4차 산업혁명이 예견하는 변화가 머지않아 보편적으로 확산되고 우리의 삶을 유의미하게 변화시킬 것이라는 점은 부정하기 어렵다. 따라서 일부 선도적인 개인이나 기업의 노력에만 의존하는 것은 충분하지 않고. 국가 차원의 정책적 제도적 대응이 필요하다. 특히 UBS(2016)의 4차 산업혁명 준비수준 평가에서 세계 25위라는 기대 이하의 결과를 차지한 한국은 더욱 정확한 방향과 전략적인 수단으로 미래의 변화를 준비해야 한다. 따라서 정부와 기업의 선제적이고 적극적인 대응책 마련이 필요한 상황이다. 무엇보다 과감한 선제적 규제 개혁과 유인제도 도입으로 한국 경제 시스템 유연성을 강화하여 민간 부분의 역량을 최대한 발휘할 수 있는 시장여건 조성에 힘써야 한다. 이 논문에서는 4차 산업혁명 관련 산업을 효율적으로 견인할 수 있는 유인수단 중 기업투자관련 세제혜택, 입법방안 등의 내용을 중심으로 논의하고자 한다.

At Present, Korea government run the 38 points manned lighthouse, the change of Manned lighthouse that manager live is inevitable in orger to enhanced features as aids to navigation and provide a fore efficient management system. There are "Enhancing management system for Manned Lighthouses" four standards(Function of AtoN, Functionality of wide area management, National policy, Marine culture) for evaluation of Unmanned Lighthouses. After collecting these datas, analyzing it, applying AHP and Likert Scale, we choose base manned lighthouses for shorten restoration time that can manage AtoN far from regional office of Oceans & Fisheries. This paper will support efficient management system for AtoN that were scattered in sea of korea and improvement living environment for lighthouse keepers.

This study was conducted to determine pheromone trap type and height in forecasting populations of R. clavatus in soybean fields using pheromone. The most effective pheromone trap type and height in forecasting populations of R. clavatus were fish trap and 60 cm above ground. Ratio of R. clavatus adults female and male in soybean field was 1.5 to 1 and Piezodorus hybneri was also attracted to the aggregation pheromone trap of R. clavatus. Attractiveness of two stink bug species caught on synthesis pheromone of R. clavatus was surveyed with imported production and synthesized production. Imported pheromone attracted only adult of R. clavatus, but synthesized pheromone attracted both adult of R. clavatus and P. hybneri. Change of population of R. clavatus was observed using pheromone trap and sweeping method in soybean field. Adults of R. clavatus occurred from early August and the population reached its peak in early September when pheromone trap was used. In case of sweeping method, its fluctuation pattern was similar to that of pheromone trap.

In unmanned lighthouse unmanned construction, it is necessary to establish a standardized system for efficient management and operation, and RTU standard protocols for condition monitoring and control are used to efficiently manage rotary lighters as the management system for the most important lighthouses. It is enacted to ensure the safety of maritime traffic through efficient management.

In this study, I analyzed the effects on stabilizing the draft system, boiler efficiency when changing excess air ratio under 870 MW load limit operation condition in a large capacity coal fired power plant and decided optimum excess air ratio. It is positively necessary to choose adequate excess air ratio for stabilizing draft system because air pre-heater pressure drop and induced draft fan first stall margin are changing when adjusting excess air ratio. This study therefore, measured air pre-heater pressure drop, induced draft fan first stall margin, boiler efficiency, loss and has chosen adequate excess air ratio adjusting excess air ratio from 1.153 to 1.127. So it is recommended that the operation point needs to be changed to 1.127 that is not only to decrease air pre-heater pressure drop and to stabilize draft system and to secure stall margin but also to maintain boiler efficiency to equivalent level.

우리나라에서는 대다수 규제산업 부문에서 수익률 규제를 도입해 왔었다. 최근 선진국에서는 규제기관들이 수익률 규제가 지니고 있는 문제점을 보완하고, 피규제 기업의 생산성을 제고하기 위하여 유인 규제를 도입하는 경향이 있다. 슬라이딩 스케일 규제는 미국에서 특히 통신산업 부문에서 유인 규제의 한 방법으로 도입되고 있다. 이 규제방식은 기업이 생산성 향상의 일부를 소비자에게 환원하는 방식이며, 효율성과 공정성을 동시에 달성할 수 있는 잠재적 이득을 지니고 있다. 본 고에서는 전통적 규제방식인 수익률 규제와 유인 규제의 대표적 방식인 가격상한 규제를 살펴본 후, 단순한 형태의 슬라이딩 스케일 규제 모형의 경제적 특성을 고찰하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the underlying dimensions of push and pull motivators for Soraksan, Kayasan, Naejangsan, and Pukhansan national parks in mountain regions. This study also examined the nature and extent of the reciprocal relationship between the push and pull factors. The result showed that four dimensions were derived from 12 push items, which were cultural and natural experience, escape and rest, health, and socialization and novelty motivators. Three dimensions also were derived from 12 pull items, which were facilities and culture, nature, and accessibility. The push and pull dimensions were correlated and regressed against each other. Given the nature of relationship between the push and pull factors, facilities and culture pull factor was affected by the cultural and natural experience motivation. Nature pull factor had strongly associated with culture and nature, escape and rest, health, and socialization and novelty motivations. Finally, accessible attraction pull factor had a positive relationship with health motivator, however, had a negative with cultural and natural experiencing motivation.
