  • In Kyung-GI DO, An-sung, Each local autonomous entity developed the character design to inform the public relations and revitalize local economy and culture. consequently, These have got benefits with marketing local speciality related to their an-sung character; we call it name is arum, pung-mul, duck-bugi who korea traditional face characters. On the contrary, Most of old characters which have been fallen off their formative qualities became a reason that unfit (4D,3D) special film at local doom movie theater. This thesis aims to study on the character of 'namsadang' group what have been produced in ansung-si, that the show up to people about an-sung 4D Contents what local actually character and to make it more competitive through 3D,4D spacial character project developing process. It is need for new various characters, that (3D,4D-VFX) -Graphics of new an-sung'namsadang' group. that will be total different and new development. total VFX; 4-Dimantion visual graphics released in next an-sung local festival, Business prospects are bright and receiving benefits are increasing. As seen in the case of the character of in 2015, it can be a measure to earn benefits as a higher value-added business if it is managed in the local autonomous entities. In this thesis, I propose what the of character in the local special graphics; VFX style characters design. also I was show up to '4D contents character;' ; 'namsadang' group; creative processing including planing. It is possible to be ranged from special 4D series animation, a feature-length special effct cartoon film, character products, and even local doom Theme parks show up film. which are all expected high profits. These profits will be returned back to the an-sung local autonomous entity, who can use them to develop new contents, one of foundations in local economy. As a result, it is helpful to make local traits and effective tourist attractions.

A Study on the Relationship between Usage Characteristics of TV and Web Animation and Purchase Intent of Goods Featuring Animation Characters (아동 애니메이션 이용 특성과 캐릭터상품 구매의사의 관계 : TV와 웹 애니메이션을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to understand the using characteristics of TV animation and web-based animation of children and investigate the effects of change in viewing process on the purchase of character goods. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted for parents who have children as animation viewers. The results show that there was no difference by age or gender in using both TV and web animation. When parents get animation information on TV, they had their children watch animation through the same TV channel, but the web has no significant relationship between information acquisition path and main service they use. In addition, it is found that parent' perception of TV animation superiority is influenced by respondents' income and children's watching time of animation has no effect on it. Finally, monthly income of households, payment amount of web animation, watching time of TV animation, and perception of quality of TV animation have a significant effect on parents' active purchase of character goods. On the other hand, the purchase intention of the recommended goods is influenced by children's age, the parent's perception about the web animation quality, and the payments of the web animation.

Quality Comparison of Commercial Boiled-Dried Anchovies Processed in Korea and Japan (시판 국내산 및 일본산 마른멸치의 품질 비교)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of the commercial boiled-dried anchovies processed in Japan by determining chemical components and sensory evaluation. The moisture, salinity and acid-insoluble ash contents of the imported boiled-dried anchovies ranged $22.2\sim24.7\%,\;5.7\sim6.6\%\;and\;0.42\sim0.50\%$, respectively. By sensory evaluation, the imported boiled-dried anchovy was less than $5\%$ in breakage, whitish of yellowish in color and no foul smell in odor. Judging from the above results by Korean standard, the imported boiled-dried anchovy was classified into special grade. No difference in total amino acid and a major mineral contents were found between commercial boiled-dried anchovies processed in Korea and Japan. On the other hand, the lipid oxidation of the imported boiled-dried anchovy was inferior to the domestic boiled-dried anchovy sampled immediately after processing.

Quality Characteristics of Bread Made with Chungkukjang Powder (청국장 가루를 첨가한 식빵의 품질 특성)

  • This study investigated the quality characteristics of bread made with different additions of Chungkukjang powder (0, 10, 20%). In the microbiological evaluations, total aerobic bacteria increased with increases in Chungkukjang powder concentration and storage period ($20^{\circ}C$, 3 days). The pH also increased with increasing Chungkukjang powder concentration. For the color values, with increasing Chungkukjang powder content, the lightness (p<0.05) decreased in both the bread crumb and crust, while redness (p<0.05) increased. The yellowness decreased for the bread crust and increased for the bread crumb. Hardness and chewiness were higher, but springiness and cohesiveness were lower, in the breads made with 10 or 20% Chungkukjang powder as compared to the control. The control bread obtained the highest sensory scores for texture and overall acceptability during the storage period. Optimum sensory scores for color, texture, and overall acceptability were obtained for the bread with 10 % Chungkukjang powder until day 1 of storage. From the results of this study, 10% Chungkukjang powder can be added to bread without diminishing its acceptability, but further study is necessary on extending shelf-life and improving consumer acceptance.

  • The purpose of this study is to review the changes in the aviation safety management system, how that system has evolved and what forces caused these changes to take place. Also included is an examination of the development process of the aviation safety management system in view of the new institutionalism, identifying the patterns of change. Based on the results of this study, I propose policy methods to design a desirable civil aviation safety system with a view toward raising the safety standards in the Korean civil aviation community. The major analysis variables are as follows: first, aviation accidents caused by external factors and international standards as independent variables second, environmental changes and political processes affecting aviation safety management system as major mediating variables and third, the aviation safety management legal system, the aviation safety management organizations and an expert participation system as dependent variables. The institutional changes and continuance of the aviation safety management system show that when specific circumstances arise, the continuance lasts depending on the path dependency, and in a certain circumstance, when immanent changing factors reach a critical point, the system suddenly changes by a punctuated equilibrium, which are all included in this study.

  • One of the major requisites for the success of the smart-TV is to create a circumstance where smart-TV app's are produced and purchased on a large scale. However, the smart TV app's may succeed only under the condition that the user interface of the smart TV is greatly evolved from the typical TV remote controller. Several equipments have been devised to tackle the problem of the poor user interface of the smart-TV; however, they are not satisfactory in the aspects that they usually increase the costs of TV-set and they do not help practically the app developers. The equipments are pre formed so that it is hard for the app developers to design their own user interface using them. In the paper, sMartUX, a method for developing the smart-TV app is introduced. sMartUX provides a new paradigm and development environment for designing, implementing, and operating the user interface of the smart TV app using a smart-phone. With sMartUX, app developers can design their own user interface using the various facilities of a smart-phone, and they need not to care the details of various smart-phones and how to launch their user interface onto a smart-phone.

  • 최근의 CALS 시스템 구축 가속화 및 전자상거래 활성화 분위기는 정보기술의 전략적 활용의 초점을 개별기업 위주에서 기업간 협력체제 구축과 이를 바탕으로 하는 기업간 전자적 결합(Electronic Integration)으로 옮기고 있다. 우리는 정보기술의 공유를 기반으로 새로운 기업간의 관계를 구축할 수 있으며, 이러한 관계를 전략적으로 활용함으로써 기존 사업에서의 경쟁우위 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 사업기회를 창출할 수 있다. 관련기업간의 데이터 표준화를 통한 정보의 공유는 CALS 시스템 구축의 바탕이 된다고 할 수 있는데, 정보공유의 범위는 산업별 특성과 제품별 특성에 따라 달라질 수밖에 없으며, 관련기업간의 교섭력(Bargaining Power)에 의해서도 영향을 받게된다. 인터넷 기반 원스톱서비스 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 -수출컨테이너화물 원스톱서비스 시스템 개발-

  • 오늘날 우리 나라가 당면한 최우선 경제과제중 하나는 물류부문의 혁신을 통한 국가경쟁력 강화라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해 정부도 1993년 물류체계 개선을 위한 장기구상으로 ‘화물유통체계 개선 10개년 기본계획’을 수립하여 적극 추진 중에 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 PORT-MIS사용자를 상대로 한 설문조사에서는 선박입출항 업무 관련 서류의 40%, 항만시설 사용 업무와 관련된 서류의 31%, 하역업무 관련 서류의 10%만이 EDI를 활용하고 있었다. EDI 활용이 저조한 사유로는 전송시간이 많이 걸리며, EDI 소프트웨어가 작동되지 않으며, 수신확인이 되지 않기 때문이라 응답을 하였다. 이처럼 오늘날 항만물류산업이 겪고 있는 물류 데이타 흐름의 단절적 현상은 시간이 흐를수록 해결될 기미가 보이고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리 나라가 겪고 있는 물류관련 업무를 한번의 데이터 입력으로 해결할 수 있는 원스톱 서비스 시스템개발을 목표로 우선 PORT-MIS EDI 업무를 처리할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이는 향후 화주, 운송사, 선사, 포워더, 창고업자, 하역회사, 철도청, 화물터미널, 컨테이너 터미널, 해양수산청, 관세청, 출입국관리사무소, 검역소 사이에 서로 교환되는 적하목록, Booking List, 컨테이너 Pick up정보, 위험물 정보, COPINO 정보를 비롯하여 대 관세청 신고 등 수출컨테이너 화물업무의 전반적인 영역으로까지 쉽게 확대할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구결과 구축된 시스템은 원천정보를 중앙의 통합데이터베이스에 저장하여 이를 사용자의 요구에 의해 인터넷을 통해 전달하는 FTP와 웹 EDI 방식을 결합한 하이브리드 형태이다.인터넷으로 주문처리하고, 신속 안전한 배달을 기대한다. 더불어 고객은 현재 자신의 물건이 배달되는 경로를 알고싶어 한다. 웹을 통해 물건을 주문한 고객이 자신이 물건의 배달 상황을 웹에서 모니터링 한다면 기업은 고객으로 공간적인 제약으로 인한 불신을 불식시키는 신뢰감을 주게 된다. 이러한 고객서비스 향상과 물류비용 절감은 사이버 쇼핑몰이 전국 어디서나 우리의 안방에서 자연스럽게 점할 수 있는 상황을 만들 것이다.SP가 도입되어, 설계업무를 지원하기위한 기본적인 시스템 구조를 구상하게 된다. 이와 함께 IT Model을 구성하게 되는데, 객체지향적 접근 방법으로 Model을 생성하고 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 Tool로 사용한다. 단계 4)는 Software Engineering 관점으로 접근한다. 이는 최종산물이라고 볼 수 있는 설계업무 지원 시스템을 Design하는 과정으로, 시스템에 사용될 데이터를 Design하는 과정과, 데이터를 기반으로 한 기능을 Design하는 과정으로 나눈다. 이를 통해 생성된 Model에 따라 최종적으로 Coding을 통하여 실제 시스템을 구축하게 된다.the making. program and policy decision making, The objectives of the study are to develop the methodology of modeling the socioeconomic evaluation, and build up the practical socioeconomic evaluation model of the HAN projects including scientific and technologica

  • A transfer paper, is needed in the third firing, is usually utilized for industrial ceramics in order to produce tablewares or promoting products. Products may have the same form, however; the price might be different by what kinds of design have transferred. We need to fully understand these methods in order to create high value and quality. Remodeling, the so-called second architecture, results from social Needs for renovation of structures and changing functions. Tile satisfying the need for a custom-made design which fits the features of a space. Most importantly, the remodeler must make an individual design ordered for the customer with an emphasis on economy and time efficiency. Tiles currently in the market are mass-produced using an automated system with a high-priced mold. It is difficult to find tiles of distinct design that are made in a small quantity. We need to develop a method for making various kinds of tile designs that would be marketed for the remodeling industry. In this study, after designing a certain wall with the tiffs in the space, 1 will talk about developing a method to make transfer paper to produce individual tiles for the space. 1 hope that the functional and aesthetic effect on remodeling will gain in popularity, and that we will foster a new demand for tiles in harmony with the other materials mentioned in this study.

Validity and Expected Effect of International Marketing Cooperative for Korean Animation (애니메이션 해외 배급 활성화를 위한 마케팅 협동조합 도입의 타당성 연구)

  • Operating under the principle of user-benefit maximization and democratic user-control, cooperatives are being spot-lighted as a business model satisfying the various social, financial needs. In Korea, the Law of Cooperative was enacted as of December 2012, which has enabled the establishment of cooperatives in variety of industry fields. This study is to discuss the expected effect and validity of marketing cooperative as a solution for insufficient sales revenue in international distribution of Korean animation. The interviews with Korean animation studios found out the key problems of overseas distribution, which are; 1) lack of marketing expertise and weak organization, 2) lack of ancillary rights exploitation due to the deals based upon all rights package with the broadcasters who are not interested in ancillary business, 3) lack of localized marketing support in each territory. The solution for these problems takes large and long-term marketing investment and it is far beyond the capabilities of small Korean animation studios. Marketing cooperative can provide services not available otherwise such as in-depth market research which will help the improvement of international marketing expertise. Also. as the cooperative carries enough volume of animation catalogue, it can increase negotiation power satisfying the various needs of buyers. Also, it can provide the precise marketing support for each territory by integrating every process of value chain, from TV broadcasting, merchandising, and digital media platform. Above all, a clear benefit of marketing cooperative is that, because of its user-benefit and user-control principle, the principal-agent problem can be minimized while it maximizes the profit for member studios.
