This study aims to analyze the existing problem of geo-spatial information maintenance and then, show maintenance strategies suitable for new integrated environments. We look for AS-IS which is provider-centered, top-down, and also drive implications from analyzing oversea best practice. For analyzing of geo-spatial maintenance pattern, we polled about 20 local governments and private enterprise to find out AS-IS of geo-spatial information and result in maintenance pattern and component. From this, we suggest 4 kinds of strategies. This study shows the strategy not only which decide the question about the problem of existing geo-spatial maintenance but which find a way of combining and utilizing all geo-spatial information which is 8 criteria basic geographical information. This is a win-win program of all organization which produce, construct, make full use of national geo-spatial information.

In order to build an effective management system for structures and to propose national policy and vision for advance of safety and maintenance management, 'Fundamental Scheme of Safety and Maintenance Management for Structures' has been established and promoted. As developed countries adopt preventive maintenance management, which is preventive as well as aggressive repair/strengthening for structures, it is needed to introduce life-cycle analysis method for improvement of economical efficiency. Therefore, this paper presents not only analysis of domestic conditions and problems related to system for safety and maintenance management, policies and costs for structures but an improvement plan.

As a research of NSO(Korea National Statistical Office), there are 609 public libraries in Korea. They have been increased 1.6 times for 10 years. Similar as libraries, their government officers are also increased 1.3 times. But number of users are increased 2.7times during the same period. Moreover, Because of deterioration of facilities, library can't satisfy user's needs, and it experienced difficulties to carry out its variety roles. In result, this study checked up maintenance conditions which are organization, facility, execution of budget and so on. Furthermore, it deduced problems like short of hands, lack of administrator's expertise and absence of accurate drawings, and suggests improvement.

This study is aimed to suggest effective ways to precisely manage the public land after searching current problems. Through the utilization of the cadastral organization and the resurvey projects, this study researches the methods to build the accurate land data based on the spatial information system as well as the on-going land survey results of the public land. This study focuses on researching whether the public land status and the management systems are operated efficiently with the cadastral organization using a variety of the spatial systems. This study finds the current problems of the land management systems by not only the Internet questionnaires but several dissertations, and suggests the methods to connect the land management systems with the cadastral resurvey projects each other.

Currently, in spite of continual efforts, the information utility of the construction industry does not communicate well with other industries. This problem arose from mistaken and misguided efforts on the parts of the construction industry because it left out of consideration construction characteristics which are at the center of construction, and this information system was directly introduced and operated from outside the industry. There were also other mistakes that the existing information systems disregarded in trying to fix these problems. Therefore, this study describes a new process, which proposes to build and utilize a Bridge Management System using the mobile internet concept, to solve the problems of the existing construction information management system.

According to increase in supply of public rental housing, in connection with support plan of housing welfare from government, necessity of maintenance management is coming to be important. By analyzing characteristics of public rental housing and maintenance management system, this study grasped developmental possibility of a web based maintenance management system as well as a critical point for improvement of problem and elevation of efficiency about maintenance management process. As we present not only useful possibility of ubiquitous equipments utilizing IT like PDA but effectiveness by using, based on this result, we represent course of improvement to systematic development for user that complement the existing maintenance management system which is currently developed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the problem of BTL(Build Transfer Lease) projects through comparative analysis on running costs, focusing on primary school, junior and senior high school education facilities, and then to provide useful information on the estimation of running costs by suggesting valid cost criteria. For this, eight schools from A and B consulting firms were sampled from capital region and other areas. Sampled schools were classified into four categories according to school grade, and running cost data are collected and analyzed from relative view points. The results of this study are as follows: 1) running costs which are analyzed by categories show some difference among sub-items, 2) major problems related to running cost prediction of BTL projects are revealed and improvement schemes are suggested for two groups (Owner and Project applicants).

The aim of this study is for performing the efficient and systematic facility maintenance management by using 2D CAD data and the technique of updating spatial DB. The existing system of the facility maintenance management and the performance is not properly made out utilizing the information about the construction drawings. Moreover, the management of the DB renewal, which is about the information of construction drawing, is not carried out properly Furthermore, this study draw the conclusion on the effectiveness of reducing maintaining active by the lack of the interior and exterior location information. This study suggest the method of the efficient maintenance management of facilities by using the technique of updating spatial DB and the facility location information.

유지관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 예방정비이며 유지관리에 목적 또한 예방정비에 있다고 하겠다. 그러므로 최근의 여러 상황으로 미루어 절토사면의 예방정비라고 측면이 어느 때보다도 강조되는 시기라고 하지 않을 수 없으며 본 논문은 여러 가지 사면의 유지관리 소홀로 발생되는 사례를 통해 유지관리시의 문제점 들을 살펴보았다. 그리고 향후 사면의 유지관리를 통해 붕괴에 대해 적극적 대처방안을 모색하고 유지관리 부서 및 담당자들에게 도움이 되었으면 하고 추후 유지관리에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어졌으면 한다.

The importance about the maintenance consideration of the building has a great impact and regarding the life continuation of the building the many interest is becoming intensively. The housing lot of the heart of urban at the capital region has insufficient recently and the construction of the ground complex building in solution for the insufficiency is increasing at the rapid pace. The ground complex building is brings the maximization of land use from inside the site, but maintenance consideration phase is caused by administration cost share and administration bound limit where person is concerned for a many problem point it contains. The objective of the present paper is that the building is maintain an efficiency initially and is improve in order to develop guide line for a maintenance consideration improvement from design phase. According as literature research and question research is enforce, the paper is escape problem point the maintenance consideration and is bring up guide line for the architectural plan field and the maintenance consideration improvement of the building. Result of the study is expected a help in maintenance consideration improvement during life cycle of the building
