Can users' important usability factor bring users' satisfaction? (사용자가 원하는 사용성 요소의 충족이 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구는 실제 사용자 언어로서의 사용성 평가를 시도하기 위해 진행되었다. 기존의 획일화 된 잣대로서의 평가가 아닌, 사용자가 원하는 사용성 요소가 충족되었을 때의 지각되는 사용성에 대한 만족도를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용자의 유형에 따라 제품 및 서비스의 인터페이스에 중요하다고 생각하는 사용성 요소가 다를 것이라고 가정한 뒤, 그 사용성 요소의 충족여부에 따라서 사용자의 주관적인 만족도가 다르게 나타날 것이라고 예상하였다. 이 연구문제를 위하여 혁신 수용의 사용자 유형 별로 가장 중요하다고 생각하는 사용성 요소를 추출하였다. 조기사용자는 사용성 요소 중 Affect의 사용성 요소를 가장 중요하다고 평가하였으며 후기사용자는 사용성 요소 중 Productivity의 사용성 요소를 가장 중요하다고 평가하였다. 이후 각각의 사용자 유형에 중요평가된 사용성 요소가 충족되거나 충족되지 않은 프로토타입을 제시한 뒤, 사용 경험의 만족도를 조사한 결과, 각 사용자 유형 내에서의 만족도는 충족여부에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였으나, 각 사용자 유형 간의 만족도는 충족여부에 따른 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 사용성평가를 평가자의 언어가 아닌 사용자의 언어로 측정하는 새로운 평가방식 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 본 연구는 사용자 유형 별 중요하게 기대하는 사용성 요소의 결과를 제시함으로써 제품 및 서비스의 인터페이스의 개발에 있어 사용자 군 별 중요하게 고려되어야 할 속성들의 판단자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

과학영재 중학생에서의 진로유형과 자아개념의 상관 연구

  • 본 연구는 현재까지 밝혀진 영재성의 구성요인으로서 지적 능력, 창의성, 과제집착력, 대인관계, 정신운동성, 음악적 능력등과 같은 내적, 외적 요인 이외의 요인으로서의 영재의 진로유형고 자아개념을 설명하고, 이 두 개의 요인의 상관관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 일반 중학교 74명과 과학영재교육원에서 수강중인 중학생 58명을 대상으로 Holland 진로탐색검사와 성신자기개념검사를 사용하여 과학영재 중학생과 일반 중학생의 진로유형과 자아개념을 비교하였다. 연구결과, 과학영재들의 진로유형은 주로 탐구형이 나타났으며, 자아개념은 일반 중학생에 비해 모든 하위차원이 높게 나타났다. 영재의 진로유형과 자아개념의 하위차원간의 상관에서는 자아존중감에서만 유의미한 관계를 찾아내었다. 본 연구는 영재의 자아개념과 진로유형이 영재성이 특성을 설명하는 요인으로는 설명이 부족하지만, 각각의 요인을 영재성의 한 단편 요인으로 설명하고자 하였다.

A Study on the Determination Factors of Service QualitY for Local Nong-Hyup. (지역농협의 금융서비스 품질결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • After IMF crisis in late 1997, the environment of banking industry has become competitive. To survive in this circumstance, the Local Nong-Hyup is needed to understand the customer's needs and improve the service quality. To achive the purpose, two methods were employed in this study. The first corvered the review of related literature on service. The second adopted field survey approach for data. The study model was developed using Venkatakrishnan & Jagannathan's "An Enhanced Model for Measuring Service Quality" model and details of study as follows. 1. What is the determination factors of service quality for Local Nong-Hyup. 2. Are there differences between "service perception" and "service expectation" for Local Nong-Hyup. 3. Does banking service determination factor of Local Nong-hyup affects customer's satisfaction. 4. Does banking service determination factor of Local Nong-hyup affects customer's repurchase. 5. Does customer's satisfaction for Local Nong-hyup relates repurchase. The samples of this study were extracted at random from the customers of Local Nong-hyup. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed to do frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, regression analysis, cross sectional analysis using SPSS Win 10. The results are as follows, First, as determination factors of service quality for Local Nong-Hyup "Reliability, Empathy, Tangibles, Convenience" were extracted by factor analysis. Secondly, using t-test, it was found that there are factor's gap between service anticipation and service perception. Thirdly, using regression analysis, it was found that except Convenience factor, Reliability, Empathy and Tangibles factors affect customer's satisfaction. Forthly, using regression analysis, it was found that all the factors affect repurchase. Finally, using cross sectional analysis, it was found that customer's satisfaction and customer's repurchase correlate.

  • This study was researched by practical method in a subjectivity study accessible in-depth, in sloughing off old habit of functional quantity analysis about utility awareness of medical machinery. The perception pattern come out in this study were divided into three types in Q-methodology. The result is as follows ; it is that divided '1[(N=11) : Safety & Importance of Advertising 1], 2[(N=9) : Safety & Importance of Advertising 2], 3[(N=10) : Safety & Endurance]'. Like this, it found that is very different type all over. Hereafter, this study is to ascertain acceptance behavior about reception type on utility awareness of medical machinery ; to offer a developmental suggestion about it.

신뢰와 원자력 수용성

  • 본 연구는 일반인들이 원자력 관련 기관에 대해서 가지는 다양한 신뢰유형이 원자력 수용성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구의 검토를 통하여 신뢰를 대상별, 유발요인별로 기관에 대한 신뢰, 사람에 대한 신뢰, 인지적 신뢰, 정서적 신뢰 등으로 구분하였다. 최종적으로 이들을 결합하여 기관에 대한 인지적 신뢰, 기관에 대한 정서적 신뢰, 사람에 대한 인지적 신뢰, 사람에 대한 정서적 신뢰 등 신뢰유형을 나누어서 원자력 수용성에 대한 이들 신뢰유형의 상대적 영향력을 분석하였다. 또한 원자력에 대한 수용성은 강도에 따라 가장 약한 '현재의 원자력 발전소 유지'에 대한 수용성, '원자력 발전소 추가 건설'에 대한 수용성, 가장 강도가 강한 정책인 '핵폐기장 건설'에 대한 수용성 등으로 구분하였다. 분석결과를 통해 신뢰는 원자력의 수용성에 매우 중요한 요소임을 다시 한 번 강조할 수 있다. 또한 일반인들은 각각의 신뢰유형에 대해서 차별적으로 인지하고 있음을 보여주었으며 이에 따라 신뢰에 대한 다(多)유형, 다(多)차원적 고려가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 한편 정책의 강도에 따라 가장 약한 정책에 대한 수용성에서는 기관에 대한 인지적 신뢰가 가장 강한 영향력을 가진 반면 정책에 대한 강도가 강해질수록 사람에 대한 정서적 신뢰의 영향력이 강해지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 원자력 정책의 주요 내용과 파급효과, 시민들에게 미치는 영향의 강도 등에 따라서 신뢰제고를 위한 차별적 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.

A Typology of Maritally Violent Men: Testing the Three Batterer Subtypes Derived from Theory (가정폭력 행위자의 유형: 이론에 따른 세 하위유형의 검증)

  • This study investigated subtypes of men who batter, and explored the differences among them. It was based on 217 subjects from all around the nation who received legal punishment. In the analysis of the typology, we specifically tested whether the Holtzworth-Munroe and Stuart proposed typology was verified. The results of the cluster analysis revealed support for their theoretical distinction for three types of abusers. These results imply that Holtzworth-Munroe and Stuart's batterer typology is applicable to Korean batterers to some degree. Type 1 men demonstrated the lowest levels of physical and psychological abuse toward their wives and were the least likely to have had a history of child abuse or alcohol problems. These men had lower MCMI scores and did not show any extraordinary personality traits. Men in this category were violent only against their wives, had relatively liberal sex role attitudes and had the most satisfaction in their intimate relationships. Type 2 men were violent only at home, using a moderate level of violence. These men had very high levels of dependency on others and showed a borderline, avoident or passive-aggressive personality. The amount of alcohol consumption was similar to Type 1, but scores of jealousy, self-esteem, and attitudinal variables were similar to Type 3 men. They lacked assertiveness skills and reported the least marital satisfaction. Type 3 men used the most severe violence and were violent both inside and outside the home. These men showed signs of antisocial and aggressive personality. They had experienced frequent physical abuse during childhood, were the most likely to abuse alcohol and had lower self-control. Type 3 were the most traditional in their views of women's roles and had attitudes supporting violence. Based upon the study findings, practical implications of enhancing treatment efficacy were considered.

  • This study has recently been issued to businesses and consumers who examined the effects of cross-advertising model. Experimental design, the model type (2) ${\times}$ sexuality products (2) ${\times}$ advertising message appeal form (2) is a factorial design. The results are as follows. First, the advertising model, based on the type of cognitive response to advertising than the general model of cross-recall index was higher model. Second, the product of gender identity in response to what the advertising product for women than men was higher index of product recalls. Third, the ad attention model ANOVA results for each type of message, the main effect of appeal type was identified. In addition, the type and model of sexual identity, and message appeal type in the type of model interaction effects were found. Finally, the model-product analysis of goodness of fit, the model type and sexual identity and appeal type messages of main effect were identified. The result is more efficient advertising effect model strategies for promoting meaningful results, it is meant to be confirmed.

  • Currently, road mobility improved from the National Road Improvement. Nevertheless delineation system is facility that enhanced driver's safety, that was set up often inconsistent or nonexistent over the road exit ramp So it judged functional investigation will be necessary. This study suggested setting type of the delineation system. That was based on a field study and reviews the legal standard of it and considering driver's cognition behavior. For the study, make a 3D-simulation and so could objectively a comparative test. Comparison variable between delineation setting type is selected conspicuity and visibility. Cased that illustrated characteristics of driver's visual cognition behavior. The experiment was used Eye Marker Recorder for measure the gaze frequency more quantitatively and objectively. And used the ANOVA analysis for significance testing between delineation setting type. A significant percent of the conspicuity analyzed types(Safe mark, Obstacle Sign, Warning Light, and Tubular Maker) in road exit ramp for recognize. And gaze frequency that measure of effectiveness of visibility are measured. On the analysis result, the visibility was significance difference between delineation setting type and visibility of types was best.

A Study on Secondary School Students' Reasoning Types about Measurement (중.고등학생들의 측정에 대한 추론 유형 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the secondary school students' reasoning types in regards to measurement and to get implications for science education. The subjects were 197 middle school students and 200 high school students. The PMQ1 written instrument was used to explore students' ideas. Students' ideas about measurement were classified in two types of point and set reasoning. The reasoning types distribution were analyzed by grade and measurement step such as data collection, data processing, and data comparison. Reasoning types distribution by measurement step indicated that set reasoning type showed high figures in data processing, but point reasoning type appeared in data collection, and data comparison. Set reasoning type increased significantly by grade in data comparison. The majority of students recognized that the true value of the measurand can not be determined.
