본 논문은 우리나라에서도 2002년 7월1일 시행하게될 제조물책임법(PL)에 대비해 최근 우리나라 및 선진국인 미국, 일본을 중심으로 조사된 최근 사례를 결함별, 제품별, 국가별로 유형화하여 분석한다. PL법이 시행되기 전 많은 사례들이 발생하여 소송으로 제기되었고, 각 나라는 많은 시행착오를 거쳐 지금의 제조물책임(PL)을 수정, 보완되고 있는데 이러한 측면에서 외국의 사례와 우리나라의 사례를 비교, 유형화시켜 분석하고자 한다.

본 연구는 첫째로는 수학교육에서 패턴이 강조되는 이론적 근거를 찾고자 역사적 맥락에서 수학의 성격변화를 탐색하였다. 수학의 성격 변화를 통하여 수학은 수의 탐구, 기하의 탐구, 운동ㆍ변화ㆍ공간의 탐구, 수학 연구의 도구에 대한 탐구로 그 영역을 점차 확대하여 왔으며, '수학은 패턴의 과학이다'라는 정의는 수학이 폭넓어짐에 따라 수학이 무엇인가에 대한 수학의 본성에 접근하는 논의라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 수학에 대한 새로운 관점은 수학교육의 새로운 방향 모색에 시사하는 바를 살펴보고, 특히 수학교실의 변화에 따른 패턴의 강조를 살펴보았다. 둘째로는 수학적 패턴을 밝힘과 동시에 수학 교육에서 수학적 패턴 분석의 틀을 마련하고자 수학적 패턴의 유형화를 시도하였다. 패턴의 속성에 따른 유형화와 패턴의 생성 방식에 따른 유형화를 통하여 수학적 패턴의 유형을 마련하였다. 초등학교 수학에서 다루어지는 패턴은 어떠한 것인가를 현행 4학년 수학교과서 및 익힘책에 제한하여 유형화한 틀로서 조사 분석하였다. 셋째로는 수학적 패턴에 관한 지도 방안의 모색으로서, 지도의 기본 방향을 설정하고 수학적 패턴에 관한 교수 전략을 마련하였다. 교수전략은 크게 패턴에서의 규칙 찾기, 패턴을 변형ㆍ확장하기, 자신의 새로운 패턴 만들기, 패턴을 수학적으로 설명하기로 나누고, 각각에 3-4개의 세부 전략과 세부 전략에 따른 예를 제시하였다.

본 고는 미디어 산업 관점에서 미디어 콘텐츠의 메타버스 플랫포밍(Platforming)에 관심갖는다. 이에 트랜스미디어 프랜차이징이 가능한 콘텐츠가 메타버스 플랫폼에서 서비스될 수 있음을 전제로 하여 콘텐츠의 메타버스 플랫포밍을 유형화해 설명하고, 향후 미래를 전망해보고자 한다.

The objectives of this study are developing the new types of elderly abuse and finding the variables affecting the new elderly abuse type. And This is at suggesting the intervention strategies preventing the elderly abuse. The 350 cases of elderly abuse reported in Elder Protection Agency was analysed. Data is analyzed by using statistical techniques including cluster analysis and logit-regression. New type of elderly abuse is "violent elderly abuse" and "avoiding elderly abuse". Violent elderly abuse is very connected with directly violence speech and behavior and avoiding elderly abuse is connected with neglect and abandonment, self-neglect. The elderly's instrumental activity of daily living and education, the offender's sex and education and living together type of the elderly - the offender, and the offender's care burden are the casual factors of the new type of elderly abuse. Based on the results, the various service programmes for the abused elderly is developed and implemented.

The study aims to identify the typology of urban-rural migration and its implications. Factors analysis showed that the motivation of migration were economic, idyllic, family, escape of urban life, and farm succession. The most important variable was economic motivation. Cluster analysis also showed that enterprise seeker, small new business seeker, idyllic seeker, and farm successor, This study will be helpful for policy makers to understand urban-rural migration while practical and policy implications were discussed.

교육시설에 BTL사업이 활성화됨에 따라 해당 사업의 규모가 급격히 확대되고 있다. 이에 교육시설 설계에 있어서 창의적이고 효율적인 대안설계를 제안해야함에 따라 설계VE 영역의 중요성이 부각되어 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 현재의 설계VE 진행절차는 준비단계, 분석단계, 실행단계로 이어지며 각 단계별로 다양한 운용기법과 분석방법으로 진행되고 있다. 특히 그동안 진행되었던 다수의 교육시설 설계VE 사례를 살펴본 바에 의하면, 설계VE 과정에서 VE대상 선정 시 동일하거나 유사한 방법이 나타나고, 최종 대안 역시 프로젝트 별로 유사한 패턴을 보이고 있음에도, 기존 설계VE의 전 과정이 반복적으로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이처럼 동일하거나 유사하게 나타나는 대안들을 유형화 하여 설계VE 절차를 간소화함으로써 VE활동 기간을 단축시켜 효율성을 높이고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존 교육시설 설계VE 사례들을 통해 다양한 VE대안들을 분석하여 유형별로 정리한다. 그 결과로 유사한 패턴이 나타나는 최종 대안들을 교육시설의 공간과 각 공간에 따른 공종별로 구분하여 유형화하고자 한다. 이는 교육시설 설계VE 활동 시 유형화 된 대안을 활용하여 기능분석 등의 단계를 생략함으로써 설계VE 활동 기간 단축과 투입 노력을 축소시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이며, 설계VE에 있어서 보다 효율적인 운용이 가능하게 될 것이다.

Corporate business in today's domestic industry focuses on using of culture & arts as internal and external marketing strategies with increases number of business cases of implementing corporate cultural marketing. Despite certain demands for the systematic research of corporate cultural marketing, studies have not been sufficiently developed to meet industrial and academic demands. In some paper, studies on effectiveness of corporate cultural marketing have been examined. But the papers were only limited to a conceptual categorization of corporate cultural marketing. Therefore we intended to study patterns of corporate cultural marketing using actual corporate data and explore inter-relationship across the patterns and characteristics. As a result, Korean firms were categorized into four patterns as below: 1)Duty type, 2)Strategic Partner type, 3)Publicity type and 4)Event type. Also, We found that performance of Strategic Partner type was highest.

The narrow interal grid is effective in accuracy, but it is not able to make a densely grided sample, so that smoothing is requared. In digital elevation models, an application of the finite elements method is effective to smooth the undesired noise which is generated in aquisition of elevation data. And this is one of the simple and direct method to solve the problem for discontinuity of terrain. Therefore, the finite elements method is applied to study. In digital elevation model by appling the finite element, smoothing is affected by the height weight. In this study, the relation equation between elevation weight and standard deviation of smoothing was obstained as Y = 1900625 $X^4-312987.6$ $X^3+20330.72$ $X^2-578.6029$ X+12.63772 and from this function, Optimum elevation weight is 0.05.

What follows in this research is the examination of the consumer motives that lead to the usage of smartphones, how the consumers can be categorized by such motives, and how each category of consumers behave differently when using their smartphones. The finding of this research is as follows. First, the result of factor analysis showed that there are four underlying dimensions in consumers. Second, The result showed that consumer can be categorized into three different types, "Other conscious consumers", "Consumers with no specific motives", and "Function pursuing consumers". Third, multi-regression analyses were performed to identify variables that impacted consumers' satisfaction and technostress in the use of smartphone consumers.

본 연구는 대전시 도시 및 주거환경정비기본계획이 수립된 지 2년여가 경과하였고 목표연도(2010년)가 다다른 시점에서 도시재생 취지에 맞게 도시 및 주거환경정비예정구역을 평가 분석하고, 도시 및 주거환경정비사업의 한계를 해결하기 위해 도시재생을 위한 도시 및 주거환경정비사업으로 유형화의 필요성에서 출발한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 도시재생 관련 선행연구와 도시재생 사례 분석을 통해 도시재생의 유형을 도출하였다. 둘째, 대전시 도시 및 주거환경정비사업에 대해 분석한 후, 기존의 물리적 환경에 의해 구분되는 도시 및 주거환경정비사업의 문제점을 도출하였다. 끝으로 도시재생의 취지에 맞도록 물리적 환경뿐만 아니라 사회, 경제, 문화적 환경의 특성을 고려하는 도시 및 주거환경정비사업의 유형화 방안을 제시하였다.
