The process for establishment of Operational Continuity Management Plan is organized repeatedly of Business Risk Assessment, Crisis Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, Establishing Business Recovery Strategies, Detailed Planning, Plan Execution, Test and Maintenance(Including Monitoring). Therefore, in this paper in response to global environmental change and the construction and operation of social security systems to maximize operational continuity management, crisis management and crisis management systems, building integrated systems for building technology in general and operational continuity management within an organization to understand developed to provide a framework for implementing operational continuity management in terms of crisis management has proposed to build an integrated system.

The main purpose of this study is to develop a system and data model extracted from the TO-BE process model of rental apartments to promote information exchange based on knowledge obtained through maintenance status analysis. Currently, it is difficult to find examples suggesting a data model through a process analysis of maintenance in rental apartments. Thus, this study intends to suggest a process as well as a data model to promote the development of a maintenance system for rental apartments by using building management knowledge, utilization of standardized tools, and existing FM (Facility Management) techniques to break through limitations in actual application. Ultimately, this study aims to show examples of document-oriented analysis and information technology for middle managers in charge of the maintenance of rental apartments, as well as work analysts developing the maintenance system. In further research beyond this study, complex issues on the maintenance of rental apartments, legal restrictions on customary practices of maintenance activities, effects of the scales of maintenance practices, requirements to perform maintenance activities, evaluation on the status of maintenance, life cycle cost and risks will be investigated.

Digital curation which maintains digital information over time and adds value becomes, nowadays, one of the important business process in the special libraries. This study is to investigate the business practice level of the digital curation in the special libraries and the librarians' perception on the importancy of digital curation. In results, it is found that most librarian, in general, think that the level of digital curation practice in the special libraries is insufficiency. Also, the study finds that the librarians of special libraries have difficulties in terms of the lack of willingness and funding problems as well as the lack of long-term policies and suitable business procedures; they only focus the cycle of information organization-information storage-information use among the 8 processes of digital curation; they need to recognize the importance of digital preservation as one of the essential process of digital curation and make effort to extend technological capacity of digital preservation.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a method of concrete safety inspection management system for safety inspection. this research investigates the process of building safety inspection with IDEF0(Integration DEFinition) process modeling method, focusing on concrete durability inspection, and then suggests a data management system, which allows user communications between site and related unit with RDBMS(Relational Database Management System). The suggested system is expected to provide more efficient data sharing tools and consequently improve safety inspection's quality.

기업간 전자상거래를 위한 국제표준인 ebXML 은 ebBPSS(ebXML Business Process Specification Schema)와 CPA(Collaboration Protocol Profile)에 기반하여 거래 당사자들이 협업 형태의 업무 처리 절차에 따라 문서 및 데이터를 주고 받을 수 있도록 해 준다. 거래 당사자들의 내부 업무처리 시스템에 연동되어 B2B 업무를 처리할 수 있도록 해주는 시스템을 BSI(Business Service Interface)라 하며, 이는 트랜잭션 관리, 업무 프로세스의 코레오그래피(Choreography), 문서 관리, 보안 관리 등 협업과 관련된 대부분의 역할을 수행하게 된다. 기업간 협업에 있어 가장 중요한 사항 중 하나는 어떤 상황에서도 양쪽의 협업상태 정보는 일관성을 유지해야 한다는 것이다. 이는 거래의 신뢰도를 확보하기 위한 필수사항이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 프로토콜에 따라 거래행위시 협업상태 정보가 양측 거래파트너에서 각기 다르게 나타날 수 있는 상황을 살펴 보고 이에 따른 BSI 시스템의 대처방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

Business Process Innovation is a key success factor for the next generation enterprise. Companies need to nurture an environment that encourages and enables process innovation. Business Process Management (BPM) must become the focal point of innovation initiatives. But the most BPM solutions are for large company. The cost is too high to build for small and medium sized company. We need the light and easy BPM solution for small and medium sized company. 프라이버시 참조구조(privacy reference architecture)는 구현 및 배치 상황을 바탕으로 해야 하며, 독립적으로 존재할 수 없다. 구조 설치는 프라이버시 인지 및 가능 ICT 시스템을 배치할 구조와 조화를 이루어 운영되며 정책을 반영하는 업무 관리 기능, 프로세스 및 절차를 종합적으로 고려하여 이루어진다. 업무 및 데이터 처리 모델 또는 인벤토리의 공식적인 구축 및 유지는 해당 조직에 적용되는 모든 프라이버시 및 정보 보호 요건에 부합해야 한다. 업무 프로세스 모델이 구축되고 데이터 처리 모델과의 비교가 완료되면 동의 취득 기능, 개인식별정보 범주화 및 태깅 기능, 감사 및 기록 절차, 보존 일정, 고지 및 보안 경보와 같은 프라이버시 통제수단을 정하고 필수적인 프라이버시 보호 요건과 비교할 수 있다. ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27 WG5의 프라이버시 표준화는 프라이버시 프레임워크, 프레임워크 기반 구현을 위한 프라이버시 레퍼런스 아키텍쳐를 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프라이버시 표준화를 위한 국외 표준화 동향을 소개하고, 향후 추진해야할 중점 표준화 항목을 도출한다.

현재까지의 EDB 시스템이 Data를 중심으로 한 관리나 프로세스 관리 같은 것들을 프로그램으로는 Hard Coding되어 있었던 관계로 인하여 단위업무의 성력화 또는 순수 데이터 관리 측면에서는 효율성을 가졌으나, 기업의 무한경쟁시대에 생존 수간으로서 행해지고 있는 BPR(Business Process Restructure) 또는 CE(Concurrent Engineering)에 대응 할 수 있는 유연성이 결여되어 있었다. 따라서 프로세스나 데이터에 관련된 규칙 또는 데이터가 있는 위치등과 같은 프로세스 및 데이터의 속성에 대한 정보를 Meta Database에 저장하여 보다 유연성이 있고 일관성 있게 데이터를 취급해 줄 필요성이 대두 되었다. 이러한 Meta Database를 사용자 시각에서 바라보면 프로세스가 변화 된다하더라도 일관된 실제 작업을 할 수 있을 것이다. 즉, 사용자는 자신이 사용하는 EDB의 단위 Application을 사용하면 새로 정의된 프로세스에 따라 자신의 데이터를 Release하고 시방변경, 삭제, 의뢰 등을 처리 할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 현재의 EDB 시스템들의 개발이 전체의 개발 프로세스 중에서 일부만을 부분부문으로 개발하고 통합 할 뿐 실제 일관된 데이터의 유지나 공유가 매우 힘들었던 것을 부분적인 형태로 시스템이 구축된다하더라도 Meta Database를 통하여 개발 프로세스 전반에 걸친 다양한 PART 시스템간의 데이터 공유를 가능하게 할 수 있는 EDB 시스템구조에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

The M&R(Maintenance & Repair) budgeting system for domestic military facilities based incremental budgeting model has caused many problems due to the difference between M&R requirement and budget, so military facility become early deterioration. this study proposes the application method of foreign M&R budgeting model for domestic military facility to improve current M&R budgeting system. In order to investigate the current status and problem of M&R budgeting system, this study reviewed various literature related characteristics and types of the foreign M&R budgeting model. The interview was performed for domestic military facility official. The model would greatly improve the current M&R budgeting process for the domestic military facilities.

본 논문에서는 정보통신부와 정보통신연구진흥원에서 개발하여 구축한 e-DURE시스템(정보통신부 산하/유관기관용 표준업무관리시스템)의 설계와 구현시 반영된 정보교환 및 동기화 방안을 연구하여 구체적으로 기술하였다. 정부와 산하기관의 구조와 업무처리방식을 반영하여 시스템을 설계하였고, 축적되는 데이터의 실시간 공유를 위해 Web Services와 SOAP 프로토콜을 사용하여 정보를 교환하였다. 또한, 데이터의 정확성을 향상시키기 위해 유효성 검증 모듈을 설계/개발하였으며, 패키지 및 ASP시스템에서 포털시스템으로 전송하는 데이터의 오류를 찾아내어 필터링하고 동기화해 주는 방안을 구현하였다. 본 연구를 통하여, 기관간 공유하고자 하는 데이터가 실시간으로 유통되었으며 데이터의 정확성이 유지되어 업무 프로세스의 획기적인 개선이 이루어졌다.
