본 논문은 연구개발 및 정보통신스톡의 투입이 국내 산업의 생산성을 단순히 양적인 측면에서 증가를 유도하였는지 아니면 총요소생산성의의 증가를 통한 질적인 향상을 유도하였는지의 차이를 성장회계분석과 시계열분석을 통하여 차이를 규명하고 있다. 양적인 측면에서 투입요소들에 대한 영향정도는 유효하게 나타나고 있는 반면, 질적인 측면에서의 투입요소들의 유효성은 모호한 결과를 보이고 있다.

As an effort to secure Semantic Web, in this paper, we introduce an RDF access authorization model based on an ontology hierarchy and an RDF triple pattern. In addition, we apply the authorization model to RDF query validation for approved access authorizations. A subscribed SPARQL or RQL query, which has RDF triple patterns, can be denied or granted according to the corresponding access authorizations which have an RDF triple pattern. In order to efficiently perform the query validation process, we first analyze some primary authorization conflict conditions under RDF subsumption inference, and then we introduce an efficient query validation algorithm using the conflict conditions and Dewey graph labeling technique. Through experiments, we also show that the proposed validation algorithm provides a reasonable validation time and when data and authorizations increase it has scalability.

본 연구에서는 1997년 말 외환위기 이후 $1998\sim1999$년에 걸쳐 행하여진 한국 은행산업 구조 조정의 성과를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증분석의 결과 위험수준이 높아 구조조정 기간에 금융감독당국으로부터 강한 경영개선 압력을 받을 가능성이 높은 은행들은 무수익여신, 부실여신비율 등 대출행위의 건전성 측면과 대출, 유가증권간의 투자비율, 그리고 유가증권 내 자산종목 간의 투자 비율 등 여러 가지 위험관련 변수들과 관련하여 측정된 건전화에 대한 동기면에서 외환위기 이전에 비하여 유의적이고 일관된 보다 높은 건전화에 대한 동기를 가지고 있었음을 볼 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과는 외환위기 이후의 은행권 구조조정 정책에 대한 어느 정도의 유효성을 보여 주는 결과로 사료된다. 또한 은행 집단별 분석에서는 구조조정 과정에서 퇴출 또는 우량은행에게 인수/합병된 부실은행들은 구조조정 이전의 기간에 그 외의 은행들 보다 위험추구에 대한 동기가 매우 강하였음을 볼 수 있었으나 이러한 위험추구의 동기가 우량은행에로의 인수/합병을 통하면서 상당히 감소하였음을 발견할 수 있었으며, 이러한 결과는 총표본에 대한 분석에서의 결과와 일관되게 외환위기 이후의 구조조정 정책에 대한 어느 정도의 유효성을 보여 주는 결과로 사료된다.

This study aims to develop a new analytical method to detect zinc pyrithione, the ingredient of cosmetics appointed as restricted ingredients and used as preservatives.. The analytical method was based on data gathered from the relevant literature. Information about the amounts of these ingredients was researched in order to select the base-matrix materials used to validate the analytical method. After selecting and preparing the base-matrix materials, the analytical method was validated by method validation procedures. The analytical method was verified first by inter-laboratory validation and then through analyzing the cosmetics sold in the market. Based on the results of this study, guidelines are proposed for the analysis of restricted ingredients in cosmetics, which will provide a method to test the cosmetics circulating in the Korean market. The use of the proposed guidelines will increase the quality of the cosmetics as well as the safety of human health, which will enhance the competitiveness of the Korean cosmetics industry and lead to an increase in the exportation of cosmetics.

This study examined the current status of ATE in the development stage of the domestic guided weapons field, including the re-establishment of automatic test equipment (ATE), and attempted to develop methods to verify the validity of ATE in the defense sector. This study includes methods for confirming the repeatability and reproducibility of newly manufactured or replaced ATE. An error injection test is required for validation in the development phase. And pre-inspection steps are required for validation. When developing ATE, the use of an international standard testing script language ensures efficient validation and SW reliability. This ensures interoperability between the main and test equipment, and the tester can secure a test system platform that supports standardized testing methods, which is considered to be effective in validating specific ATE for each weapon system.

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that influence adolescents' reading effectiveness and to structuralize the relationship between those factors. In consequence, reading attitude is the greatest factor that influences reading effectiveness, followed by library positivity and the reading role model. According to ANOVA, there is a difference in average between personality types, but PLS(Partial Least Squares) shows that personality types do not affect reading attitudes and reading effectiveness.

Web usability is utilized as a standard for constructing and managing website to be useful by people of all abilities and disabilities. Link integrity is one of main criteria for web usability evaluation. Links that are found to be broken or pointing to irrelevant information lead gradual degradation of link integrity over time. This study has conducted investigation for link integrity of Korean public institution website. Among 49 website that are accessible by an automatic link checker software, 91.8% of the website has more than one broken links. Also average number of broken links is 50.5 that is 0.33% of the number of links. 29 websites consist of internal broken links. And 22 website do not provide any information on the missing page. Broken links enlower website confidence by reducing web usability as well as they prohibit web search engine not to provide information on the website. Therefore, web developers and managers need to be aware of importance of link integrity and prohibit web usability degradation by performing link validation as a web management task or periodically.

지식기반경제사회에서 지식을 습득하고 행동할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 인적자원이야 말로 기업의 핵심경쟁력 이라는 것은 자명한 것이다. 디지털시대로 특징지어지는 21세기에는 지식이야말로 기업의 경쟁우위에 중요한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 기업은 디지털시대에 있어서 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위하여 학습조직의 활성화는 기업의 경쟁에 있어서 중요한 핵심요소가 된다. 그러나 대부분 기업들이 학습활동을 하면서도 학습조직의 활성화가 기업에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 분석은 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 학습조직의 활성화가 기업조직의 유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 기업학습조직 활성화에 지속적 학습, 시스템적 사고, 조직몰입 등이 기업조직의 유효성에 유의하게 판단되었다.

In this study, to assess the validity of scaling law which was based on the ventilation factor and utilized in fields of compartment fires, numerical simulations were conducted on full- and 2/5 reduced-scale compartment fires using FDS and simulation results were compared with the previously published experimental data. The numerical modeling used in this study was verified by comparing the predicted temperature at several points of the upper layer with the experiment data. Temperature and concentration distribution inside of compartments and velocity profile at door of compartment are analyzed to assess the validity of scaling law. Comparison between the predicted results on the full- and reduced-scale compartments shows good agreements on the inner compartment flow patterns, outflowing flame patterns from the compartments, and vertical temperature distributions.
