Estimating Maintenance Cost by Actual Database Based on Operation in Sewage Treatment Plant (하수처리장 실적데이터베이스를 활용한 유지관리비용 예측)

  • For a successful construction project not only construction engineering and project management technology but also economic evaluation technique is required. Design and construction technologies are necessary to receive a project order. However, construction management technology which can be apply from the project initial phase to the project operation and management phase is required to create a benefit from the project. Construction management technology is one of the effective factors for project success. Economical and efficient cost management from the planning phase influences the project success. This study investigated cost flow and cost factors of domestic Sewage Treatment Plant project for systematic analysis of cost items following the entire project phase. Particularly, data modeling based on domestic Sewage Treatment Equipment maintenance cost DB was performed, and maintenance cost estimation trend line is suggested using Monte carlo Simulation Method to decrease uncertainty of actual results DB and for feasibility study.   • A systemic building maintenance management is necessary to supply an convenience and safety environment by maintain the origin features for a building's life. However, the exist maintenance management system has some problems such as interoperability of information or standardization of data. In those reasons, a critical information for maintenance a building may be lost and changed. In addition, the data could be crashed or lost on a process of re-input or re-produce. This paper purpose the interoperability in exchanging data between design/construction and operation phases. In addition, this model will enhance the efficiency of building maintenance tasks through information quality improvement and data reproduction prevention.

  • The field of fire administration has been reinforced and intensified with the manpower and all sorts of equipment, but since the consequence that was mainly given undue value to the quantitative expansion, some problems in the aspect of maintenance and management have been emerged. Characteristically, though, fire equipment should be highly practical, economically efficient and durable, and also have the effectiveness of utilizing them to the right place, maintaining and managing are not as appropriate as they need to have. Therefore, the research provide the effective measures of operating fire equipment by making a comparative study of problems drawn by the analysis of actual conditions on the maintenance and the management of fire equipment.

  • 21세기 대한민국은 지반분야에 있어서 과거 건설위주의 발전에서 유지관리의 중요성이 대두되는 시대로 변모하였다. 특히 이상기후에 의한 집중호우 발생이 빈번해진 상황에서 외부조건에 직접적으로 노출되어있는 사면구조물은 타 지반구조물보다 상대적으로 관리의 필요성이 더 높다. 사면의 유지관리 방법 중에서도 계측에 의한 상시 모니터링 시스템 구축 관련 기술이 주목을 받고 있으며, 장기적인 시스템 운용 측면에서 내구성이 우수한 광섬유 재료를 이용한 계측 시스템 개발이 국가적 지원을 받으며 연구가 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구는 암반사면의 균열부에 설치하여 미세한 거동을 측정할 수 있는 광섬유 정밀 계측 시스템을 개발하고, 실제 사면 현장에 시범 구축한 사례를 요약한 것이다. 영동고속도로 원주지사 관내에 있는 암반사면을 대상으로 총 6개의 센서를 변위발생 가능성이 높은 균열부에 설치하였다. 계측데이터의 수집과 전송을 위하여 사면 하단부에 컨트롤박스를 설치하고 데이터로거, 운용시스템, 유선네트워크 시스템을 구축하였다. 설정된 주기별로 취득되는 계측데이터는 우선적으로 현장에서 저장되고, 사무실에서도 원격으로 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 시범적으로 구축하여 운용중에 있다. 향후 계측 시스템의 센서부, 데이터로거, 운용프로그램 등을 추가 연구를 통하여 개선하고 현장에 반영하는 과정을 반복함으로써 사면 시설물의 유지관리에 최적의 시스템을 개발 및 구축하는 것이 본 연구의 최종적인 목표이다.

  • According to the functions of city are getting more complicate and diverse, recently the concerns about underground space have been risen, and many infra-structures for social activities are now constructed under the ground. To maintain these kind of infra-structures effectively, it is necessary for concerned workers to access easily to the existing drawings and design information. and to modify the design drawings immediately o the changes of design value. And in the field of construction, immediate structural analysis and generation of design drawings will help to promote manufacturing ability, the quality of products, and the effectiveness of maintenance of design materials effectively.

  • As time goes by, educational facilities have become superannuated and damaged; therefore, performance and safety of buildings have been decreased. It causes the decrease of service quality and deterioration of educational environment. In order to protect facilities from serious damages and deterioration, a consistent maintenance and repair program is required. The educational facilities can keep the good educational environments and also make better environments through the program. This study is made by investigating and analyzing the maintenance data which was collected from fifty schools in Asan area, Chungchengnam-do in order to derive foundation data for the efficient educational environment maintenance program.

Service Life Prediction and Cost Estimation of Repaired Concrete Structures Under Marine Environment (염해 환경 하 보수된 콘크리트 구조물의 사용수명 예측 및 보수 비용 평가)

  • The service life of concrete structures exposed to a marine environment can be extended by controlling the amount of chloride in cover concrete. Patching is one of the appropriate maintenance techniques for chloride contamination. Chloride-contaminated cover concrete is removed and replaced with sound one. It can provide less risk of corrosion of steel, so that the structure can be maintained for required service life. In this study, a quantitative assessment of the service life subjected to the chloride attack is proposed to determine the effective repair options such as repair depth, repair material and timing of repair. The Crank-Nicolson based finite difference formulation from Fick's second law is proposed to predict the profiles of chloride ion in a repaired concrete structure, considering ingress of chloride from outer and redistribution of residual chloride from the substrate concrete. Therefore, the repair application times and maintenance cost for the target service life can be estimated. Finally, the numerical examples are presented to ensure its applicability.

  • For maintenance of concrete structures, it is necessary to identify and maintain various defects. With the current method, there are problems with efficiency, safety, and reliability when inspecting large-scale social infrastructure, so it is necessary to introduce a new inspection method. Recently, with the development of deep learning technology for images, concrete defect classification research is being actively conducted. However, studies on contamination and spalling other than cracks are limited. In this study, a variety of concrete defect type classification models were developed through transfer learning on a pre-learned deep learning model, factors that reduce accuracy were derived, and future development directions were presented. This is expected to be highly utilized in the field of concrete maintenance in the future.

  • Efficiency and efficient management on maintenance/repair/operation (MRO) phase is getting important with advance in technologies and complex functionalities of building and facility, Using software systems as well as advanced hardware systems in MRO area is spreading along with this trend to take advantage of information technology. Information of building and facility for MRO phase is derived from engineering/procurement/construction (EPC) phase. But most current commercial software systems in EPC and MRO are focusing on their own phase, which arise lack of consistency of information from EPC to MRO phase. But, the information system now used at the MRO phase stop flowing the building and the facilities information and then newly create. Moreover, from an asset management point of view, asset particulars such as the structures and equipments are different the value fluctuation. In order to reflect these information rationally, the construction costs are correctly distributed and the initial price of the asset particulars have to be estimated. In this study, develop the information model which can apply the cost information at the EPC phase to the MRO phase.

  • 본 연구는 BPR(Business Process Reengineering)을 이루기 위한 가장 근본적이고 중요한 정보의 통합관리로써 MDM(Master Data Management)이라는 기준정보 관리 체계를 제시하였으며, 효과를 산출하기 위하여 국내의 글로벌 A 기업이 수행한 MDM 시스템을 분석하였다. 인사 및 고객 정보 위주로만 사용되었던 MDM을 제품 생산에 직접적으로 연관된 장비와 자재 부문까지 확장시켜 전사적으로 기업을 관리할 수 있는 정보 관리 체계의 효과를 분석하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. MDM은 전사의 가치 있는 기준정보를 명확히 정의하고 이를 하나의 데이터 시스템에서 관리하여 정보의 품질과 객관성을 유지시키는 동시에 기업환경에 맞춰 생성 및 수정을 하여 현실성을 유지시킨다. 또한 중앙 분산식 데이터 시스템을 사용함으로써 기준정보를 만들어 내거나 또는 사용하는 모든 정보시스템은 MDM을 거친 정보를 제공받음으로써 데이터의 적합성과 신뢰성을 보장받는다.
