Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology of Invasive Ductal Carcinoma with Osteoclast-like Giant cells - A Case Report - (유파골세포형 다핵거대세포를 동반한 침윤성 유방관암종의 세침흡인세포학적 소견 - 1예 보고 -)

  • Malignant tumors of the breast with stromal multinucleated giant cells are rare entity of uncertain clinical significance. There have been few reports on the fine needle aspiration cytologic(FNAC) findings about these rare tumors. We report a FNAC case of invasive mammary carcinoma with osteoclast-like giant cells not only for its rare occurrence but in particular for its distinctive cytologic picture on aspirated material. The patient was a 40-year-old woman who presented with a right breast mass for one month. Mammography showed a well-demarcated rounded mass density without calcification. The aspirates of FNAC were highly cellular and two main cell types were seen; malignant epithelial cells and osteoclast-like multinucleated giant cells. The carcinoma cells occurred singly or arranged in loose clusters with ill-defined cytoplasm, oval nuclei, coarse chromatin and small but distinct nucleoli. The multinucleated giant cells showed variable number of nuclei with prominent nucleoli and abundant dense oxyphilic cytoplasm. The immunocytochemical studies suggested that osteoclast-like giant cells were not of epithelial origin, but rather of histlocytic origin.

  • The sleep stages provides the most basic evidence for diagnosing a variety of sleep diseases. for staging sleep by analysis of EEG(electroencephalogram), it is especially important to detect the characteristic waveforms from EEG. In this paper, sleep EEG signals were analyzed using Fourier transform and continuous wavelet transform as well as discrete wavelet transform. Proposeed system methods. Fourier and wavelet for detecting of important characteristic waves(hump, sleep spindles. K-complex, hill wave, ripple wave) in sleep EEG. Sleep EEG data were analysed using Daubechies wavelet transform method and FFT method. As a result of simulation, we suggest that our neural network system attain high performance in classification of characteristic waves.

Quality Characteristics of Yukwa Prepared with Pigmented Rice (유색미를 첨가하여 제조한 유과의 품질)

  • Yukwa was prepared with the glutinous rice by the addition of different ratio of pigmented rice (0, 3, 5, 7, 10%) and were steeped for 7 days at 20$^{\circ}C$. No significant differences were found among the samples when the textural properties of Yukwa dough and base were measured using a texture analyzer. But the crispness was decreased with tile increase of the addition level of pigmented rice. The redness (a value) and yellowness (b value) of the dough and Yukwa base were increased and the lightness (L value) was decreased as the addition levels increased. The expansion rate of Yukwa was decreased with the increase of addition levels. The overall acceptability of Yukwa prepared with the addition of 7% pigmented rice was the best in the sensory evaluation.

A Study on the Classification of Jeokbyeok-ga's Version by the Computer Analysis Technique of Bibliographies (컴퓨터 문헌 분석 기법을 활용한 <적벽가> 이본의 계통 분류 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the system of the Jeokbyeok-ga's version using the Computer analysis technique of bibliographies and to examine the achievements of the Jeokbyeok-ga's version studies. First, in order to provide basic data for analysis, a raw corpus was constructed for 46 species of Jeokbyeok-ga. Through this, the common narrative units of the Jeokbyeok-ga were identified as 5 layers, and thus 146 individual paragraphs could be extracted. Based on the encoded corpus, we tried to measure the similarity and the distance between the two. Next, we applied the Multidimensional scaling method, Hierarchical cluster analysis and Cladistic analysis method of the system to confirm the distribution of versions group and it was possible to visually grasp the distance between versions and the system of the work. As a result of analyzing Computer analysis technique of bibliographies, it was found that version's group of the Jeokbyeok-ga was divided into a Wanpan(完板) series and Changbon(唱本) series. Also, it was possible to examine the influence relationship between the Pansori's traditions and transmission.

The Musical Choice by Kim Sohee through Okjungga (옥중가를 통해 본 김소희의 음악적 선택)

  • Manjungpan Chunhyangga is established by Manjung Kim Sohee. She selectively chose and arranged the songs by Jung Jungryeol, Song Mangap, Jung Eungmin, Kim Yeonsoo, Park Dongsil, and Jung Kwangsil. Kim Sohee once stated that while a major section of Chunhyangga is based on the songs by Jung Jungryeol, Song Mangap, Jung Eungmin, and Kim Yeonsoo, the whole part of Okjungga is derived from Park Dongsil. However, there is not much material that will provide enough information with regard to what musical characteristics Park Dongsilje Chunhyangga possessed. Under the circumstances, the voice of Park Dongsilje, left by Kim Sohee, triggers curiosity on Park Dongsilje Chunhyangga. It can also be construed that there must be a good reason for choosing Park Dongsilje for Okjungga, unlike other parts. Therefore, this paper attempted to find out what the unique features of Par Dongsilje are and what the reasons behind Kim Sohee's musical choice were through comparison and analysis of Kim Sohee's musical features in Okjungga. The following are the results. Firstly, Okjungga is a created verse by its nature and it does not possess specific features to a school. Therefore, the reason for choosing Park Dongsilje could have been based on musical reason rather than verse. Secondly, the lyrics of Park Dongsilje Okjungga is closer to that of Song Mangap rather than that of Jung Jungryeolje. It can be argued that it falls between the two of them. Thirdly, the tone and melody of Park Dongsilje Okjungga falls in the middle section of Dongpyenje and Supyenje. Fourthly, the analysis of Jinyangjo rhythm out of the whole Manjungpan Chunhyangga shows that there are slight differences among Song Mangapje, Jung Jungryeolje, and Jung Eungminje. Park Dongsilje is very unique in the sense that it does not use utbutim in gyemyeonjo part in Manjungpan Chunhyangga. Park Dongsilje Okjungga is a song to which the tone, melody, and sigimsae of Supyeonje is added to lyric butimsae of Dongpyeonje. It can be seemed as simple and less sophisticated because, with its simple lyric butimsae, it shows a less complicated tone utilization rather than Jung Jungryeol. With lighter decoration of music, feelings can be conveyed more directly. That is probably why Kim Sohee commented on Park Dongsilje Chunhyangga that it is the most mournful song for Chunhyang and it is the song that moves anyone who listens to the song. Consequently, Kim Sohee accepted Park Dongsilje Okjungga and she created different feelings to Manjungpan Chunhyangga which has repeatedly displayed the color of Jung Jungryeol. Combining the lyric addition of Dongpyeon style and the melody of Supyeon style can crated a different language.

Jeong Jeongryeol-je Choonhyangga's full transmission and differentiation according to the pansori schools or versions (정정렬제 춘향가의 전승 및 유파·바디에 따른 분화)

  • This paper aimed to clarify the identity and category of the Jeong Jeongnyeol-je Chunhyangga from the perspective of the pansori transfer, while revealing the trajectory of Jeong Jeong-ryeol-je Chunhyangga, which remains in the modern pansori. Jeong Jeong-ryeol's Chunhyangga pansori part has been handed out to date, and except for the love song section, the pansori section, which corresponds to the love-separate-suffering-reunion paragraph, is almost complete. In the case of "Lee Doryeong enters Dongheon," "Hwangneungmyo song," and "The royal secret inspector visits Chunhyang's house to console her", there is a difference in pansori rhythm compared to Chunhyangga, which is currently held. "Why Yi Doryeong came to Chunhyang's House" is used in the form of an Aniri in the current Chunhyangga and "Chunhyang is treated as a virtuous woman in Namwon" is the only one included in Park Rokju's Changbon. "The royal secret inspector gathers people of Namwon to give a feast" is a new part that is not found in Chunhyangga, which is now being held, and can be seen as the Changgeuk sori of pursuing theatrical fun. On the other hand, this paper confirmed that the period between 1936 and 1937, when the Joseon Traditional Vocal Music Group actively performed Changgeuk and the record companies released a series of Changgeuk records, such as and , was an important time for the re-establishment of the Jeong Jeong-ryeol-je Chunhyangga, and that the Chunhyangga of those who had learned it before 1936-1937 was different from those who had learned it after that period. The preceding group includes Park Rok-ju, Kim Yeo-ran and Kim So-hee, while the latter group includes Kim Yeon-soo, Jung Kwang-soo, Park Dong-jin, Jung Kwang-soo and Kang Do-geun. In addition, except for Kim So-hee, these two groups are divided by the time they have learned Jeong Jeong-ryeol-je, whether they inherit the Jeong Jeong-ryeol-je from beginning to end, and by the gender of male and female singers. In teaching his pupils, Jeong Jeong-ryeol chose to use the "old-fashioned pansori" teaching method with impromptu plate-making in mind and the "modern pansori" teaching method with stereotyped sounds in mind. As a result, there were two aspects of Jeong Jeongryeol-je Chunhyangga's succession: a female singer-centered succession, which was held as learned from beginning to end, and a male singer-centered succession, which was held differently depending on the pansori schools or versions.

평악곽씨정골전통약물적현대연구(平樂郭氏正骨傳統藥物的現代硏究) -평악곽씨(平樂郭氏) 정골(正骨)에 대한 전통약물의 현대적 연구-

  • 중국 낙양의 평악곽씨(平樂郭氏) 정골법은 중국의학의 골상과(骨傷科) 중에서 중요한 학술유파로 널리 알려져 있다. 그 치료법에 있어서 독특하고 체계적인 시술법을 갖추고 있는데, 교정 수기법, 고정방법, 기능훈련, 약물치료 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다. 창상(創傷)에 대한 약물요법에서 "파(破) 화(和) 보(補)" 3단계로 분류된 약물사용 원칙을 제시하였는데, 즉 골정손상의 초기에는 기혈어체(氣血瘀滯)의 병리기전에 입각하여 약물은 활혈화어제(活血化瘀劑)를 주로 사용하고, 중반에는 기혈부화(氣血不和) 경락부통(經絡不通)의 기전으로 파악하고 주로 활혈통락(活血通絡)시키는 약물을 사용하며, 말기에는 구병(久病)으로 기형(氣血)이 휴손(虧損)되므로 보기혈(補氣血) 및 장근골(壯筋骨)의 약물을 주로 사용한다. 이와 같은 평악곽씨(平樂郭氏)의 正骨(정골)에 관한 약물사용 원칙을 토대로 선조의 처방과 경험방 및 후세의 통용방(協定方)을 근간으로 심은 평악곽씨(平樂郭氏)의 正骨(정골)에 대한 전통약물시리즈가 형성되었다. 이러한 처방들은 장기간의 임상활용에서 그 효과가 뛰어나고 안전성이 확보된 것으로 입증되었다. 근골통소환(筋骨痛消丸)은 활혈행기(活血行氣), 온경통락(溫經通絡), 소종지통(消腫止痛)의 효능이 있어 근골의 퇴행성 질환이나 만성 노손(勞損)으로 일어나는 종창(腫脹), 통증, 관절활동의 제한, 목 어깨 허리 다리 등의 통증, 발꿈치 통증, 골절 후 지체(肢體)의 종통(腫痛), 어혈 등에 활용한다. 활혈접골지통고(活血接骨止痛膏)는 접골속근(接骨續筋), 통락지통(通絡止痛)의 효능이 있어 골상(骨傷)을 입은 후 지체(肢體)의 종창(腫脹)이나 통증 또는 골절 등에 사용한다. 이 약은 크림제와 고약제 두가지가 있다. 평악내복접골교양(平樂內服接骨膠襄)은 활혈소종(活血消腫), 접골속근(接骨續筋)의 효능이 있어 각종 근육의 손상이나 골정상에 활용된다. 평낙전근단(平樂展筋丹)은 활혈화어(活血化瘀), 서근지통(舒筋止痛), 통리관절(通利關節), 등의 효능이 있어 타박상으로 인한 지체(肢體)의 종통(腫痛), 관절강직, 활동제한 및 골관절 질환과 풍습비통(風濕痺痛) 등을 치료한다. 전통적으로 외용(外用)에 사용되는 산제(散劑)는 마사지에 주로 활용된다. 임상에서 다양한 제형(劑型)으로 개발되어 분무형태로 쓰이는 근상정(筋傷酊)과 마사지 크림으로 사용되는 평악낙전근접마유제(平樂展筋接摩乳劑)가 있다. 소종활혈(消腫活血) 대포제(袋泡劑)는 산제(散劑)를 티팩 형식으로 사용하는 외용제형(外用劑型)이며, 서근활혈(舒筋活血), 소종지통(消腫止痛)의 효능이 있어 타박상 말기에 근육이 굳어지고, 어반이 형성되면서 통증이 나타나며, 종창(腫脹) 등이 생길 때 사용한다. 사용방법은 따뜻한 물에 담가 우려낸 다음 상처부위를 씨어주면 된다. 특별히 제작된 접골환(接骨丸)은 배보간신(培補肝腎), 익기건비(益氣健脾), 활혈통락(活血通絡), 강근건골(强筋健骨) 등의 작용이 있어 파박상이나 골절이 잘 치유되지 않고 오래 지속되는 경우에 사용된다. 이와 같은 다양한 평악곽씨(平樂郭氏)의 전통적인 정골(正骨)에 관한 약물들은 약리학적 실험을 거쳐 그 독성반응이나 부작용 및 임상효과를 관찰한 결과 통제학적으로 p<0.05-0.01로 나타나 98%의 치료효과를 보였으며, 독성 및 부작용이 없어 안정성이 인정되었으므로 긍정적인 치료효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

Physical Properties of Dietary Fiber Sources from Peel of Asian Pear Fruit at Different Growth Stages (생육단계별 배 과피에서 분리한 식이섬유원의 물리적 특성)

  • Physical properties and compositions of dietary fiber sources (DFS) from peels of Asian pear fruit, Hosui, Niitaka and Chuwhangbae, were examined at different growth stages, young, unripe, and ripe fruits, to investigate their use as functional ingredients. Total dietary fiber (TDF) contents of DFS prepared from peels of three cultivars at three stages were high, 74.00-88.38%, with most being insoluble dietary fiber. Total phenolic compound contents of DFS were 1.64-4.46mg/g, with those of Niitaka and Chuwhangbae increasing with growth stages. Density of DFS from young fruit was significantly lower than those from unripe and ripe fruits (p<0.05), because particle size of DFS increased with growth stages within cultivars. Water-holding capacity (WHC) and oil absorption were 3.11-6.03g water/g solid and 1.98-2.57g oil/g sample, respectively. Young fruits, which showed lowest WHC value, had highest oil absorption value. Particle size of DFS had significant correlation with density, WHC, and oil absorption (p<0.05). Physical properties of DFS were mainly influenced by cellulose and uronic acid.

  • Shi Zhen Wang has established his own comprehensive poetics; diachronically, he integrated the main theories on poetry from Wei and Jin to Ming and synchronically the major themes and concerns including 'pure and far-off', 'strong and firm', 'Adoration of Tang', 'Adoration of Song', 'gentle and mild', 'manly and broad minded', 'Nothern Song Ci' and 'Southern Song Ci', etc. The constant goal he sought in this integration process was to represent the intrinsic value of the literary on the basis of the absolute and objective standard without leaning toward a certain value. The standards and values, which are originated from the theory of Shenyun, are founded, more exactly, on 'to reach to it with no written word', 'the meaning outside of the meaning', 'intuitional feeling', 'the nature', 'elegance and righteousness', etc. Because of this, he was able to find good points from each work without prejudice and have full use of his critical talents with objective attitude.
