and for the desirable infant-rearing and education, the joint irlart rearing, whidl compensates for the life, education and furthermore the sdlool edJcation through the volur1ary participation, has been prepared altematively. Compared to the traditional rearing system, joint infant-rearing is not only operated by the residents with the dues paid by the union members but also makes children experience the life force of natu"e in themselves. So the preparation of the standard of the suitable environment design for the joint infant-rearing is required which is diffrent from the traditional standard of the environmertal facilities for the traditional rearing system. The concept of joint infant-rearing was defind in this study through the reference and the ooncept of infant edJcation which is in operation suocessfully in Italy and Sweden in order to understand how the ooncept of infant education has changed as the ages have dlanged. And the basic principals for the formation of physical envirorvnert and the spare design and the envirorYnertal oondition for the practical environmental design was also studied through the reference. And after study about the concept. figure and physical environmental suggestion, the concept, standard and element of joint infant-rearing environment design was suggested. And as the final conclusion, the design requirement of the envirorvnertal design for the joint infant-rearing was suggested.

우리나라의 생산 가능 인구는 올해를 정점으로 감소하기 시작해 앞으로 1,000 만 명 이상 줄어들 것으로 예상된다. 양육과 교육비에 대한 부담이 단산까지 이어지고 있다. 우리나라에 있는 임신, 육아, 출산에 대한 서비스는 매우 적은 편이며 기존에 존재하는 기술의 경우 특정 사용자를 대상으로 해서 소외되는 계층이 생겨나는 문제가 있다. 사람들이 경제적인 격차와 사각지대에 놓여 정보적 격차를 느끼는 만큼 이를 해결할 수 있는 복합적인 서비스와 사용자 편의성을 증대한 기능이 필요한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 인공지능과 공공데이터를 이용한 임신, 출산, 육아 통합 앱 개발을 통해 모든 사용자가 차별 없이 정확하고 다양한 정보를 얻을 수 있고 혜택을 받아 사회적인 문제를 감소시킬 수 있도록 제안한다.

2018년 한국의 합계출산율은 0.98명으로 OECD 회원국 중 출산율 1명이 되지 않는 유일한 국가가 되었다. 이에 대한 원인으로 경제적 문제, 맞벌이 부부의 증가로 인한 육아스트레스를 들 수 있다. 때문에 육아스트레스를 줄이기 위해 아이를 보다 편하게 보살필 수 있는 사물인터넷(IoT: Internet of Things) 기술이 접목된 육아용품이 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 기존의 아기침대에 사물인터넷 플랫폼을 추가하고 각 센서 들의 정보를 수집해 아기의 수면패턴분석 및 수면유도, 시트 온도조절, 시트 등받이 조절, 침대 자동 스윙 및 스윙 세기 조절, 침대 높낮이 조절 등의 기능을 수행하는 사물인터넷 기반의 새로운 육아용품을 개발해서, 부모들의 효율적인 육아 활동을 가능하게 하여 육아스트레스에 대한 부담을 크게 감소시키는 것을 목표로 한다.

최근 도시화 가속도로 가족단위가 축소되고 맞벌이 가정이 늘어나면서 육아문제가 대두되기 시작하였다. 이러한 문제는 도시를 살아가는 젊은 부부들의 저출산 문제를 야기하고 있으며 사회일각에서는 저출산 문제로 인한 미래 노동 생산력 우려를 거론하기도 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 우리나라의 세계적인 IT 인프라와 정보통신 기술을 활용하고 유비쿼터스 사회 도래로 인한 u-City 구축을 위한 공개키 기반 유아관리 시스템 설계하였으며 이를 위해 Mobile RFID 기술과 ECC 기반 키 교환기법, 메시지 암호화 기법을 연구하였다.

This qualitative study focused on the activation of cooperative child care sharing centers'. Eight centers nationwide were selected as example cases in accordance with region (large city, small and medium-sized city, county unit), opening time, operating institution, location, full-time care for dual-income children, and participation in the 2020 care community pilot project. Co-researchers visited each center together to observe the site and conducted in-depth interviews with the head of the center or dedicated staff using semi-structured questionnaires. Interview data were analyzed using triangle verification and transcribed : the data were then grouped into 12 categories and 34 subcategories. From this, the following three topics were derived: the main functions, operational difficulties, and activation conditions. In conclusion, four suggestions are made: 1. proper relationship with the Family center, the cooperative childcare sharing center, and the local care communities 2. activation plan through "solution of operational difficulties" 3. "extension" of the cooperative child care sharing center 4. the role of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, the Korea Institute for Healthy Family, local governments, and Family Centers.

저출산 문제는 일본, 한국, 홍콩, 유럽 등 모든 선진국에서 매우 심각하고 심지어 가톨릭 국가인 이태리나 스페인에서도 매우 심각하다. 미국은 이민을 많이 받아들이고 있어 유일하게 예외적이다. 싱가폴에서도 저출산은 매우 심각한 국가문제로 결혼, 자녀, 육아, 직장에서 행복한 가정생활에 필요한 여건과 제도 마련을 위해 노력하고 있다.

The established childcare facilities, which were established as a result of a policy of the government focusing on enlarging the numerous facilities, caused some qualitative deficits. In the existing situations, they usually practice a single fixed program and concentrate on more static teaching then kinetic with over-crowded childcare teachers. Most of the teachers are being taken into consideration as improperly qualified professionals for the jobs in the field and we can also point out the passive form of service of the parents and the communities. Thus, We are interested in putting the management system for common education of children based on website mutual help through service after realizing a proper design into the real childcare education. This system makes database through PHP web programing method, organizes a common childcare group, forms a special educational program for each group to take the most proper way of teaching, and finalizes the management system for Common education of children based website.
