  • The aim of the study is to examine the applicability of FRBRoo / CIDOC CRM to conceptualize information resources for localities. It attemps to establish the conceptual structure and the relationship of them and seeks ways to apply the model. For this purpose, almost 30 articles specially in localities research were analysed and categories of information resources for localities were identified. After examining conceptual model in cultural information management sectors (library, museum, archive), 6 case of conceptualization were attempted based on FRBRoo / CIDOC CRM. In conclusion, it presented that FRBRoo / CIDOC CRM could be applied to various type of information resources for localities and that it could be possible to represent information resources based on particular space(place, local) through the conceptualization.

  • The relative effects of individual differences in cultural orientation (individualism vs. collectivism) and locus of control (LOC: internal vs. external control beliefs) combination types on global/local processing were compared by manipulating the compound stimulus types (arrows or letters), and the stimulus-stimulus congruence. The results can be summarized as followings. First, consistent with previous research on global/local processing of the compound stimuli, reaction time (RT) for global stimuli than for local stimuli, and that in the stimulus-stimulus congruent condition than in the stimulus-stimulus incongruent condition was faster. Second, faster RT was found in the compound arrows condition than in the compound letters. Third, individual difference in LOC, rather than that in the cultural orientations, appeared to be related to global precedence effect, when the compound letters were presented. These results indicated that the individual's LOC rather than cultural orientation can increase the size of the global precedence effect, which might be involved in the stage of cognitive analysis than that of feature detection.

First, type PD had a positive effect on innovation performance in both in-bound and out-bound innovation and had improved performance through in-bound innovation in a dynamic technical environment. While DH had no significant effect on both innovations. Second, PH and DD, strategy-culture mismatched types, had a single effect of innovation that affected performance. No moderating effects of environmental dynamism had been shown in types PH, DD, DH. SMEs that aim for open innovation should strive to improve performance by aligning change-oriented strategy with creative and challenging culture.

  • Efforts are being made internationally to pay attention to the landscape value of modern and contemporary heritage and to pass it on. However, in Korea, the registration of modern and contemporary landscape heritage as registered cultural properties is insignificant. There has also been little discussion on ways to improve the system in this regard. This study sought ways to improve the registration criteria and classification system of the registered cultural property system so that modern and contemporary landscaping heritage could be protected. Currently, the registration criteria for registered cultural properties are not stipulated for each type of heritage, but are stipulated as a single comprehensive standard. Registration criteria should be separately prepared so that the landscape value of the heritage can be reviewed. First, the registration criteria have an important value in understanding the development of landscape culture. Second, well-preserved landscaping reflects or characterizes the times. Lastly, it should be defined as related to the works of major artists or important figures or historical events. The classification system must match the studied building cultural property classification system, and the detailed types of modern and contemporary landscape heritage should be specified. The major classification follows the building cultural property classification system, but parks and green spaces, squares, and gardens, which can be called a single landscape heritage, should be added to the middle classification. Landscaping heritage, such as gardens combined with building heritage, shall be specified in the subcategory based on building use.
