  • 오늘날 기업 평가 및 실적예측에 있어 유형 자산 뿐 아니라 지식재산권과 같은 무형자산의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 대표적인 무형자산 중 하나인 특허 정보를 활용하여 기업실적간의 상관관계에 관련된 연구들이 많이 행해지고 있다. 기존 연구들은 분석 기업의 출원 및 등록 수만을 고려하여 업종의 특성과 출원 및 등록된 특허의 질을 고려하지 않은 연구들이 많이 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 특허가 제약 분야에 속한 기업의 실적에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 연구하기 위해 미국에 상장된 제약기업 30개를 대상으로 10년간의 특허 및 기업실적을 나타내는 시계열자료를 통해 실증적으로 분석하였다.

Place Marketing of Territorial Assets and Regional Festival : The case of Kyungbuk Province, Korea (영역자산의 장소판촉과 향토축제의 유형 -경북지방을 사례로-)

  • Regional festivals had not been for regional economy in the past. However, they have recently become an important way for place marketing, and regional festivals to improve regional economy have been increasing rapidly. In this context, the work proposes to examine the types of regional festivals and the features of territorial assets utilizing for the regional festivals in Kyungbuk province, Korea. In Kyungbuk, regional festivals have rapidly increased with the conduction of local autonomy since 1996. While their number was only 14 until 1995, it increased to 66 as of 2006. The regional festivals can be classified into traditional folk-type cultural art-type, industrial spatiality-type and tourism event-type. All of the regional festivals that have emerged since the late 1990s are industrial spatiality-type or tourism event-type. Both of these types share about two-thirds of total regional festivals in Kyungbuk. The most serious problem in the regional festivals of Kyungbuk is that they are becoming similar each other in the period of festivals and territorial assets. Near 90% of festivals hold for 5 months, in April, May, July, August, September, October and over 40% only for 2 months, in May and September. In addition, 27 of total 66 festivals utilize similar territorial assets. Especially, the trend of duplication is stronger in natural ecological assets and industrial specialty assets. Place marketing strategy needs to be more focused on cultural assets.

건조물 문화재 화재예방 및 보호방안

  • 건조물 문화재는 오랜 세월 우리 민족의 전통과 혼이 오롯히 담긴 귀중한 자산으로서 한 번 소실되면 영원히 원형을 잃게 되기 때문에 사전대비책이 중요하다. 특히 유형문화재의 주류를 이루고 있는 사찰 등 건조물 문화재의 대부분이 화재에 취약한 목조로 되어 있어 예방 및 보호대책이 시급한 실정이다. 관리자나 소유자뿐만 아니라 우리 국민 모두가 우리의 소중한 문화재를 지키겠다는 의지를 가지고 관리하여 온전한 형태로 후세에 물려주어야 할 것이다.

  • 2000년 문제의 특징은 문제의 정체는 확실히 모두 알고 있고, 기술적으로도 또한 어려운 것이 아니다. 시간이 한정되어 있고, 스케쥴의 지연이나 연기가 허용되지 않고, 2000년이 되기 이전에도 문제가 발생할 소지가 있다. 이는 정보시스템만의 문제가 아니고 전 어플리케이션 자산에 대해 대응할 필요가 있다. 현재 문제없이 가동되고 있는 어플리케이션도 확인이 필요하고, 확인 테스트가 꼭 필요하다.

Assessment of Perceived Naturalness of Local Ecological Assets from the Perspective of Cultural Ecosystem Services (생태계문화서비스 관점에서 지역생태자산의 인지된 자연성 평가)

  • The assessment of perceived naturalness aims to elucidate the human perception and explain the interaction between natural environments and humans. The perception of ecological assets that exhibit distinct characteristics within a specific region can manifest in various representations. Based on the users' perceptions and interviews regarding ecological assets, this study assessed the perceived naturalness from a cultural services perspective. Specifically, the discussions on Ansan City's ecological assets and revolved around the inherent value of naturalness in dimensions, such as the necessity for conservation and the sustainable development of ecological assets, the perception of ecosystem benefits, the representativeness as a local asset, and usability. Subsequently, the Q method was employed to present 25 representative ecological assets to 25 users. As a result, user groups with different value systems for each question were identified, and hypothetical personas for cultural service enjoyment were distinguished. The most representative persona among the 25 users was identified as AWP (a type that values the conservation of aquatic ecosystems, prefers waterfront landscapes, and enjoys walking). Since perceived naturalness is conceptually similar to the "benefits perceived by users" in evaluating ecosystem services, it can provide more practical evaluation criteria for cultural services.

Efficiency Analysis of Terrestrial Broadcasters and Comprehensive Programming Program Providers by Additive DEA (Additive DEA 모형을 이용한 지상파방송사업자와 종합편성 방송채널사용사업자의 효율성 분석)

  • While total sales of broadcasting business have been increasing, terrestrial broadcasters' sales are stagnant and comprehensive programming program providers(PPs)' sales are increasing. The purpose of this study is to derive implications by analyzing the relative efficiency and super-efficiency of domestic broadcasters in such an asymmetric situation. In this study, we use input and output data of three central terrestrial broadcasters and four comprehensive programming PPs from 2012 to 2019. For the analysis, Additive DEA model and Additive super-efficiency DEA model are used with the assumption of VRS condition since the broadcasting industry is characterized by economies of scale. As a result, we find out that the input excess of tangible assets is the most decisive cause of inefficiency that reduces the efficiency of central terrestrial broadcasters. On the other hand, for the comprehensive programming PPs, the input excess of tangible assets and the output shortfall of total sales are important factors of inefficiency.

항만 유형과 정보시스템 역할에 관한 연구

  • 항만정보시스템의 기능과 항만유형과는 관련성이 있는 것일까? 본 연구에서는 선진항만들의 유형과 정보시스템 기능 분석을 통하여 관련성을 규명하고자 하였다. 항만들은 자산의소유와 운영의 주체에 따라 국유제, 공영자치제, 지방자치제(지방정부자치제) 및 사유제의 4가지로 유형으로 구분된다. 유형에 따른 항만들의 주요 활동도 달라진다. 국유제와 지방자치제의 경우는 행정처리 기능에 중점을 두고 있는 반면, 공영자치제와 사유제는 고객서비스강화에 중점을 두고 있다. 항만의 유형과 정보시스템과의 상관관계를 조사한 결과 국유제, 지방자치제 항만에는 업무처리 중심의 시스템이 발달하여 있으며, 사유제 및 공영자치제 항만에는 고객서비스를 최우선으로하는 커뮤니티 시스템과 e-Business 시스템이 발달되어 있었다. 항만유형별 정보시스템의 차이는 부산항만정보시스템의 개선에 시사점을 던져주고 있다. 그동안 국유제 항만으로서 운영되던 부산항이 공영자치제 유형의 운영방식으로 변경됨에 따라 항만정보시스템도 추세에 따라 개선되어야 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법으로 3단계 방법을 제안하였다. 제 1단계가 미러링(Mirroring) 단계로서 항만운영을 안정화시키는 단계이며, 제 2단계에서는 커뮤니티 시스템을 구축하여 고객의 서비스를 제고시키는 협업화단계로 설정하였으며, 제 3단계는 부가가치창출을 위한 수익형 시스템을 개발하는e-Business 개발단계로 설정하였다.

A Study on Influencing Factors on Intention to Adopt NFTs Using UTAUT (UTAUT를 활용한 NFT 잠재적 수용자의 수용의도 영향요인 연구)

  • Although NFTs are a new technology with a fast-growing industry, the studies for consumer protection and promotion are insufficient. Thus, this study analyzes the relationship of variables that affect intention to use NFT based on the UTUAT model, additionally, moderating effect of NFT types and crypto investment experience. Subjects of this study are limited to potential NFT users. The independent variables such as performance expectations, network externality, and innovation are statistically significant, however, the moderating effect is not suggested. With low awareness, the tendencies of subjects lead to adoption rather than technical understanding.

A Study on the Characteristics of Architectural Assets in Daejeon Metropolitan City (대전광역시 건축자산 특성 분석 연구)

  • This study aimed to verify the relationship of a city's history and identity through an architectural assets survey of Daejeon Metropolitan City. To achieve these purposes, the architectural assets survey was carried out, and the characteristics were reviewed. The results of this study are as follows. (1) The architectural assets are composed of 86.5% buildings, 7.4% space environments, and 6.1% infrastructure. (2) Of the architectural assets, 52.7% were constructed in the 1960s~1980s, and 25.0% were built before the Korean War. (3) The physical characteristics of the architectural assets are represented by the single floor, housing and religious facilities, traditional Korean roof tiles, and cement mortar and wood finishing. The characteristics of the architectural assets of Daejeon Metropolitan City are related to the allocation of public offices, banks, and government buildings after the relocation of Chungnam-Do Province Office in the 1930s, and reconstruction and revival around Daejeon station after the Korean War. In particular, the accumulation of Hanok for the shrine in Isa-dong and the townhouse for railroad officers in Soje-dong represent the regional and modern history of Daejeon Metropolitan City.
