이 논문에서는 자금조달과정에서 기업과 자금의 공급자간에 발생하는 정보 불균형의 문제를 해결함에 있어서 명성효과(reputation effect)에 근거한 기업스스로의 해결방안에 초점을 맞추었다. 어떤 형태의 부채가 기업으로 하여금 안전투자안을 선택하여 명성을 쌓을 유인을 제공할 수 있느냐 하는 문제이다. 이 같은 유인의 존재 여부는 기업이 자금의 공급자와 얼마나 자주 상호작용을 하느냐에 달려있다. 장기만기부채는 기업과 부채소유자간에 일회게임의 수행만을 가능케 하여 기업으로 하여금 명성을 쌓을 유인을 제공하지 못하지만 단기만기부채는 반복게임의 수행을 가능케 하여 기업으로 하여금 명성을 쌓을 유인을 제공함을 보였다.

Currently, the construction industry is decreasing every year due to people's poor perception, high labor intensity, unstable employment structure, and welfare problems, as people avoid entry. Accordingly, this study investigated how to attract trainees and graduates from domestic construction education institutions to the construction industry. If institutional devices are prepared to prepare for the future by improving the welfare system such as unemployment benefits and retirement deductions in the construction industry, many trainees in their 20s and 30s will be attracted to the construction industry. If it helps expand hands-on education through on-site linkage and has the necessary technical skills for practice, it is believed that trainees and graduates in their 4s and 60s will be attracted to the construction industry.

Population dynamics in the vermicomposting bed was investigated. And harvesting efficiencies of earthworm attracting traps with different attractants, mesh sizes of net and covering materials was evaluated. Peak density of earthworm population was $5kg/m^2$ and therafter its desity kept $4.4{\sim}5.0kg/m^2$. It was evaluated that suitable mesh size of the net was 7mm and proper covering materials of the earthworm attracting trap was cotton quilt. The earthworm harvesting efficiency of trap with attractant was much higher than that of trap without attractant. With more amount of attractant in the trap and with longer setting period of trap onto the vermicomposting bed, the earthworm attracting trap harvested more earthworms. Crushed pear-peel attracted much more earthworms than paper mill sludge, but it was difficult to supply enough amount of crushed pear-peel for practical need. Sugar solution(10%) with tab water was proven to be an alternative to crushed pear-peel because its attracting effect on earthworm was as high as crushed pear-peel and it was easy to prepare and supply in large quantity.

본 연구에서는 낙동강에 위치한 강정고령보에 설치된 자연형 어도의 유인효율 증대를 위한 어도의 위치 수정 제시를 하였다. 평면 2차원 물리서식처 모형인 River2D 모형을 통해 강정고령보의 자연형어도 입구부의 유속장과 WUA(Weighted Usable Area)를 이용하여 유인효율을 분석 실시하였다. 유인효율 분석 결과 자료와 2013년도 어류모니터링 자료를 통해 WUA는 어류 유인효율 평가하는 지수로 사용 될 수 있는 것을 간접적으로 검증하였다. 어류의 소상에는 유속이 중요한 인자로 작용한다. 모의를 통한 강정고령보의 유속장을 확인해보면 자연형어도가 설치된 좌안과는 반대로 우안쪽으로 형성되는 것을 확인하였다. 어도의 모양 및 위치를 수정한 지형자료를 이용하여 River2D 모형모의를 통한 어도의 유인효율을 증대 시킬 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 유속장이 주로 발생하는 보 우안쪽에 설치하는 것이 유인효율을 최대로 끌어낼 수 있었지만 비용적인 부분과 유인효율을 같이 생각한다면 현재 설치된 좌안 자연형어도의 입구부를 상류쪽으로 위치하여 재설치하는 것이 어류의 유인효율을 증대시켜주는 효과적인 제시방안이 되리라 사료 된다.

For the purpose of carbon mitigation, Korea needs to introduce stronger market-based economic incentives to promote environmentally-friendly behaviors of consumers. In particular, the government could consider introducing tax benefits on income taxation for green consumption, as well as public education and campaign, to stimulate environmentally-friendly consumption behaviors. In this respect, using an analysis of Input-Output and Household Income and Expenditure Survey in Korea, this paper designs four major scenarios related to income tax benefits for green consumption, and then explores the economy-wide effects of those proposed policies.

4차 산업혁명이 예견하는 변화가 머지않아 보편적으로 확산되고 우리의 삶을 유의미하게 변화시킬 것이라는 점은 부정하기 어렵다. 따라서 일부 선도적인 개인이나 기업의 노력에만 의존하는 것은 충분하지 않고. 국가 차원의 정책적 제도적 대응이 필요하다. 특히 UBS(2016)의 4차 산업혁명 준비수준 평가에서 세계 25위라는 기대 이하의 결과를 차지한 한국은 더욱 정확한 방향과 전략적인 수단으로 미래의 변화를 준비해야 한다. 따라서 정부와 기업의 선제적이고 적극적인 대응책 마련이 필요한 상황이다. 무엇보다 과감한 선제적 규제 개혁과 유인제도 도입으로 한국 경제 시스템 유연성을 강화하여 민간 부분의 역량을 최대한 발휘할 수 있는 시장여건 조성에 힘써야 한다. 이 논문에서는 4차 산업혁명 관련 산업을 효율적으로 견인할 수 있는 유인수단 중 기업투자관련 세제혜택, 입법방안 등의 내용을 중심으로 논의하고자 한다.

At Present, Korea government run the 38 points manned lighthouse, the change of Manned lighthouse that manager live is inevitable in orger to enhanced features as aids to navigation and provide a fore efficient management system. There are "Enhancing management system for Manned Lighthouses" four standards(Function of AtoN, Functionality of wide area management, National policy, Marine culture) for evaluation of Unmanned Lighthouses. After collecting these datas, analyzing it, applying AHP and Likert Scale, we choose base manned lighthouses for shorten restoration time that can manage AtoN far from regional office of Oceans & Fisheries. This paper will support efficient management system for AtoN that were scattered in sea of korea and improvement living environment for lighthouse keepers.
