This study focused on developing Life Cycle Cost(LCC) analysis model for selecting sludge collectors in wastewater treatment system and applying the model to a case study. Cost items are examined through literature review and historical data of a facility. Analysis period, discount rate, energy cost escalation ratio are assumed to reasonable level. Monetary evaluation is performed using historical data and estimations from vendors. Sensitive analysis is executed using Monte Carlo Simulation for assumed factors. Interviews with operators, vendors, constructors, managers are conducted to define factors which indicates ease of maintenance, ease of delivery, technical performance, efficiency, environmental friendship. Factors are representing technical and social factors. Results from LCC analysis and qualitative analysis are evaluate together with Weighted Matrix Evaluation Methods for optimum alternative of sludge collectors.

국내 가동원전에서는 내화방벽 관통부의 성능이 적절하게 유지되도록 주기점검절차, 데이터베이스 등 발전소 상황에 적합한 관리방안을 수립하여 운영하고 있다. 이 중에서 내화방벽 관통부 유지관리용으로 구축된 데이터베이스는 관통부 유지관리에 필요한 필수정보가 수록되어 있으나 관통부 담당자의 개인 관리도구로 활용되고 있으므로 실효성 향상이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 보완하기 위하여 발전소 구조물, 관통부 등의 3차원 형상정보(3-dimensional Plant Model)를 활용하여 시각적인 관리 편의를 향상시키고, 웹 기반(Web-based)의 관통부 정보 구축을 통하여 발전소 수준(Plant-level)에서 관리가 가능한 관통부 관리시스템 개발 사례를 기술하였다.

오리 농가의 수익에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 사료비이다. 균형이 잘 이루어진 사료는 오리의 생산성을 최대로 하고, 오리의 건강을 유지하는데 필수적이다. 오리의유지, 생산, 성장 그리고 번식을 위해서는 오리의 에너지/단백비를 충족하는 사료를 급여하여야 한다. 사료비를 낮게 유지하는것은 오리농가의 수입과 직결된다. 이를 위해서는 농장에서 직접 생산하는 양질의 조사료를 최대한 급여하고, 가능한 최소 비용으로 최적의 육용오리을 위한 사료를 급여관리하여야 할 것이다.

그 동안 군은 1970년대부터 전력증강의 일환으로 각종 무기체계 연구개발 사업을 추진해 오면서 무기체계에 내장되는 소프트웨어의 중요성을 인식하고 있었음에도 불구하고 하드웨어 위주의 무기체계획득관리 업무로 인하여 소프트웨어 개발관리 소홀로 무기체계 배치 후 유지보수에 막대한 시간과 비용이 투입되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 최근 무기체계에 사용되는 소프트웨어에 대한 품질보증 및 형상관리 활동 강화의 일환으로 무기/비무기체계 내장형 소프트웨어에 대한 관리지침(안)을 제정하려는 움직임을 앞으로 군이 무기체계를 운용함에 있어 성능은 물론 무기체계의 신뢰성, 유지보수성을 확보하기 위한 관점에서 볼 때 매우 시기 적절한 방향이라 하겠다.

In this paper, we present the cost measurement metrics for the operation management and service improvement besides the general maintenance. The cost measurement metrics of the operation management and service improvement are based on the metrics that are classified and summarized precedent studies and complemented by empirical measuring indicators, and we propose the maintenance cost estimation model based on this metrics. The maintenance costs can be calculated detailedly, because the proposed metrics can be used selectively, depending on the scope of the information system maintenance. The effectiveness of the proposed maintenance cost measurement metrics and cost estimation model is verified by comparison between existing studies and our research.
